threadstone: 1. Unilag verification is free
2. Im not so sure of that but i guess within a week or two, if no response, please find a way to follow up. @abamure I think I misunderstood the earlier question... verification should be free... It is transcript you pay for |

Kevinoh: Wow! Seems we have an almost similar issue here. Thanks so much for this info. Please how much and how long did the renewal go for and how do I go about this CSE stuff? I started the renewal early in August but it wasn't ready till mid September. I don't know how long it takes these days. Then I submitted the cse at the address below https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx |

Kevinoh: Hello everyone!
Please I'd love to know when the Nigerian passport is eligible for renewal. Mine expires in second week of February 2018 and I submitted my application in late August. If and when my application is successful, are they likely to request for a new passport or it's still the old one they will need?
Thanks in anticipation for your kind responses guys! My old passport was to expire Feb 3 2018 and I submitted my application Aug 1. I renewed my passport already and submitted a CSE in September to update my records. |

tallgirlee: Good evening house,
I trust you all had a good day. Please i would like the house to advice me on an issue. I have been on NA2 for over 30days now and going by trends, i expected my application to have gotten to a LVO/VO at this stage. To my surprise when i asked CIC for my visa office yesterday, i was informed that my application was still at centralized intake office Sydney and yet to be transferred to a local visa office.
If any one has been in this situation before kindly share your experience. Isn't eligibility test done at NA2 stage and at the local visa office?
Look forward to your response(s). Thank you I've been on NA2 since Aug 21... I sent two mails and got the reply that my file was at CIO Sydney... Its when I called on October 19, I was told my file had moved to London. I'm still on NA2 till now. There's no specific pattern some files are processed faster than others. Team London I hail oh... The wait is real BTW congrats to all PPR recipients |

Abby2017: Don't think there is any harm in you raising a CSE to provide additional/new information rather than wait for ADR. OK thanks |

Peaceful2016: Happy Sunday fam. I have a question, I renewed my passport cos the one I submitted with my application on August 1 expires on February 3 and also cos I don't want my COPR to be tied to the expiry date on the old passport. Should I raise a CSE and upload the new passport or should I wait for CIC to ask for it.
@dupyshoo please assist |

Congrats to everyone who has received PPR recently...
I'm in the process of filling my e-APR and I have been rejected a UK visa in the past,
Please confirm if I will be answering YES to two statutory questions on the online form. Online there are two questions relating to refused visa but on the Schedule A form (hard copy), there is only one refused visa related question |

Veka: Are there any mamas that didn't use epidural for their first? How was it like? I'm still very undecided if I want to take the Hebrew woman route. I dey fear sha. You have to decide so u don't give up last minute... for my first child, I almost requested for Epidural like 30 mins before my baby arrived.... I would have had the wasted dollar story too... lol. For my second I walked around a lot and did some squats before heading to the hospital when I got there I was already 7cm... it's not always as easy as it sounds, but making up your mind before time is key.... at the end of the day if u can't bear it, by all means request for Epidural ohhhh, experiences are different |

I posted this earlier but I just realised that it was deleted... I'm not sure why, but i'd just share it again cos it might help someone. I had my baby via VD in HNMC Houston in January. Hospital cost 2000 CS is 3500 Doctors cost 1700 CS 1850 Lab was 154 but I paid $72 got 50% discount Pediatrician 1133 but paid $794 got 30% discount I didn't use Epidural but it's $650 for VD and $750 for CS
Also United allowed us carry two 23kg bags for the baby. I insisted since that's what's stated on the website (I saved the page on my phone, but they didn't ask to see it) and told them that I had called customer service to confirm |
