Majority of Nigerians depend on these quack doctors and nurses. Even the investigating police officers visit the road side nurses and doctors to get treatment. Our society depends on these half baked medical professionals to offer medical treatments to a large chunk of our population. More than 50% of people reading this post have used these untrained medical experts in the past year. I am not saying it’s normal for a country to depend on untrained medical professionals, but that’s the reality we have to deal with. The same way we hire night guards to protect our housing estates in the night while we have Nigeria police whose only job is to protect and serve. I pray that the nurse who treated mohbad get justice, unless she is the one who killed him. Jaybuoy: |
Your messages doesn’t show that you’re intelligent. Miracle2020: |
You are not very smart. So all the people that have died in your family had next of kin before they were buried? If you don't mind me asking, do you have a next of kin for the same purpose? Do you know if the deceased had a next of kin? Are you sure his father is not his next of kin? Miracle2020: |
Does the school have affiliation with the Nigerian Police Force? |
To assume someone is a kid in a faceless forum speaks to the level of your intelligence. His father doesn’t need to get approval from anyone before he buries his own child. If there is any older person left in your family you should ask them to educate you. You expect his father and mother to embalm him, keep the corpse in their room, and plan owanbe party for him? Usually, when young people die like that they get buried immediately, unless the death requires police investigation. No parent will keep the corpse of their child unless they have evidence of murder. You should try to school yourself first. Miracle2020: |
If he was murdered his family would have demanded for autopsy. Although, I am not saying he died of natural causes, but he died as a result of illness. His family didn’t say he was shot, stabbed, or strangled. If his death was mysterious, his family would have called for autopsy. Now the quack nurse that treated him has been arrested. Many of you will call for this nurse to be hanged for treating him, whereas, many Nigerians depends on these quack doctors and nurses in your villages. Emotion and sentiment is our major problem in Nigeria. Many of these musicians are addicted to drugs and alcohol. At some stage your body will have enough. Many of Davido’s guys died like that. I doubt if those guys can spend a day without alcohol. Vickym1: |
On what charges? When you arrest someone you must have to charge him with a crime. What crime did his father commit? You see how unreasonable your statement is? Miracle2020: |
Why not answer his question without bringing his brother, son, or family member into it? This mob mentality is a major problem in Nigeria. Many innocent people have been killed because you people use emotion and sentiments to determine murderer, instead of investigation. Vickym1: |
You are not very intelligent. Obi won in Anambra. It is people like you that claimed Buhari is Jubril from Sudan. Now that he Buhari retired to Daura instead of Khartoum, you can see how mentally deficient you are. XtraFortunes: |
Are you saying the manipulation of the EC8A forms only happened where Peter Obi lost? Have you not seen EC8A forms where votes for other parties were altered to favour the Labour Party in the South East? jaxxy: |
Do you honestly believe there were polling units where LP won, and their vote counts were given to other parties? Do you realise votes were publicly counted, and all party agents signed for EC8A? INEC doesn’t have to transmit the results electronically. Operational guidelines can change. The issue you obi followers should focus on is the sum of all your EC8A results. Obi did not categorically say that he won the election, and if you think he won, then replying you is a waste of time. Show proof that Obi scored more than 8 million votes and the places where he secured those votes. Otherwise, stop displaying low intelligence on Nairaland. jaxxy: |
Do you mind telling us what part of the electoral act that was violated by INEC? Please don’t mention electronic transfer of results, because that was not in the Acts. It was an operational guideline, and they don’t have to follow it if they realise it’s not going to help them achieve their objectives. When Labour Party won, INEC is good but when they lose, they are compromised. When the judiciary nullifies APC or PDP elections and return LP they are not compromised. Only an idiottt reason like you obi-dients. jaxxy: |
There was no money to pay any subsidy. Buhari made no provision for the payment of subsidy in the budget signed. Babzrockman: |
The guy broke the law. It has nothing to do with Fashola. Cyberstalking is not a civil case; it’s a criminal offence. These bloggers are not journalists. They need to understand that you are responsible for whatever you post online. Imagine someone saying you are into drug trafficking and gun running online without any evidence. If you want a civilised society don’t advocate for a crime to be overlooked. God bless you. ican2020: |
