Dharmeelawlar: yes u r right almost all my coursemate were carried away wit social activities within n outside campus all d same we giv glory 2 GOD dat it didnt affect us cos afta d party held at limelite n not B3 our lecturers complained dat it was too much.I'm done wit clearance and I have Been notified as well. I love To get my certificate either bt my schedule are tight. I'll go when the time is available. Nw, I should call you a certified OOU graduate. The skul where only The strong survives. Congrats dear! |
With many I laughed But few i trusted! Even on NL, u envy people U may not meet in ur life time. Hmmm...le struggle, la real! |
booqee: ah..adedibu and icon are one of the movers and shakers of my class o. And of course, we were treated unfairly o.. But we thank God dat its finally over sha! Tobi and salami were d major problem. Well I had only two philosophy friends..one in ur set, deola adesanya, the other is in 300L, seun. I really don't know most of you by names..only by face cos we did phl 101..so i think i must know u..u seem quite popular knowing pple in every dept.Adedibu and Icon are strong men. Their strength n influence even stretch beyond ur dept. I knw Tobi Ariyo and I knw wht he can do. He taught me GNS 301 at year3, 'peace studies and conflict resolution'. Abt ur friends in my dept, Adeola Adesanya(sophie) is my very good friend. Very charismatic and also one of d best students in class. Tell her abt Lekan, her class Governor and she'll tell u all u shld knw abt me. We still had fone convo yesterday. As for Seun, I wouldn't knw if u mean Seunfunmi Okedara, nw in 400L. She's also d Governor of her class. I'm sure she'll av a lot to tell u abt me as well, I used to be her mentor at skul. I appear to knw pple accross depts. Cos of my political affinity n exploits at skul. Student unionists n activists Meanwhile, u didn't do Phl 101, u did Phl 103, 'philosophy and Logic'. A course I represented. Batch B thingy tho, I can see u can't wait. ![]() |
Dharmeelawlar: ohh i'm blushin........ No wonder we won d award for d best graduatin set...i am proud 2 b a communicator n also part of d CGK set, we set d pace for odas 2 follow........CGK tins noniHmmm, U can say that again! Bt remember every1 shld want to reach a point where They'll admit that skul ain't all abt social/Entertainment activities afterall. There are areas where ur dept. can conveniently be toppled by other depts. Anyways I give it to u guys, Ur dept. got most people wowed! That ur after-exams convoy was massive. The B3- sport cafe party can't be left out as well! It's a memory u'll love to remeber. You should be through wit clearance by now? |
Later peeps, I've got CIPM class to attend. See you guys in d evening! Bless! |

booqee: wat da....?!Lol, u jes have to rep my dear. OOU has given to us in multiples and The only thing we can give back to OOU is to be a good ambassador of d school. Rep till thy kingdom come jare! OOU nooni!!!! ![]() |
booqee: lol i'm not a newbie on this thread..i just gave myself a break., too much of silly posters..lol.Lol, I did Philosophy. Bt damn! Political science depts use to be one of the Tough depts in OOU. I've got some peeps in ur class. The strong and intelligent ones at that. Lamenting incessantly abt d unfair treatment their lecturers condemn them to. They keep chewing names as Tobi Ariyo, prof. Adefulu, Dr. Abang, Salami and co. Even ur exiled fmr. VC prof. Wale Are Olaitan. U'll sure knw Icon and Adedibu( ur former president). They are my very good friend and political acquaintances. |
Dharmeelawlar: femaleI belonged to the Faculty of arts and I'm sure we belonged 2geda even tho u guys later collapsed into Social and management science. Ur certificate can't lie. I did philosophy. No lies those peeps are d movers and shakers of mass-com dept. No set in d history of dat dept. Was able to project d image of mass-com dept. d way u guys did. I can't hide d fact that ur dept. Outstrips other depts interms of social/entertainment activities. Even ur final year package was first among equal. Only economics dept. came close. U guys left an indellible mark. U shld knw hush n' tosh, he designs my wears. THE CERTIFIED GATEKEEPER ![]() |
*yawns Goodnyt peeps, Gotta sleep nw! Sweet dreams! |
There's basically no qualms wen u decide to make issues go down to the wire with peeps who have a clear mental standing and those u deemed rational enough to be appellated as HUMAN being. When u enters into arguments wit someone whose life actually needs an urgent repair, it proves u are faulty as well. It is a case of a retard asking a chronic mad man if he is well. They both belonged in the ARO. We all knw how tasking it is for him to resist his consistent urge for stewpidity! And Arguing wit a fool only proves that there are two. I've fallen the cotton on his case a long time ago cos I knw his case is metaphysical. My pity only goes to his parents who appreciate the value of education and had thot it's wise to give him one so he can be useful to himself and the society. Bt unfortunately, d relentless mofo has proved to be one of those educated illiterates with warped mental sanity and zero awareness for self-worth as he goes thru a torrent troubles at the moment. I only hope he can recover. DELUDED CURNT! |

To all d OAU peeps in here! I knw exactly how aggravating and acrimonious it feels to be disappointed especially wen u have reposed all hope and confidence on dis batch btw certain opportunities u have turned down as well cos all sights were set clear on Batch 'B'. Bt I feel you shld be more thankful all d same. Remember u are not a catalyst to your being alive today. You'll also admit wit me that u didn't start dis struggle alone and that u are graduates have nothing to do with ur strength and valor, lives have been shredded away bt yet u scaled thru your four/five years programmes in the Uni hitch-free. Why not leave the course for the master planner of your lives, he's been in charge and let him do it to it's own will. This isn't a disappointment cos he knows d right time for YOU. I'll only implore u guys to keep ur calm and engage in personal developments and productive activities. Meanwhile, I'm still nt convinced this batch isn't for u guys bt whichever way it turns out, do remember YOUR TIME IS YOUR TIME. This goes to peeps from other skuls facing related issues, We love you all. |
Good morning you all happy new month and happy workers day. Hw I wish everyday is like this day! Very cold and cossy in here. Declaring just a day as workers day isn't enuff jare! |
coefoe: To all the good people on here, I'm sorry everything turned out this way. I hope we'll meet someday on a much more better platform. XOXO *un-follows post*Oh come on honey! Don't tell me u are leaving me? ![]() |
You see @Charles, knowledge acquisition to me is an endless process. Even tho I'm nt a political science graduate, you do nt expect me to accept ur views dogmatically. I wasn't trained that way. You r always thinking ur views are flawless and it is not. No one can boss knowledge. Even professors have their works criticized. To develop intellectually u need to embrace criticisms. Adopting a protective methods to ur opinions will only make u a motionless intellectual. No doubt u've got it all bt then, learn to respect people's view. Knowledge is not one-directional activity. |
Really had fun today. One of d best weddings I have attended dis year( how many wedding I don go dis year self?) Camp relationships isn't bad afterall! They met at camp. Nw they are married! Nt jst a wedding, a societal one at that! |
