Not sure what your true expectations were but as someone who has done a bit of travel in the western world, I can tell you there is abundant life in Nigeria. And I hope your desire to get posted to Abuja becomes reality that way you can live your dream at very little cost.

Romance section is hardly a place to seek logic. If I was keen on matching wits or doing some form of word combat I would probably go to politics or current affairs where I dont mind my ass getting thrashed. Romance section to me is like a beer parlour without the beer.

Most of the issues here are contrived. It doesnt mean it happened to poster as some alleged. If every thread title was goody goody there will be nothing to talk about and it will be sooo boring. I love to see you create your own scenario and start your own thread. It had better be snazzy or daring or both. Otherwise its a no show (for me that is).

I read through this thread and I found that there is an attempt by some people to vilify you for initiating this thread. These people who pretend that their sensibility has been offended (even in an anonymous forum) are just being Nigerian.They are serious minded but they ignore all serious issues on nairaland only to use their head take open door they complain wetin they happen for romance section. It is part of who we are. You must not feel compelled to respond.

Just know that all the fun seeking gentlemen on nairaland feel you. I have read a couple of your threads and your posts. Dont let any one make you feel bad. Keep it real. Keep them coming!

My dear viva, you need to know that there is no boyfriend snatched that didnt want to be snatched.In dating, every guy/girl is fair game until marriage separates them from the crowd.

Perhaps it wont be a bad idea if you snatched somebody's dude since you feel so strongly about this matter. Methinks with so much BF snatching going on dudes will have cause to smile because the average cost of babe maintenance will fall. Eventually.

I think the reason these stories make it to the headlines is because they are politicians.A good number of players particularly those using the more recent perfomance enhancing drugs are silently saying goodbye. So the ones amongst us should realize that it could be the last time they will lock a motel room door.
