I already said to disregard my mail, really do not require your feedback.

You still didn't state what you meant by 'hustle hard' you became evasive immediately that 'information' was required of you & became mute. I already have my facts, kindly disregard given out informations you're not certain off & not confirmed from the school too, please, not cool, had to go through your posts here to see where you talked about transcript, not even sure you requested for a transcript in recent times, but I won't derail this thread, peace out! Kindly do not quote me again.
Regards,
Ribasandez:
Okay. The thing is this. There's still a lockdown. The school is not fully open. You can apply through the proper channel, but they still won't do anything because of Covid-19. Until the lockdown is lifted, I'm not sure they will do anything.

However, once the lockdown ban is rescinded, there's a good chance they will process your application, just not so quickly. They will delay sha.

I'm sure they will say they've got a lot of applications to process. If you know someone who can help you persuade them, that may also help.

(Apologies for not replying your mail. It's a not-so-pleasant period for me at the moment.)

I will, hopefully in 1 Month's time, mine is a Local request & not International. What can stall me now is my Certificate I am yet to collect which is also needed before transcript can be processed! Certificate collection would resume once schools resume in general (feedback from Noun)

Please, in 2 - 3 months time, remember to update us about how your NOUN transcript application went grin

NOUN transcript application don cause depression for many NOUN students & Alumni oo. Imagine paying 25k for your transcript to be sent to a school you're applying abroad and after over 3 months of waiting, your school application deadline elapses and NOUN are still yet to send, worse is they won't even reply your email to give you any explanation and when you're lucky enough for them to pick your call, they wont even ask for your Mat No or any details before telling you that they are working on it, then call ended.

I wish you the best though. But if I were you, I would rather go directly to the Registrar's office in Abuja with all the required documents.

Hi,

Kindly disregard my pm. You said something on the surface without clarification. If you REALLY wish to assist myself or other students, please state here what you mean by 'hustle hard to achieve'. You were last seen online some minutes to 8pm last night, yet no feedback to the last person that quoted you! I understand its a choice to assist anyways... All the best!
Ribasandez:
Mine is sorted though. Transcript issue resolved.

What I discovered is that we don't always want to work as a group (the alumni or students) to resolve things (I was pained because of this). That is one of the reasons I gave up on concerted effort and focused on personal hustle. I happen to be the generous type.

But if you know how to hustle hard enough to achieve it, it will happen. That's all I can say.

Hi,

I have done that & would like to reiterate that all certificates are issued at HQ in Abuja. Feedback from academics mail.

Regards.
Fkj202004:
Please contact your centre if your certificate is there. I got informed some certificates have been sent. I also confirmed that you can't go to the Headquarters to collect certificates for now. All certificates will be at the centre immediately after lockdown. For now, they sent some. So please try to confirm if yours is there.

Thank you

Learnt school is opened for certificate collection purposes, wants to be tripple sure is why I am enquiring here, already mailed academic records too for inquiry, awaiting feedback. I wish someone here stays close to the school at Abuja & can reconfirm status though! Will be double-sure before I embark on my trip anyways. I urgently need my certificate next month! Thanks for your advice too.
lexdino:
In that case, you have to wait until government lifts the lockdown on educational institutions before you travel to Abuja
EducationRe: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Pegzzyg(f): 10:43am On Jun 15, 2020
I plan on going next week once airport becomes operational, that's why I am striving to be sure that the University in Abuja is opened before embarking on my trip.

I am positive you go to Abuja for collection of certificate too, they don't send it to Lagos.

You mean one must go to Abuja for graduation ceremony and certificate?

Hello,

I have been searching for some monikers that gave testimonies in the past about Noun transcript for almost 2hours now without success.

Please, if you have successfully requested for your transcript pre/during covid from Nou, could you mention me.

Kindly do me this favour, I need to email you urgently!

Thank you

Please, could I trouble you with your guidelines on how to apply for my transcript?

I have searched nou.edu.ng, haven't seen any column for transcript.

These reviews are bad, I hope they send it fast sha, my request is local..
Thanks

Ribasandez:
I have to agree with you in a way. After I applied for my transcript to be delivered to a university abroad, I thought it worked ooo. But it did not. The University abroad was fair enough to give me admission based on my statement of result, because of the grades, on the condition that the transcript will be delivered to them by December 1, 2020.

