Oga, grow up! Bullion Vans are not only for Cash. They are used for sensitive and valuable items, including cash! This is why most cases fail in court because people act on sentiments.

Moreover, its not a crime to move cash with bullion vans. In fact, Nigerian Laws regard it a crime to move money above a certain threshold (I think above N500k or so) without escort and armoured vehicles!

Tinubu is a privileged man of means and is entitled to move his cash as he likes, except you can bring evidence of any crime or misdemeanor, not Bullion Van.

I listened to one Dangote interview in which he went to withdraw $10m cash from a Nigerian Bank and drove home with it, just to see how it feels and be assured his money remains safe and available at his Bank. He returned the cash the next day after sleeping with it!