There are hundreds or thousands of posts on Nairaland about iswap, killer herdsmen, and boko haram combined. You are only protesting because of your tribal bigotry. A reasonable person wont bother when a post is created about criminals in their region. gidgiddy: |
Judging by your comment, I don’t think you are very intelligent. Right to worship whatever you choose is a fundamental right of every Nigerian as enshrined in our constitution. You can practice whatever religion you want anywhere within the country. IconicR: |
These are the people that laid the foundation of the current hardship the country is facing today. |
You are quoting isolated verses to create confusion. Always read the Bible texts in it's original contexts. This is the problem with the Pentecostal and charismatic believers. Go back in time into the original context with Paul and the people he wrote the message to. Study the foretext and pretexts. Put yourself at the center of the discussion and what he was addressing in that letter, that's only when you can rightly divide the word of truth. BornofGod108: |
The pension funds is probably empty already. Our useless politicians must have 'borrowed' the pension money before going abroad to borrow. |
No civilian is allowed to carry automatic rifles in Nigeria. Only the law enforcement officers are allowed to carry Ak47. You can only get licenses for shotguns in Nigeria. BigBlackPreek: |
Stop expecting power to be given to anyone. The youth has to fight for it. By the way how old is the current president of America, and the one before him? The age of the leader is not the problem, the country itself is the problem. You can’t blame the driver for not being able to drive a car that has no engine. easyfem: |
Keep living in denial. So an outsider paid an ibo man to destroy the economy of the South east region? Maybe Jubrin from Sudan payed Simon Ekpa to order the killing and maiming of his fellow Igbo people. Feintline: |
You will see how the enemies of Nigeria from the EAST will rally round in support of Emefiele now. Emefiele destroyed a lot of small businesses and sent many Nigerians to an untimely grave. Some lunatics started campaigning that he was following orders of the president as if he was the only person appointed by the president. The right judgement for him is for him to rotten in jail without any due process of the law or suffer stroke while at it. Wicked people! madridguy: |
Where is the rest of the charge sheet? Was he charged with only the firearm related offences? Nigerians are the most unreasonable people. The DSS are not transparent, and the people supporting Emiefiele are not interested in true justice. |
Some dingbats are still insistent on awarding her scholarship because she is from South East while it’s obvious she forged the result. The are hell bent on tarnishing our national institutions all because they claim they are marginalised. |
We should be refining our own crude. We are probably the only top oil producing nation still importing refined petroleum products. It should be made unconstitutional for us to import petrol. We have the worst set of people among as our leaders. stanech: |
Not necessarily. Even in the USA some agencies of government and professional bodies get funded. The only thing that must be investigated is how much is allocated for them and how much are they actually receiving. You are going to find out that some people already padded the budget. seunmsg: |
You think importing food for consumption is good for our economy? A country of over 200,000,000 people importing rice despite having land and manpower to grow our own food. Spending forex to import what we can grow is one of the reasons our currency is devalued. Oblitz: |
The same way Jonathan was not indicted in Dasukigate and Obasanjo in Power project. Africa is not ready to start going after former Presidents. ManWater: |
Maybe he deceived the so called master to carry out the useless policy. Buhari hasn’t been the one making most decision. He was just a rubber stamp president. Are we saying he ordered the aviation minister to go hire and painted a plane ✈️ on the eve of their handover? Emefiele is responsible for the trouble. Even if his master instructed him he can refuse and resign. Angelfrost: |
He was convicted based on circumstantial evidence. I think the judgement was political. The prosecution proved Timothy died in the hotel. They also proved he was killed based on autopsy. Meanwhile, there is a conflicting autopsy regarding the cause of death. The circumstantial evidence used by the court was the fact that Adedoyin visited the hotel that evening, which is not a crime. He also told his staff to lie to the police that the guy didn’t lodge in the hotel. No evidence or confession linked him directly to the killing. As far as this case is concerned they are going to free him on appeal. The judge said he refuse to enter the dock was part of the reason for the verdict. You can’t kill somebody for that. Adedoyin stepped on toes of powerful people and they are dealing with him at the slightest chance they’ve got. They obviously dumped the body because they didn’t want repetitional damage and that’s exactly what they have gotten. Angel55555: |
