Good evening!
Please has anyone applied for UK Health and care (Skilled worker) immigration Visa recently?
Question: I realized that I can't find the section for Dependant details on my form and several attempts to detect any error I made while providing right details to the form prove abortive.
I seriously need assistance on how to fill the form so that the dependant details section will surface. Thank you in anticipation of your response.

Dependants information are filled separately for skilled worker visa.

She should apply normal, they shear noting anyway, no lies or stories, make she apply, based on her present status

Thank you for your response. If they don't share information, how come they find out visa denials that aren't revealed.
For example I know of a Nurse whose UK skilled workers Visa was denied, because she didn't mention of her USA Visa denial. The UK embassy found out and denied her visa.

She should be honest as possible because the 5 Eyes (of which the UK and the US are both members) do share data of applicants among themselves. If she is now single, she should claim such with evidence of being divorced from her previous marriage since she claimed she was married when she applied for a US visa, however long that was. Don't mess around with these embassies as they will find out from each other what she had filled on a previous application even if she now has a new passport as the previous passport number would be quoted on the new one anyways.

Thank you for your response. If I understand your reply correctly, you mean it would be better for her to provide evidence of her divorce while while maintaining her current marital status(single)?

Good afternoon everyone. Please my sister needs a professional advice. About 5 years ago she claimed she was married while applying for US tourist Visa. Her visa was denied on 214b reasons. Now, she wants to apply for UK skilled workers visa and she's afraid of what the outcome would be because UK and US share information sort of. She is wondering if this would have any effect on her UK Visa. She doesn't know if she should pick single or divorced (she has papers to back it up) while applying for UK visa. She's still single though.
Please professionals in the house help us out

My own opinion, I feel the soft copy might be fake. You should try and look for somebody else to do the police clearance for you and avoid 13k to spoil your application.

Wow...I never thought of this. Thanks. That means the so called Mr. Fatai is a criminal

Sorry about that but while you battle this out or chose to ignore, your soft copy (if authentic) will be sufficient for your application.

The soft copy is not very clear which is why I desperately need the hard copy so I can scan it myself

Hello Everyone. I am writing this experience here because it is where I got to know the person involve.
Please take your time to read and be the judge.
So I contacted Mr. Fatai( +2348023519423 ) on 24/06/2021 to help me process police clearance certificate because I am out of lagos and needed it ASAP. He sent the soft copy of the form to me, I did the fingerprint and sent back the form along other requirements and transferred 8k that he charged me for the job. On 25/06/2021, he sent the soft copy of the signed police clearance certificate. I told him I would like to get the hard copy he suggested of waybill to my location, and told me that waybill would cost 5k. I transferred 5k to him same day. He said he would send it the next day being Saturday or on Monday.
He didn't send it on Monday(28/06/2021) which according to him ,he could not locate GUO park. I sent all the GUO terminal addresses in lagos to him, and asked him to use any of the terminal closest to him. He agreed. At a time he stopped picking my calls and left me clueless. On the evening of 2/07/2021, I sent him a WhatsApp voice note not to bother sending it,that a friend of mine would come to pick it along with the 5k. He replied immediately (Remember he hardly pick my calls) that he has sent it with Guo transport driver that left from Agege terminal. I was surprised because as at that time (about 6pm), I must have received a call from the driver to come pick my parcel and also GUO Agege terminal doesn't have buses coming to my location. I told him to send the driver's phone number, he sent this number 08174620789- Sani Muhammed saying it's the driver. I called the number multiple times, it wont ring and would say "your call is being forwarded " and sometimes user busy.I did my findings, to my surprise, that number doesn't work in GUO I called Mr. Fatai and to complain about the issue, he started telling me cock and bull story that he spoke with the driver, and I asked him,why are you the only one getting through him? I have tried using different numbers to call this so your acclaimed driver but still it wont connect.
To cut the long story short, I am yet to get the hard copy of my police clearance certificate.
( it's more than 24hrs he claimed to have sent it) and still not able to get the so called driver he claimed he gave the parcel. I wonder if the driver is trekking from lagos to east.
After spending 13k, I am still unable to get what I paid for.
I guess we all have to be careful in doing business with him.
I have all the financial transaction evidence as well as that of WhatsApp chat if in doubt.

