Unity is agreement in differences. What is Nigeria waiting for to establish this unity or they are waiting for when it will be too late to be achieved ?

Let us all come together, discuss, make some compromise and stand unified now there is time for it.

Once again u talk out of ignorance. You have no clue what biafra is about. Just following the band wagon to talk. Biafra was supported by world powers, chief among which was France and Spain. Yet, Nigeria remains intact. Stop and quit the hate already!
Continue in ur delusion. Many Biafrans across the globe, North, East, South and West are strategising on how to achieve Biafra, i wonder what you are doing not to see Biafra emerge other than to trust ur aboki military to have one Nigeria. Once again, continue in ur delusion.

Nothing like Biafra, but u are discussing it and it is giving ur leaders nightmares and troubles at the mere mention of the name.

Done with you.

There is no biafra. Its a scam initially designed by france to battle nigeria for oil. Go and watch aljazeera secret of the 7 sisters.

Biafra is both unrealistic and untenable. So u aint going nowhere. The earlier you change ur orientation the better for u
You talk as if Nigeria has been an entity from time immemorial. Fact is, Nigeria has no stronghold other than selfish intterest of those who established it. Tell me, do you think Nigeria will continue if any world power comes out publicly to support NigerDelta break away or Biafra break away ? If there international forces come now to show interest that they want to break Nigeria, are Nigerian people going to stand them off or are there people who will help them achieve that ? Do u know that Nigeria can easily go the way of syria if whites present interest in Nigeria are dropped.

Biafra can only be dead once injustice is dead in Nigeria, otherwise, any major backing from any international force will see Nigeria burn like syria of Biafra is not granted peacefully.

If Nigeria is sane, all will be treated in such manner that nothing can move its citizens to accept break away, rather will be patriotic enough to reject enemies.

Tell urself the truth, Nigeria will never remain the same if any opposing international military power comes out now to back Biafra. Reason i said Nigeria has no stronghold as it will crumble immediately. It is already crumbling.

If i were one Nigeria activist, i would go the way of preaching and appeasing than the way of denying reality. Keep saying Biafra is dead while u discuss it.

If any tribe is insisting on One Nigeria, it is the Northerners....and rightly so.
President Buhari just said that "there is no room for any Biafra referendum".

if you want to secede, it has to be with your original six Ibo states ONLY.... but if you insist on forcing the S/South into your Biafra project, then you have to wait until there is no more SINGLE DROP of Crude Oil from that part of the country.

You cant benefit from the resources of other parts of the country (Sea Ports, Market, Power Stations, e.t.c) and then think you can corner what belongs to the whole nation, in your quest to secede.

STOP BEGGING TO BE FREED, IF YOU ARE NOT A SLAVE. ONLY SLAVES BEG FOR FREEDOM! angry angry
Just gather all yourselves to the bEAST LANDS and refuse to have anything to do with other parts of Nigeria - SIMPLE! You are gone! Just like that.
How difficult can that be, if not for your GREED over the Oil in the South-South?

You chest-beaters are scared of the Northerners and that is why you leave them and begin attacking Yorubas.
Yorubas dont give a hoot about Yiibos, infact, we believe we are better-of without the nuisance and immorality that you people pollute the world with.

Hypocrite, when did u start caring for their land ? Cos it is affecting u. What is the difference now that they are bombing pipelines and when oil spillage was destroying their lands? The difference is, in one of the situations, u were in ur area enjoying their wealth without sympathy for them while in the other u have been starved of petrodollar reason u now know they have lands and really don't care about their lands but the petrodollar that has stopped coming..

Let us discuss our way forward in Nigeria where everybody will be ready to make some sacrifices and accomodate a neighbours feelings or we suffer together. No more dictating position in Nigeria if we must remain one Nigeria.

Then i don't want to see u in any blown pipeline thread. Have confidence in ur land. Encourage buhari to withdraw the military from Nigerdelta and save us the resources they are wasting there since we are moving away from oil dependence than blabbing jere on Nairaland on how u are free from oil dependent.

Seems u prefer to go to the streets to pick dirt for food than attend to complains form ur neighbour to make peace.

Greediness will kill u guys. What is the big deal in coming to discussion tables to sort out things with ur partner than thinking ur partner accepts ur all powerful attitude to have peace. Go to hell with ur ego selfishness. We will burn in Nigeria together than allow this rape of system continue. U are and ur dullard agreed to short change us, feeling like almighty and all powerful, coming to the open to tell us not to expect to be treated same way with u. So u wanted a situation where u enjoy and mock us while we beg and wail ? Better we are in the mess together than have u enjoy what really does not belong to u.

12 weeks to go, the budget of change prepared to compesate hausas and yorubas who funded his campaign has not been implemented, though he has been doing that with mopped up money from the economy and recober loots, but how far with the entire economy is the question.

More bombings will be fine for us than habe u wicked people rule with ur wickedness. Better we all die than have injustice prevail.

It is becoming very glaring that soon, nobody will give a hoot about any bombing shit. Lets diversify in solid mineral and Agriculture and lock-up the oil in place. Who will it affect the most? Can these ugly Charlatans dig up the oil by themselves? One after the other, they will all DIE and Nigeria shall be great again. Enemies of Nigeria will surely perish in their heinous act so that we can grow.
Afonja wiickedness and greediness go to the extent u will lock up their oil, access ur agriculture and solid minerals and still won't allow them stay on their own while u stay on ur own, just to get them die one after the other.

No wonder, a fallen angel with calabash and hen is trueliy ur forefather..

The SE and SS declared public hatred for PMB during the elections campaign last year, PMB is human like everyone of us, if any group display openly their hatred for you, it will take you time to get over it easily. The SE and SS also added insult to injury by telling PMB and the whole world openly that they had no regrets supporting Jona.

The SE and SS lack political tact, the northerners who supported Jonathan all through lay low after the elections and started reaching out diplomatically to PMB, even the northerners in PDP presently are always tactful when dealing with PMB. Politics is a game and it could go either way. When its not in your side, you act diplomatically and build bridges. Our brothers across the Niger must learn and respect others even when they do not agree politically. PMB will complete his tenure and when another election time comes, every region will have their opportunity again to show their political prowess. We should stop being cry babies.
]

If it's about our crying, Buhari won't blink an eye. Now he is receiving the consequences of that statement or both of u felt since he couldn't control his hatred and uttered those statements, SS/SE should keep quiet and accept whatever he throws at them cos both of u are gods, right?

Many states didn't vote Obama in his first tenure yet he didn't victimize any section of the control cos he needed their patriotism and support.

U now don't want to be politically correct rather justifies his hatred on his human limitations regards to him feeling hated by SE/SS. Continue

Thank God someone resurrected this thread.

BRF haters just having a filled day on this thread https://www.nairaland.com/3125569/fashola-didnt-promise-regular-power/

Just wonder how some people would read someone's statement and choose to twist his words to suit their evil intentions.

For instance, on a tv program, Fash explained that during his time, residents of G.R.A Ikeja wrote him a letter to extend his IPP project to them and they were willing to pay at a Premium cost. The LASG then agreed but the two discos in Lagos rejected and went to court because they feel the govt would take away their customers. They were still trying to resolve the issue to see how they can accommodate the discos and not feel cheated before he then left office as the governor.
Then why the remark about pdp giving way for common sense revolution to take place ? Or was pdp the then administration in lagos ?
