At times, I feel you should just free these guys to wallow in their foolery and learn their lesson the hard way but then I also think of the innocent ones who might get enticed to join the grant scam and part with their hard earned cash if not forewarned.
The second part of your submission is what matters most.

Who else gets excited when arsenal is being beaten?

Anyone?

No one? undecided

We all know why grin

Arsenal is not a contender

We all pity them this days

Or maybe west ham, Everton, wolves fans.

Why do they still put Arsenal games on front page?
Arsenal is not a big team
A club their best player is a 19 year old SAKA?
And you are monitoring their match. What does that make you?

Incest is a sin in almost all cultures and religions. I am not sure the courts supports incestous marriages. As for all the men quoting me, how would you you happy if after your demise, your wife gets entangled with your brother?
Now I know your problem. You don't know the meaning of the word incest.

lmagine getting grant from 3 countries; USA, Australia and Singapore, and which the least of these grants was the one that came from Australia. And now the consultant displaying some kinds of ultra-vire powers which is beyond his legal jurisdictions hence the cause of such pronouncement coming from his end. Even though l'm not lawyer, but l understand some basics in law.

last time l checked, the job of a consultant in grant processes is only is for intermediation role between the donor and the organization accessing the grant, but what we are now reading and hearing now is the covetousness of the consultant of failing to disclose and submit necessary documents to his client(Telpecon). This act alone criminal, wicked, and demeaning to the so called expert who should have known better!

However, people are now of the opinion that if, be any deposited monies in Telpecon account presently pending the time the retrieval of those documents would be achieved, they should go ahead with the ones within their capacity to avoid revolution from the beneficiaries cos they've suffered from mental, emotional torture as result of several postponement. And also, is it all documents tied to these grants are in the custody of the consultant?? If so, it should be retrieve with no further-ado.
If you believe this, you will believe anything! USA gave grants to Nigerians and it is not in any credible news outline? You can't find the information anywhere? Even though you are still an undergraduate, you still have reasoning ability. So the consultant is still with the documents and doesn't want to release them? Don't Elomama and TELEPECON know the way to the courts? I also heard the said money will be given tomorrow to the consultant. So all these while they have been telling you they have the money and disbursement will be soon they have been lying?

Better personality displaying the gentlemanliness in him! Sir, grants can only be accessed by NGOs or any other organisations, academic institutions for research projects just like l said before that it must sooth the taste or standards of the donor. ln most cases grants are awarded for community development projects from either the govt, multinational organizations etc.. So grant are not awarded to individuals but an entity for the execution or implementation of a solution to an already identified problems such as poverty level in the developing countries like ours. Mind you, any project proposed, there must be goals on the long run intended to be achieved which must reflect a Change in the lives of the people!
With all these knowledge you still fell for that cheap scam?

Lolz... l be elomama na. And you want them to reel out the bottleneck just like that?? Commonsense! And now that we know, either is with CBN or Telpecon, the crux of the matter is that where the grant is deposited has been substantiated and no problem accessing it!
Young man, when you are bursted in one lie, you either keep quiet or apologize. A month ago, you claimed TELEPECON has been credited. Now you are saying the "money" is with CBN. I don't know what course you are studying that is related to grant but your knowledge is limited on this particular grant. 2018, CBN refuted claims that they are with any grant money. Three years after you lot still claim CBN is with the money. Una mumu never do?

Saw this somewhere. Enjoy.

ELPECON GRANT:
ARE WE NOT GOING IN CYCLES?

Hopes for Disbursement were raised in the middle of last year so much so that by the time we got to September, we were told to purchase dancing shoes and start dancing because it was going to be an "EMBER TO REMEMBER".
And so we started dancing from September till October, till November and even untill December. We were still dancing in December because we believed the God of the Eleventh hour can still perform miracles.
But slowly and one by one we started pulling our shoes because Ember months were passed and were not worth remembering.
We rolled into January and we were told that "JANUARY IS JANUARY".
Well January will always be January. A new beginning. We hoped again and waited, but nothing happened and when we got into February we were told that "FEBRUARY WILL NOT FAIL".
We are still in February and we sincerely hope that it will not fail.
With reports of up coming meeting of NGO Directors with Elomama, we hope for something positive.
But there is already a cause for concern, with Telpecon BOT right now forming another committee and what seems not to be in consonance with Elomama's Friday meeting, doubts are beginning to set in. Someone somewhere also said he met with Elomama in his Enugu home and Elomama told him "MARCH WILL BE MARCH". And I said , there we go again.
They're going to tell us to get ready to be"MILLIONAIRES MADE IN MARCH". We sincerely pray that March will be March and by the time we roll into April and nothing happens our eyes will be clear and by then we will realize that we have been "APRIL FOOLED".
Having been able to quell the Embers of protests brewing along the line, they will pamper us and begin to raise our hopes again and we will begin to believe that "MAYBE MAY" will be it. Well we pray it happens but if not, by June we will be told that we will " JUBILATE IN JUNE".
We will start Jubilating again and it will roll over into July and it will be " JULY FOR JUBILATION AND THANKSGIVING". They will tell us to start doing the Thanksgiving ahead of the big Alert that is going to visit our accounts in August. We will be told to be ready for the "AUGUST VISITOR".
We will be so carried away with the expectation of the August visitor that we will start dusting our dancing shoes again in expectation of the "EMBER TO REMEMBER".
By September we will put on our dancing shoes again and start dancing till further notice.
A cycle by then is completed.
I sincerely hope and pray that Disbursement will happen this month and the cycle will be broken.
Thank you all.

Culled.

I don't hate her, more like indifference, I had left several times but my brother wants me to stay around cause his business keeps him on the move and sometimes, I need to help with taking care of the kids
Go back and read the last sentence of your post. Read it slowly. It is your hate for her that is fueling this deep resentment over nothing. I'm sure that sheet is not stained in anyway. Even it were, it is your brother's fluid. But you have tactfully left your brother out of all these to focus on his wife.