Just sent you a mail..would love to get some information as regards applications for admission in your school
2demolad:
I'm a student of klapieda University(Health care management) and i will like to address some comments right here.. Let me start with this , i came to Lithuania through VFS.. i submitted m visa application on November 15, got response from Lithuania embassy in Ankara December (prior to Christmas). i left Nigeria after so much delay cause by the weather on February 15, 2020.. The truth is that , klapieda University often have thousands of applicants from the African Countries due to the low tuition fees and it is important to state that most of the successful D visa applicants are students coming to study in klaipeda University. More also, the lady in charge of the international students receive more than 100 calls everyday and its pretty difficult to attend to everyone.. Klaipeda University is not a bad University and not a shit University as said by users here.. They have got a procedures and there's a need to follow the procedure before you can be given a space to study in the University.. Trust me, you have got high chances of getting your visa more than other students going to other university in Lithuania if you follow the procedure .. Unfortunately, the recent delay faced by applicants with the visa application was due to VFS poor handling of using an appropriate means to send applicants documents and Klaipeda have timeline/study calendar.. The University had no choice but to defer students admission. we can all blame VFS and you all need to see the lady in international office , she receive calls from students daily and we (africans) dont have patient at all.. they often shout on her , disturb her etc to cut the whole thing short, klaipeda remains one of the best university here, i can also tell you that accommodations are quite cheap here compare to other cities.. living costs are also cheap and affordable too. So you all need to be patient and if you need more info/details about admission up to visa application, you can ask me questions and i will do my best to respond

Kind Regards Everyone

Decision to relocate – I’ve never really wanted to relocate; my wish was to have enough money to travel whenever and wherever I wanted. My brother left for Canada with his family in 2015 via the old scheme and before he left, he said to me, you need to get out. He sent me links, but I never really looked at them. I kept giving excuses until we got a mail in the office about an impending retrenchment exercise, still I didn’t do anything. My job finally ended October 2017 and I traveled to my school in November to process my transcript.

IELTS – I wasn’t afraid of the exam, in fact my main motivation was to score higher than my brother (sibling rivalry things). I’m not much of a talker and I knew I stood no chance with my brother in the speaking test. I decided that I was going to beat him in the other sections and have a higher average, but it was never to be. I started with writing task 1 and it was great. As I was writing my concluding paragraph in task 2 a bell went off in my head, I had written a whole four paragraph essay on something different form the question . From a distance I heard, ten minutes more as the sweat started leaking out from my braided wig cry. What in the world would have made me make this type of mistake? I don’t use the cramming method when studying, so it wasn’t a case of copy and paste. I studied more about the techniques of writing IELTS and what the examiner expects, then just a few practice questions. Except the Listening test which I found exciting to practice, it felt like putting together pieces of a puzzle. Anyway, as the sound of the bells in my head calmed a bit, I looked at the question again and started writing down points to expand into paragraphs. The I remembered how long it took me to decide on a topic sentence for my introduction and saw that writing a fresh essay will be a futile effort. I settled for giving a great conclusion to the essay I had already written and hope for the best.
It was while I was doing a search about low IELTS score that I came across this thread. I then knew I had to also evaluate my master’s degree to make a good CRS point.
Study materials; IELTSLiz, Road to IELTS (BC) and I also did a free IELTS course on Edx.

ECA – I used WES. I hadn’t looked at the express entry process in detail, so I felt I could just use only my first degree. That was before the IELTS incident. Besides I have plans to continue a career with my first degree as my master’s degree is in a completely different field.
My ECA report came with a comment that the date of birth on my transcript was different form what I filled in my form. My school had increased my age by four years! shocked The excitement of getting my ECA just died when I saw the comment. I wrote to WES via the contact form and twitter. I also faxed copies of my birth certificate, WAEC certificate, international passport and even national ID card, all showing my correct date of birth. WES replied me after one month saying my school must resend my transcript with the correct information before they can send me an updated ECA report. Thanks to the good people I spoke with who assured me that I could go ahead and use the report like that. So, while I waited for WES to respond, I had gotten ITA and submitted my application. After seeing their response, I was glad I didn’t wait a whole month to continue with the process. In my application I attached all the documents I sent to WES to prove my correct date of birth and explained the mistake.

PCC – Superintendent Moshood to the rescue.

Medicals – this was done at IOM and I requested for a copy of my result which was sent via email

POF – One good thing that came from my retrenchment was my pay off grin. I changed it to dollars and put in a domiciliary account, I wanted to make it less accessible to me and avoid exchange rate issues.