I had imagined transcript delivery works at NOUN. I have waited a long time too. I'm just as frustrated as you are. I am not happy about it too.

Again I applied for my transcript to be sent to a Nigerian university around 28 February 2020 and did everything I was supposed to.
I will call the number on their website to know how far with sending the transcript but nobody will pick the phone. I tried to get through to them several times but to no avail until this lockdown was imposed.
Even now calling the number is just a waste of time because it is no longer going through.

So this is me speaking from my experience, I have missed several oversee admission window simply because I couldn't send my official transcript and seriously starting to regret schooling at NOUN.

Good day,

Please, I want to inquire if school in Abuja is opened? I plan to go next week once airport opens 21st to pick up my certificate.

Secondly, how can I process my transcript by myself? Is there an official website? Request is Local. Study centre-Lagos.

Thanks

IOM ikeja or Abuja are the only approved UK hospitals in Nigeria.
Yes, you get your result same-day. But, you have to be there early. And yes the result is part of the documents to be submitted.

Hello everyone,

Please, I want to inquire where one can do tubaculosis test in Lagos & how much it costs, people I ask tell me Ikeja but don't know the name of the hospital.

The test too, the result is it immediate? Do one need to submit the result while applying for Visa or when one is about to travel?

Thanks

Okay! Thanks...

I am sorry, you shouldn't even be asking this question but for some reason I will respond.
Any evaluation body can evaluate your masters degree. Wes can do that too! Wes charges the same amount for evaluation regardless of the type of certificate. That is, in your case, Wes would charge you the same amount they would charge if you were to be evaluating only your Bsc provided you registered all for evaluation at once. But if you didn't include both certificates when you initially registered for evaluation and you intend to add the other certificate after registration/evaluation in progress, then you have to pay an additional fee of $100 (Canadian dollars) to add the certificate. Wes charges are as follows:

$220 (Canadian dollars) for the evaluation itself
Delivery charges depends on the option you want which are;
Standard delivery $10 (It was $7 before, surprisingly the fees has changed)
International delivery $85
Canada delivery $25

The amount in Naira depends on your bank, figure that out! Please try to read through page 1, it would help you a lot. So many issues have been discussed here, your answers are scattered all over the thread. Saying this because not everyone would be patient to respond to you. You may find your questions being ignored which will be justifiable.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Pegzzyg(f): 12:53pm On May 01, 2020
Okay, for Masters, I was considering ICES (for Hubby) myself definitely would be WES but wants to know if there's a better one in recent times, I am very much aware of Page 1 too. I am just checking for current information's of 1 Month interval. Please, do you understand me now? On Page 1, there's no Link to the website directly for the different bodies, WES, ICES, IQAS etc, you can reconfirm that! Please, understand my question, I know of the evaluating bodies, but don't know if I can create a profile even if I am not making payments immediately. I hope you understand my inquiries now. Thanks for taking out time to respond though, I appreciate. However, I have gone to Part 5 of this thread to get the information I sought, I only hope the price is still the same. Thanks again.
kiari:
How many Evaluation bodies are you aware of?
You mentioned WES, have you created an account with them? Did you input your 2 degrees? & how much are you asked to pay? you can use oanda xe to check the current exchange rate and know the price in Naira.
for your masters degree.. Go to page 1 and check out the different Evaluation bodies see the difference in price and timelines and pick what is best for you. The choice is yours angry

amaya21:
You can easily get current costs from the WES website or the website of any other ECA body. Amount in Naira will depend on the bank you're using.
Its stated on the school website the (course). For instance Journalism has two accredited bodies BJTC and NCTJ. These two bodies are very important if you want to work with any media outlet in UK. Some schools have both accreditions some just one accredition.

You can google them and also check for schools that have accredited courses with them. If you go to a school that is not accredited you will have to pay for their exams (NCTJ or BJTC) as an individual.

But other media courses media production( television production and film production) they don't have accredited bodies at moment.

Public Relation accredited body is CIM.

Those are the ones I know.

NCTJ - National Council for the Training of Journalist

BJTC - Broadcast Journalism Training Council

CIM - Chartered Institute of Marketing
