it's only fufu you can eat days later... Semo, Eba, two, pounded yam etc... Will spoil that very day if you are not careful ,
ghettochild4u:

The difference Is that pap is hard when cold and can't be enjoyed the next day..
Every Nigerian swallow can be eaten days after preparation as long as it hasn't gone stale.
It doesn't get hard like pap does

I'm a fiction writer...I would love to turn this your story, and the stories of your friends that are still doing it into a novel...of cos I would not write it exactly as you narrate it to me, and I wont use the same names.

I de fear kogi people... I hear say an their jazz bad pass for naija
BluntCrazeMan:

Kogi State is supposed to be the most Visited Tourist Attraction State in Nigeria..

1. Confluence point of River Niger and River Benue.

2. Many Exposed Rocky Mountains, with many layers of rock-formations visible on the mountain face.

3. High extending mountain ridges for mountain hikes.

4. Extending flat plains (when cultivated with rice or any economic crop, it would yield more).

And lots more

Why do I feel you are right !
SultanOfPuna:
THE only way police reform will happen is if Police continue killing more women.

Trust me, Police reform will happen

I'm glad the victim was a woman
If it were a man, we wouldn't get such national condemnation. It will be forgotten.

If Police should kill more women,
Their will be heavy protest all over nigeria
Because society cares for women more than men.
Society will only take action if it affects women.

I'm sorry for her loss
But I'm glad the victim is a woman.
This will draw more attention
Now everybody is focused on ending and reforming police because a woman was killed

It's a bitter sweet feeling

Because u have avenue to talk don't mean you should talk rubbish
Shokoloko:
The typical African parent is a bully. Children are beaten and tortured for no reason.
Children are beaten up for not understanding her schoolwork, Children are beaten up for getting sexually molested, Children are beaten up for crying from the previous beaten, Children are beaten up for not answering quickly enough, Children are beaten up for daring to have a different point of view.

In your example, how can a man and wife (two people) hit, tackle to the ground and beat the crap out of a 15 year old. Like 2 people to one person? Even if she was an adult and not their daughter, two people to one is an unfair situation.

What Nigerians and Africans refuse to learn is that violence destroys a country. See how all the violent countries are experiencing reduced GDP compared to those that are not. Africans will continue to create and breed monsters.

It will be very easy for a 15 year boy to rape and beat up a 6 year old child because he has been beaten to the point of trauma he feels its not a big deal, his mother's has beaten the house help to stupor, and his father has beaten his mother to stupor so violence is a part of life.

My mummy.. embarassed
She went to the hospital on the 3rd of March 2022. First time she was admitted in the hospital since I was born. And died on the 10th of March 2022.. I got to the hospital few minutes after she passed.... I touched her breast as I always do but she didn't answer me ... Her body was still warm... I was with her in the room till they brought the body bag to take her away... As they were putting her in the bag her head hit the ground and she didn't wake . then I knew it was all over

It hurts bad. Even though am her first son I was her baby boy and she was the love of my life..

Reading through this post I know just have to be strong for myself and my family.

She will always be in my heart

Her burial is this Friday 25th of March
