In the end what count is how many people you are able to serve and not how many servant you have. |
Royal welcome awaits him in Nigeria or Biafra since he has link to both sides. |
omolami:It is not compulsory that you comment. Safe your free 10MB bandwidth to chat with your friends on 2go or Facebook. Tell us what sense you made with this post. Nigerian customs is about the most corrupt in the world. They are worse than NPF. These people resigned because that's the honourable thing for them to do. They were given that option instead of being fired. I hope you know that if NPF can accept 100 Naira as settlement; customs won't accept 10,000 Naira. Please stop this WAEC nonsense; campaign and elections are over. You can upload your grandfather's wasc result to spite PMB. |
Wrong move. They should have done that earlier; they presented GEJ. The north wont need any president in 2019 because PMB will still be there and its their turn till 2023. After that it will be Igbo President after in 2023. Will they still present a notherner in 2023? PDP lost their grip on power because of few greedy and insane people running the party. There wont be any PDP in 2023. Their loss in 2019, should they exist till then, would kill them completely. Many of their financiers will be in prison by 2019. |
tobimillar:Money laundry is an offence in the UK. She may have committed offence bordering on stealing/theft/corruption/criminally acquired wealth in/and against Nigeria. When you bring money into another country illegally it's called money laundry; it's nothing to do with Nigeria. How will you react if someone start using your bedroom as storage for stolen electronics? |
The person in charge of the Indipendence celebration would have added his own money to the 70 million naira to succeed in his assignment; talkless of sharing the money. During the time of the wailers' hero, the 70m is just for the ribbons for decoration only. The champeign alone whould have cost twice. Change is really here. |
If all our politicians bring back the funds they statch abroad and creat companies and investments they will eradicate unemployment in 2 years without calling any foreign investors. |
reuben79:Don't mind the yeye man. People that can't wipe their arsees clean with tissue paper and water are the one claiming to know how to govern Nigeria than the president we voted for based on track records. |
okomogo:How do you suggest he go after the probes? By just picking these people you mention up by 6am in the morning and bring them to corrupt judges? If you were made Nigerian president for 4 month just like PMB what would you do differently? |
You are facing trials because you stole and some people have evidence. The people you refer to are only making sure that you pay for the alleged crime. People get tried because of crime not because they are senate president. |
menix:What meanest thou brother? Why art thou laughing in Greek? Doest thou remember that there were two thieves on the cross? Doest not thine Bible say one on the left and one on the right? Doest not Jesus forgave ONLY the one who repent and probably confess where he hid the money he stole? Did Jesus forgave Baraba the thief who was released for him to be crucified? When people stealeth money big enough to develope a city they shall visit CCT without hiding behind any FHC stay of prosecution. Wheresoever thou seest a WITCH thou shall also find an HUNTER. |
menix:Nay, my brother, I judgest not. Why dost thou expect Jesus to judge the woman when thou knowest that it was a setup? Did they also brought the man who lied with woman? NO! Case closed. Verily, verily I say unto thee, if they brought Saraki or any of the governors before Jesus Christ, he would have the IG on speed dial to come and arrest the thieves. When thou seest a Nigerian politician approaching thine house, thou shalt lock thine door, lest thou allowed Satan into thine house; for the thieves cometh not but for to steal, to kill and to destroy. May the Lord bless thee as thou goest to the church today; with thine wife. Tell thine pastor that pedel bid him good speed from Nairaland. |
Katch Ononuju and Tijani Usman, both of you should come and see me in the office. I know you are all looking for money but my advice to you is not to collect money that will land you both in kirikiri. For your information, if Saraki escape this we are still going to squeeeezzzz his balls for tax evation. One way or the other some people are going to retire into a 10' by 10' cell. There will be no concurrent prison term any more in Nigeria; it will be consecutive. 13 count charges at 5 year each. Let say Saraki is looking at 65 years. Any day I see a politician sent to prison for more than 50 years in Nigeria, I will relocate to Naija the same month. Sai Change. |
rusher14:Why speakest thou in KJV? Why art thou deceiving thine Senate President? Knowest not thou that thine nation abhoreth corruption? Tell thine Senate President to resign. This is what that Lord saith to the Senate President: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, and PARSIN. This is the word of the Lord concerning thee, oh Nigeria, Thou shall be free from the hands of thine oppressors that has held thee down since 1999. Thus siath the Lord; all thine leaders, that has plunder thee shall all be childless and their houses shall be desolate. I the Lord shall restore thy glory and thou shall no more be an outcast among the nations. I have given thee my servant, Muhamadu Buhari, who shall lead thee in the way or restoration and thine reproach shall be taken away before the end of 2019. |
You have a very good observation but bad punctuation. |
