@martian Dont get me wrong, I love the United states of America but I just dont like its policies and how its negatively affects developing countries including Nigeria. As per the collapse of the American economy:we shall see!!! |
@ Frizy that was a nice post, our attention should gradually shift away from dollars into something else. |
The problem with Robert Mugabe is that he is afraid to step down, he has criticised leaders in the western hemisphere and is afraid that once he leaves power "they" will do to him what they did to the likes of Saddam hussein, Charles Taylor and so on. Once he is able to negotiate something favourable for himself I think he would step down. |
Dear all I have said it time and time again, "THE AMERICAN ECONOMY WILL DEFINETLY COLLAPSE", the drastic fall in the price of oil is just the beginning. I know some people may think i am a doomsday student or nut case, but that is not the case. Anyway the good news is that the fall in the price of oil would only be detrimental to the Nigerian economy for a short while after which Nigeria would recover. As for America the end is drawing near for them, for those nairalanders based in the U.S take note of this post and dont take it likely. |
Is Osama Bin Laden dead? As confirmed by the former prime minister of Pakistan, the Late Benzair Bhutto.See for yourself!!!!! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7Y9yLAFAs_4 |
@kobojunkie Very good question, one thing you must understand there are group of people who rule this world, these people have different names, but they generally like to be regarded as the "elites".These people unfortuately are not in politics or position of power, they are always behind the scenes pushing the buttons. The likes of Bush,Clinton and even obama are just their puppets while they are the puppet masters. These people have numerous agenda some of which I have listed in my earlier post, they are bent on crashing the american economy so that is collapse would lead to the emergence of a N.W.O (New World Order), as seen on the US $1 bill. This is how they intend to collapse the american economy: 1. Dollar is the world's foreign reserve, that is to say most countries store their foreign reserve in dollars inlcuding Nigeria.Oil is bought and sold in US dollars, prior to the global financial crisis we saw the price of oil rise to about $140, when the global financial crisis started in mid-september we saw the price of oil fall to its present level. 2. The fall in the price oil in the international market is an indication of the weakening US economy, the fall in price of oil as seen today we further weaken the already battered US economy and will eventually lead to its collapse. |
The following are the things to watch out for in nigeria 1. Most of the foreign investment from Uk and US in nigeria would be gradually redrawn from our financial, educational and even health sectors. 2. In the coming months the price of oil will fall below $40 for the first time in so many years. 3. The fall in the price of oil in the international market will eventually lead to the collapse of the US dollar as a currency. 4. This global financial crisis being experience will linger for a couple of years before full economic recovery will commence. 5. The eventual collapse of the US economy would create a "lacuna" in world affairs, this would lead to the emergence of developing countries including Nigeria The above is not a prophecy nor is it a prediction, but is something that is going to happen in the world in the coming months. I have always said something similar in the past but I have been often times critise. To my critics in this forum "watch out and see what will happen" The American economy will eventually collapse. |

According to the "MAYANS" they believe the world will come to an end on 21st december 2012. I pray all of us will be alive to see what happens. Till then!!!! |
@ASHA80 Nigeria is indeed capable of solving its own problems, have you looked at countries like india, china, brazil and russia.Theses were countries nobody really give a chance for socio-economic survival Russia: After the soviet union collapsed in 1991 russia was left in ruins, and was shattered into bits. The Americans came in and plundered their economy signally the end of the cold war,but in recent times we have all witnessed the re-emergence of russia into the world stage as socio-economic and political super power. China. After the korean war in the 1950's china closed its borders for years, during this time they worked on various ways to put their economy back on track, they sent so many of its nationals to western nations to study and learn their technology.Today we are all witnesses to china economic growth, for a long time china has maintained a double-digit growth rate. China has the largest foreign reserve in the world even larger than America. The list goes on, "I dont see any reason why Nigeria cant".The problem is that we are not yet ready!!!! |
@poster You are right after all, it is quite interesting to see that people are now becoming aware of what is really happening. For reason best known the relevant authorities "Sudan does not really require any help sINCE they dont have anything(resources) in return. I weep for the sudan as well as other war torn areas of the world who do not have foreign aid or assitance. The problem with Africa is rather complex plagued by "internal"and "external" factors. But one thing I believe for sure is that AFRICA will eventually emerge is a strong and powerful continent. LONG LIVE AFRICA!!!! |
@poster Nigeria is not under any spell or curse.Nigeria is only going through a cycle that will soon end, for this to be facilitated Nigeria has to reduce it dependence on crude oil and diversify into areas. 2. Our over dependence on government should be reduced to lowest level and small businesses should be encouraged and a conducive environment provided for it to thrive. There are a million and one solution to Nigeria problems, but at this point I dont think Nigeria is ready!!!! |
The only country that might require foreign intervention or invasion is "America".They should stop giving negative prediction about Nigeria and mind their own business.America has a lot of problems of its own both internal and external. Nigeria is capable of solving its own problem.Other countries have done it in the past and I dont see any reason why Nigeria cant!!! |
Karl Marx was right after all when he said that, "Religion is the opium of the masses". Instead of it to be used to unify people of different backgrounds and race, it is now used as a divisive weapon. Is a real shame!!!! |
