Politics / Re: President Jonathan Asked Sanusi To Resign But He Refused by penielnig(m): 1:48pm On Jan 09, 2014 |
Why is this Govt picking up unnecessary fight with individuals or any organs of the govt that seem not to be on thesame corruption level with the presidency.this immature and undiplomatic way of handling nation's matters is fast denting the image of the office of the president..after making himself an enemy to virtually all sections of the country, one wonder where his votes would come from in the next election.i pray for wisdom for mr president to be able to weather the storms coming his way before 2015 general elections. |

adavize: Wow. What a letter. I took pains to read to the end. those saying they can't read it cos its too long. Sorry for you. If you not interested in the policy and politics of your country then don't be surprised if events sweep pass you.....this has nothing to do with Nigeria politics Abeg.it all involved someone personal experience with the government at one time and lots of personAL autobiography....pls if you really need to understand more politics and governance in Nigeria since 1999,get El Rufai book "ACCIDENTAL PUBLIC SERVANT" and by extension,Segun Adeniyi book..."POWER,POLITICS & DEATH.. |

phemy36: . Its like sentiment has over shadow you. Let me ask u a question what has ur party Abiku people's party has offered us in south west. Mr man can u just face reality for ones and stop ur propaganda. We are smarter than that.Oga,I think your sense of reasoning has be clouded by talks of political parties and not that of candidates themselves.how does the above post amounts to propaganda and where was it mentioned that I promote one particular political party?.I think you need a teacher to help your knowledge here..shame on you if you belong to the category of youth in this country. |

eaxes: Mandela, the most overhyped mo**fu**er that ever lived. RIP though.hmmmm thank God he was overhyped.think of his personality and efforts in d past till he died,91+ head of governments can't all be a liar.how many of our leaders here alive can jst be hyped not to talk of being overped? |

TechWalker007:not at all sir but choose a candidate first before choosing a party.political parties are jst for election purposes.so a best candidate in your own assessment can contest under any political party. |

[quote author=Evalsam1]I watched it live on AIT and I can still remember how people applaud our Able Presido when he was introduced, infact it shows that Nigeria is still representing. U dont expect all the world leaders to come out and say something, when u know that there is limited time. It's high time u learn to say good things to ur country. you r too old to be young. behave urself!....I beg to disagree sir, there was no time people applauded more than others when he was introduced.may be you watched Nigeria version on AIT while the rest watched the global version on CNN. 1 Like |

It's truly a shame of a nation.how on earth would our dear president be snubbed in that manner?.infact I was so sure that our president would give a speech considering the efforts of Nigeria in war against apartheid that I had a bet with a colleague, how disappointed I was.the only time our president was shown was during his arrival at d airport, other than that,he was nowhere to be found alltru the ceremony. It's well with our country. |

It's truly a shame of a nation and it seriously calls for sober reflection.I followed the event on CNN from 9-3pm and listened to all the speakers,no one acknowledged the input of Nigeria during the apartheid regime.infact the only time camera picked on ur dear president was when he was arriving at the airport.I guess his presence wasn't even needed in d first place anyway.its WELL with our nation. |

.....At times I jst wonder the way our youths reason these days.every citizens of nations desire good leadership that will culminate to good governance yet we are all here talking about political parties..if I may ask, what makes south south people believe they own PDP and so anyone that doesn't belong to that party is an outcast?,may be we need to go and do our due diligence and find out those brain behind PDP....the Hausas.and we from the south are jst their pawn.infact south east region is worst for it.Also, those claiming APGA to be an igbo party are jst disillusional.how come the so called APGA only control one state out of five states that make up that region?.my point here is,this is the time we youth rise up to champion a change and vote for who we truly believe will give us a better future irrespective of which party or regions he/she comes from.may God help our good sense of reasoning. |
