Well, I had a wonderful and romantic NYSC shopping today wit some1 special. I got d followin items to b used for my 3-day camping hopefully @ Lagos camp IYANA-IPAJA and I fink I should share it wit u guys!U knw as family thangy

1. 5 funky nice shorts
2. 2 pairs of RINO chucks, 2 pairs of warrior snickers.
3 1 pack of 3 in 1 lux premiums wit free pen init , 1 pack of 3 in 1 comfort V-neck shirt, 2 packs of 3 in 1 lux premiums vests( singlate) wit free pen init , 1 pack of white handkerchief.
4. 5 pairs of white socks
5. Waist pouch
6. Cotton board, two pieces of toothbrush, Roberts antiseptic disinfectan, close-up, 4 pieces of Dettol cool soap, 6 pieces of B-29 bar soap, Jumbo detergent( 1kg), maliza spray and Roll-on, BOD fragrance for man, Pears lotion, soulmate hair treatment.
7. Bedspread and blanket, mosquito net, Towel.
8. Few provisions ( Milo, Peak tin, corn flakes(2 packs), st.louis sugar etal).
9. Extra battery for my smart phone and 16 gigs memory card.
10. Got some crazy hot drinks in my bar hoping they'll grant dem entrance into camp, tho I'm no weed puffer but I chew it.

Got everything scattered in my room atm wit my Mak's Box widely opened waiting impatiently to consume them.

Ordinarily I get usually unperturbed wen I see pple suddenly go green with unsavoury envy at other people's disposition( meaningful or not). But it's beyond pathetic wen u begin to express an utter dislike for pple u haven't met albeit an obvious uncertainty you'll even meet in ur entire life. Hating on pple's perceived sense of humour is unhealthy as well as shallow! It runs almost parallel to conceding defeat for ur inability to exhibit humorous expressions. Learn to mingle and stop hating! It's not d way to go

It has become particularly noticeable after reading pages of posts and quotes that the absence of some peeps on this thread is no doubt the presence of peace. Few days ago, this thread was oozing and sailing with undilluted peace and unity embracing new inmates as they exchange ideas, thoughts, tips, originality and love with existing members without recourse to dissing, bashing, jibes of any sort. Even if it did happen, it was rather subtle and are settled amicably and even jokingly. But anyone with modicum of interest will concede without prejudice that d sudden re-appearance of a seasonal/notorious dim-wit and hogwash together with his predictable and obnoxious post is capable of causing stirs which inevitably conjured up a repel by those who respect their self-esteem and self-worth. Although, if there's actually a thing his posts remind me about, it's knowing that not every1 on Nairaland is worth the 'nomenclature' SANITY. Simultaneously and unbelievably enough, those swayed by the supposed ignoble character have suddenly become machinations of vendetta allowing themselves to perpetrate a system of ethos which stinks and permeate on a pervasive culture of bellicose and untutored rhetoric at others for their perceived shyness to repellent languages. It's a pity that flawed reasoning and worthless hatred is now the order of the day on a thread notable for it's unbridled love and unity. U can all continue to muddle ur lives on NL. At the end of the day, it's just NL and remains so. But it's ur own life!!!!!!!

No disrespect man bt dis ur post kinda stunk! NYSC may have hit a slump in its original intents but that's not enough reason we should approach it in a condescending fashion. This same programme u have censured in its entirety have provided unequal opportunities to many who were smart enough to key into d programme and explore its open-ended advantage. Suffice it to say that many pple today got their current jobs by being retained during their nysc prog. Perhaps u shld even indicate one standard organisation that'll employ you without ur nysc certificate. That we are guaranteed an upward thrust along optimal trajectory is enough to yield an excess euphoria. Stagnancy is a disease. In life, one needs to be open-minded and leverage on every challenges it present.