folks4luv:Almost the same number of years it took CCB before they arreigned Tinubu. As a well meaning Nigerian you should be happy that at last he is being called to come and answer the charges against him. This is a tribunal, NOT firing squad. Let us forget the idea that he offended some people. I assume you are a christian (may be you attend Cutting Edge Ministries); Would it not be an answer to prayer if all the politicians in Nigeria return 50% of the money they stole back to the country for investment in crictical sectors? Wont you be happy if the call on Fashola to come and defend how he spent 78 million naira to build a website and how he spent more than 100 million naira on a single bore hole? Please put sentiments aside and let us stand with whoever is calling upon these looters to return the money irrespective of the circumstances. If you still need more clarification, you can contact the CCB directly: Code of Conduct Bureau Federal Secretariat Complex 5TH Floor, Annex III, Shehu Shagari Way PMB 155 Abuja, FCT Nigeria TEL: 070 354 75303; EMAIL: info@codeofconductbureau.com Code Of Conduct Bureau Block 3, Old Secretariat Oba Akinjobi Street P. legaxi:Somewhere far away from Nigeria; where there are no jungle justice. |
folks4luv:He was a governor for 8 years and immune from prosecution. Tinubu faced CCT in 2012 after leaving his governorship seat in 2007. I hope this is clear enough. |
akinlex:When the laws are being enforced by the appropriate agencies and when people stop being political or tribal when corrupt politicians are being prosecuted/'witch hunted' When police stop collecting money from criminals and cause victim of the crime loose interest in the system. Where I live if thief break into your house and you catch him you are not even allow to beat him. Just call the police. Even if he took anything away from your house; with police report, the insurance company must replace whatever was stolen. To answer your question again, jungle justice will continue until justice system is fixed. |
merry02:Tinubu was in front of this tribunal in 2012. Why do you have problem with Saraki facing them? Let him go and clear his name. Are you benefiting anything directly from Saraki other than political or tribal affiliation? |
cornoil:What is your point exactly? Are you saying he should not be charged? Advice Saraki to look for information on Tinubu and nail his house too. I don't care if they both share cell room. It's only a deranged Nigerian that sides the politicians. |
If EFCC doesn't go after Aregbesola and jail him, may God make PMB's end be like that of Gaddaffi. ICPC and EFCC should not tell us that have no case of corruption against him. This is a man that shouldn't be employed to manage a petrol station governing a state. Now he is asking for primary school result. The same result PMB couldn't produced before election. All the primary school in Modakeke axis of Ile Ife were burnt down now I have two people looking for primary school certificate from such school. Aregbesola is going to end up like Nebuchadnezzar. He will fall from grace to grass. |
Ebikpogba Abraham Mone you are the publisher of amazonbug.com Sooner or later this blogging business is going to land you in jail or face down in a gutter somewhere. Why cooking-up stories that are not real because you want to drive traffic to a website that will never become like nairaland or facebook? Tell me one website that depends on publishing falsehoods that last long. If you want to know what writing false story does to people try tell your dad that you saw the man repairing your generator on top of your mother and come back to tell us what your dad says; of course that may not be a false story after all. |
Just like they told GEJ when he was vice president for two years and president for 6 years. |
ddippset:May be you should enlighten me: Is it ok to appoint, as ministers, people with records of financial reclessness and outright diversion of public funds just because you think you can keep them in check? For PMB to succeed as a leader he needs people of like vision and passion at every level. Do you think PMB's fight on corruption will stop the local government council workers that are issuing and selling 50 naira tickets to market women from selling their own copies of the tickets? I run an organisation and I will never employ anyone I won't love to work under should I be looking for job. During GEJ term, corruption was radicalized and hardly can you get anything done by following the normal process. Unless you are less than 17 years old you should understand what I am talking about. You seem like a learned person; you may have to choose your words carefully and mind how you talk to people on public forums like this. I am sure this is not how you speak to your colleagues or people where you work just because they didn't share you view about issues. |
This sound good to me. |
If 50% percent of the people you mentioned here make the list then GEJ shouldn't have been voted out. These people will make the "change" more than a scam. |
jumper524:The country is already bankrupt, we just don't realise it yet. Unfortunately, many people think PMB would fix the mess in 4 years. |
I can see the handwritting on the wall. Somebody put the NLC and TUC up to this task. How can people steal all the money that could have been used to improve the lives of the people and still be sentenced to prison where they whould have to be catered-for for the rest of their lives? There is going to be a bill on this and it must pass. Death penalty for corruption for public office holder. We dont want jail term. Where is Diepreye Alamieyeseigha? Where is Bode George? These people came back from prison and continued where they left off. Death penalty all the way. |
And some imbeciles and fools keep voting for these scammers. |
GEJ should have probed and jailed OBJ. But he didn't because they are the same. |