NOC – I spent two months trying to find a matching NOC for my last job role to no avail. I shared it on the thread but couldn’t find a code for it. Following Newmum0615’s advise I decided to use my previous job role as my primary NOC since it spanned over three years.
Visa refusals – I had two UK visa refusals which I mentioned and attached one of the rejection letters. I was concerned about this because the reason for the second refusal had to do with the VO doubting my employment details. And the same job turned out to be the one I couldn’t find a NOC for. My fear was that It would give more weight to the UK VO’s comments. So, I got a reference letter from my company even though I no longer worked there. I also wrote a LOE addressing the comments by the UK VO and attached other documents relating to the said job.

Others – After I got my first GCMS notes and saw that the issue about my date of birth was not mentioned, I felt relieved.
- I called a couple of times before November 2018, since that time I haven’t been able to reach IRCC.
- I also sent a couple of mails to Ottawa VO and they always gave the same generic response.
- I sent a mail on the 24th after the ghost update to enquire what the update was about, and I got the passport request mail the next morning
- Losing my job was the wake up call I needed. I was depressed for some months (still comes and goes) and I would lie in bed until noon. I have always been independent so losing my job was like being stripped naked, I didn’t want to go out or be seen. My younger brother called me and encouraged me to continue with the Canada immigration plan (I had already registered with WES). I will never forget his words, approach this thing like you’re escaping for your life, like someone is trying to strangle you and you must fight. My ECA took eight months to complete and anytime I would return from Unilag or call IMSU without any positive news, I would just break down and cry. I was and I’m still out of job, my savings depleting and I always have this fear of having to ask for money to sustain myself.
I can’t thank God enough for this new lease on life he has just given me. It still feels like a dream and sometimes I check my mailbox to see if the email is still there. God never disappoints and his timing is always perfect and the best. I was worried about having to renew my rent soon, and I can imagine God smiling down and saying, my daughter you too worry! Cast your cares on him and have faith (not easy but doable).
I am grateful to 40manlappy, Newmum0615, ddymples and Hakeemgp for their help and suggestions. Especially Newmum for her patience. May God grant all your heart’s desires.
I appreciate everyone on this thread for all the contributions, whether na fight, joke or information. I want to specially mention joo2018, Ifeoma77 and Tojued, you guys are great!
For everyone here who feels like there’s no hope, I went from asking God “why me?’ sad to proclaiming “who am I Lord!” cheesy

Just keep the faith!

And some others: I was worried about how I would tell my parents, especially my mum about my approval. My younger brother left the country first, then my older brother (she was greatly affected by that one), now her only remaining child here (plus only daughter kwa), me. I know she wants the best for us but would prefer us being in proximity to them. So, I called my mum yesterday and told her;
Mum: (shouting for joy) ehen remember you promised to take me out when you get approval. I want to go to Jevinik. grin
Me: Jisos! shocked mummy I thought you’d be sad. (disappointed but relieved)
Mum: I’m sad you’ll be leaving but I know better now. This country holds no hope for you, look at how long you’ve been out of job. Go and find something new, just do my visa for me.

I am currently filling visa applications for them
. Congrats dear go and shine

My people, I am so happy right now that you would think I won the lottery lol My EOR results (from BC) came back successful! Writing was upgraded from 6.5 to 7 and speaking from 7.5 to 8.5. In fact, I didn't want to remark speaking, it was COPR that suggested that I do it just to increase the chances of getting my money back. Thanks man!

Also, to be honest I wasn't very confident about my writing because I didn't have time to review my essays at the end. All I was sure of was that I wrote over the word limit in both essays and in Task 2 (my task was to argue both sides and give my opinion), I wrote 4 paragraphs and used made-up examples in explaining both sides. I used IELTSADVANTAGE as a guide to structure my essay.

So my people, if you're looking for 0.5 or 1 point upgrade, EOR is worth a shot, go for it! Mine took 2.5 weeks in total. Thanks to COPR, fmsimple and everyone for your encouragement, God bless you guys plenty smiley

The icing on this new year 'cake' was that my ECA also FINALLY arrived this morning from ICES, after 4 long months of frustration.
CRS now standing at 459, I am off to the pool o, next stop ITA! cheesy
Its a great year bro. Congrats
