She had access to phone to tweet but couldn't login to her Bolt App to check Rider details and report to Bolt. Even her mail sef will carry details of Driver in the receipt sent to her. Very made up story. 2 other girls too came up to say same thing happened to them before but they all didn't report or complain since.