ASABA IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE CAPITAL OF DELTA STATE!!!!!!! LONG LIVE ASABA LONG LIVE DELTA STATE LONG LIVE THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA ![]() |
@snazzy82 Ilike that!!! |
Some of the documentaries conducted in Africa by western journalist tend to be over-exaggerated.I watched the documentary on channel 4,and I personally liked the response "Helen ukapio" gave to the female journalist. As far as I am concerned "witches" are everywhere in the globe including ENGLAND and AMERCIA. Africa has its problems and I respect that, they should STOP making the African continent look like a "dark and evil continent" |
Believe or not, the only solution the global economic crisis is the "systematic collapse" of the US and UK economies!!!!! .You might be wondering why!! well for alot of reason some of which include: 1. Most of the financial institutions in use by most countries around the world where designed by the "WEST",one of the reason for this is to control and manipulate the respective institution of these countries. 2. Colonial imperialism: Most African nations are just "Independent republics" on paper, where as they are still being teleguided by their colonial masters. 3. Global regulatory bodies: such as UN,WHO,WTO,UNICEF,UNAIDS, NATO e.t.c most of the aforementioned organisation where setup by the "WEST" after the second world war(1939-1945), not to ensure equity and fairness, but to protect their interest around the world and to prevent any country from challenging their supremacy. For example we all saw what happened to countries like north korea, japan, uganda, vietnam and the soviet union. The "West" don't really care about us,all they are after is to ensure their continous dominance and influence around the world. But WE have news for them, their days are finally coming to an end. No doubt the collapse of their economies would have an effect on Africa but in the long run it would be beneficial to the rest of the world. ", BEFORE ANY BREAKTHROUGH CAN TAKE PLACE THERE HAS TO BE SOME SORT OF BREAKDOWN" |
Few days to go, who do you guys think would clinch the US presidency. Barack Obama or John Mccain? |
@fhlemmy " For a breakthrough to occur there has to be some sort of breakdown" the western economies were designed in such a way that they would continue to dominate and influence other economies for example the American dollars is a reserved currency other countries trade with. Most countries the world over trade with American dollars, this single act contributes to the domination of America. The only way the dominace and influence can be destroyed, is for there to be what I will call a "systematic collapse" of the Amercian economy, and this is what is happening gradually. Like I said earlier the fall of the American economy will signal the liberation of other economies especially in the third world, as a direct of this these countries would be able to develop their own economic blueprint, indentity and policies. @fhlemmy I write as an African and not a Nigerian. |
The demise of the U.S economy no doubt would have an effect on Africa, but I strongly believe that in the long run it would be beneficial to Africa. For too long they have interfered with socio-economic affairs of some many nations not for the good of those countries but for their own selfish interest. The attrocities they have commited is now beginning to catch up with them. "what goes around , !!!!!! |
@ what unfortunately you dont seem to understand what is at stake here, well I understand your pride but you see you dont seem to get it. America has refused to learn from other superpowers that came before it for example the Romans, Greeks,Egyptians e.t.c go and find out what was responsible for the downfall of these civilisations you would note that it is almost the same thing that brought about their end is what is happening to the U.S. If you watch closely you would notice that the American economy has been going down since 9/11, 2007 and 2008 saw the global rise in oil prices and this also had negative effects on the U.S. Like the popular saying goes "the truth is bitter" the American economy is crumbling and it is just a matter of time before it would eventually collapse. |
Dear all The falling U.S and now U.K economy is a good sign, not only for Nigeria but for the entire African continent. For too long we Africans have been under the influence of "western powers" and because of these so many African nations are unable to progress. Let us not forget that the American government and the British government sponsored some of the socio-political crisis currently experienced by some African countries. The demise of their economies will signal the emergence of a new "superpower" probably from Asia or Africa. |
@sleekymag how can u say this article is flawed! if you know this article is flawed challenge it with your own facts. |
Let the truth be told barack obama is a better candidate compared to hilary clinton, but hilary obviously has more experience compared to obama, she has been in the US congress for long and actually knows what is going on.Barack is a new comer in US politics. Well as for the "CHANGE" I personally think america is ready for a black or first female president.I wish them both success |
@ufobabe thats was a good post i really enjoyed every verse,I wish i could see you one day,I sure do enjoy chatting and talking with you,but sometimes in life things just happen,I know i am going to meet you one day. happy xmas to you |
I am doing this because I am a concerned person,I am not doing this because I need money from anybody!, I don't need anyone money, what I am only saying is that THE TIME HAS COME FOR US TO REALISED AS A PEOPLE THAT WE ARE BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE Alot of people are benefiting from the HIV/AIDS issue and they cannot allow anyone who claims to posses the cure to see the light of the day, the world has learnt a big lesson from polio and small pox, when polio and small pox first came out, there was this global fight to find a vaccine, so after wards a vaccine was discovered and this put alot of people out of jobs and money,Pharmaceutical companies which specialised in vaccine production closed down. But with the HIV/AIDS, these people are not concerned about the vaccine, they are more concerned about anti-retrovirals because that is how they will make more money, if they produce a vaccine they will not make enough money as there are making now. ONE THING IS FOR SURE: NOTHING IS HIDDEN UNDER THE SUN ONE DAY EVERYTHING WILL BE EXPOSED |

There is and there has always been a cure for HIV/AIDS but its all politics by big multi-national pharmaceutical companies and western government including african agencies to suppress this truth.
