grin well I don't mean profit as such, I mean not run at loss considering time and money spent on fueling. Thanks for the response anyway, I will think of something else to do.
Register on bolt if you dont want to do multiple platforms.
You can make profit driving on Sunday/Saturday alone, might not be too much but you can never run at loss. Saturday and Sunday are one of the best days for the business.

Good luck

Suzuki's are okay
What about the availability and cost of parts?

Might just be another car to be considered by Nigerians for ehailing.

Yes.. I use GTB bank.
It was 415/$ then but I made withdrawal 2 days ago and it was 394/$
Chai!
They charged you at 415 to buy dollars from them and buy it back at 394? That's about 21 spread.

BTW, I advise you have olymp trade account handy also, IQ might limit your acct if you make consistent profits/withdrawals. It has happ3ned to 2-3 people I know.

Good luck in your trades bro.

Good you've learned your lesson. I don't see the reason venturing into ponzi that can't sustainably make one rich. How long will one continue to do hit and run? Even if you had succeeded with Insme, you might fail with another one next time.

Just shun ponzi, dont give it a thought.

Maybe she's had drivers that park in the sun and roll down the windows waiting for rider. That's the best way she could express herself IMO
She must also be standing by already to enter the car. She cant expect drivers to keep the car and AC running waiting for her.

Good day to all Honorables in the house.

Please I want to go into e-hailing by March, I need answers to some questions that have been bothering me.
1. Is it still lucrative?
2. I do use military belt and stickers on the car I drive now and that because I come from a military family. Can I use it the sticker and military belt for the car I want to use for e-hailing because believe me it helps me alot from law enforcement harassment.
Yes to both questions, if the car is yours and if you have a military man you can always call regarding the belt and sticker.
In fact, GUYS will feel safer with you seeing the military peripherals in your vehicle. But no dey do gragra on the road because of that oooo.

And be careful, dont let guys use you do illegal operations because of the military tag on your vehicle.

Good luck

I quite agree with you on the bolded because fadeyi to igando should not be more than 2.5k. So I was quite shocked when I saw that price, even more shocking was babe wanted to pay with clitocurrency. Told her I don't mix business with pleasure. Drama!
How do they even propose this payment xef?

Like 'sey u go f*ck?' Or what.

grin cheesy I didn't drive today, after I saw all the stupid price and how drivers jump on it, I gently find my way back home to sleep. Yes! There's winter, but not enough reason to slave oneself. Drivers or riders r not the ones that determines price on Indriver again, it's the app itself and riders just stick to what they see. Today I was draggin price with one rider for almost 5 attempt, voom one driver snatch her, if only drivers learn to go with the middle price, the rider will have no choice, it doesn't have to be me... but what do I know, someone is ready to go to Island from Mainland for 1400.
There are always 2 sides to a coin. Some people will gladly take that amount if they have closed for the day and the rider is heading towards their homes, rather than blowing empty or waiting endlessly for another request

Obviously a single guy. And will even need to live on lean resources

Pearl1910:
Quite frankly, apart from the months of Oct, Nov and Dec. U make 60k a week on the average. So u see why everybody is surprised someone is delivering 49k a week. It means he keeps just 11k for himself after a full week of hard labour.
The fact that he is on HP self makes it even more unbelievable because he is financially responsible for every pin that goes wrong with his vehicle.

So ask that your friend again how him dey take do am. I am interested grin

AdesuyiVictor:
He delivers...
I can see you're a total novice and innocently ignorant of this business.
You cant use your friend's situation to gauge yours. He's on HP, he can as well choose to dip his hands into another source of income and remit 100k weekly, it is for his benefit; the earkier he completes the payment, the better for him.

You're coming here to seek for rental and proposing 30k upward as a newbie is like a suicide mission; you can possibly make it in some weeks and not in another week; you will realise you're just like walking in cycle because you will have lil or nothing left for yourself after 35k remittance. You will barely have anything to save aside eating and even grow lean at that due to the stressful nature of the job while struggking to meet up with 35k.

In summary, 25k-30k is the standard, even 25k is the common remittance now; like the standard remittance, the era of 30k is almost gone.

Half words they say are enough for the wise............

You sounded like you have a piece of advice for me...

I'll like to listen to it.... Don't speak in parables.

A friend of mine do 49K weekly here In Lagos..

So.....
There is no limit to what the heart can conceive and achieve. If you believe, you can receive.
If your friend pays 49k weekly for rental, why cant you remit 35-40k weekly for a start? It is doable for you bro.

Na true You talk. Some people are practically selling almost their items and essential stuff. It is more than relocating within Lagos. You cant be selling almost all your stuff relocating with Lagos.

fineboynl:
there is a thread on nairaland called the clearance sales.

if you visit that thread is will see that's homes are folding up in Nigeria as people selling off their household property especially from Lagos and Abuja relocating to God knows where.

everyone just clearing their entire household property and running away from the country.

my eyes is on benin republic. I heard life is cheaper there.

He was resident in Modakeke before. The guy is bold such that they could only give him 8 round barrel gun and not AK 47 and the likes. They feared he would become uncontrollable and could get carried away firing into the midst of Ife and got killed or captured.

A friend told me he is one of the great warriors that fought for modakeke against Ife.
Yes, he left Modakeke for ibadan after the crisis. He could have been killed in Modakeke when he started making himself godfather and was collecting fees and all kinda extortions from people before anyone could hold a party. He ran for his dear life when okada were about to kill him. His friend, called Double, who was a NURTW chairman in Modakeke that time and was in support of Igboho extortion, was eventually killed by the town vigilante.

Go ahead with it. The advice is just for you to look beyond ehailing as a long term job but only see it as a momentary or side hustle.
