Well it started in 2011 after Obi handed over the Schools to the missionaries and made sure the funds where handed directly to them. Refused to give it to ministries because he noticed there were many tollgates the money would pass before getting to be actual work and there were better checks and balances in the missionaries management of the schools..

He made so many reforms that reduced the cost of governance in Anambra
