Funny enough, if Trump was president in a parliamentary system, most of these judicial rulings wouldn’t have existed.
This is because in parliamentary systems, generally, policy disputes are resolved by both the executive and/or legislative branches. The courts’ voices are barely heard, except for cases that implicate constitutional rights..
