First job after service? Am happy for you.But you must realize the real struggle just began. Natural selection didnt end with Darwinian evolution. It is probably more relevant in today's work place.

And you know what they say-work like your life depends on it. Truth is, it actually does.Good luck.
Romance › Re: Tracking Your Husband by Pennywise(m): 6:12pm On Jul 08, 2008
@RHC,

Well done. How very clever? Keep tracking. But I think you are going to be changing husbands for a long time.

No doubt you will have cause to revise those statistics upwards when you know enough about men.Eventually. This is the reason why some men give up hotel rooms all together in preference for the home- Snooping wives.
Family › Re: Moving To Separate Rooms After Many Years Of Marriage by Pennywise(m): 4:38pm On Jul 04, 2008
In this day and age, conventional wisdom will recommend separate rooms. Imagine the bloke after years of marriage (unknowingly) allowing undies to drop with crumbs of tissue paper standing rudely and in clear view on his war head.No body wants that.

Besides every home should have a strong room and the father's room ought to double as one. Unfortunately men often  have to compromise for love. But what is life without it?
Politics › Re: Nigerian Lawyer Jailed In Uk For Fraud by Pennywise(m): 11:27am On Jul 03, 2008
This boy must be very stupid. More than audacious. Is it not the same British people that are known to put innocent Nigerians through hell at the airport for daring to hold 5k pounds. I hope he will be wiser when he leaves jail.Idiot. He is an embarrassment even to Nigerian scammers.
Politics › Re: Fani-Kayode Blames Occultists For 2006 Plane Crashes by Pennywise(m): 11:49am On Jul 02, 2008
Fanikayode got my attention in the early 90s as a fire spitting critic of the 'northern hegemony'. Even though most of the views he expressed then were not original to him they were things that needed to be said. He however struck me as an empty barrel.

When Obasanjo found he was fighting a losing battle with the voice of reason during his second term, he decided this empty barrel will do just fine.

As someone who has watched this fellow carefully, I can tell you that his IQ is no more than that of a peacock. He has stolen billions of naira of the people's money to feather his nest and is now trying to sell sea water to an Ijaw man. The EFCC and the courts should waste no time in sending him to jail.

This Borishade man (a teacher by proffession) was reputed to own one of the most expensive houses in Abuja. Now we know where the money came from.
Family › Re: Barren? by Pennywise(m): 10:26am On Jun 27, 2008
I think I dread financial barreness more irrespective of how you look at it.

Yoruba women? They have more twins and multiple births than any other tribe in Africa. And this is official. Not a place to look for barren women.

because we're not cursed like you.
The above statement was made earlier on by one of them who no doubt is very fertile.

Just to say How Friendly GTB is,i received a birthday text message from the Bank on my birthday, can u guys beat that!.
Intercontinental will probably send you alert charge for this at the end of the month.

Now Some folks have often alluded to bank disposition or otherwise re facility issues and I am torn presently b/w GTB, PHB, Skye. Can use some advise. For failing to live up when I needed them after years of relationship, I felt duped by Intercontinental.Indeed people should look beyond deposit and withdrawal convenience when chosing a bank.

Bank PHB from the foregoing sounds like a broke ass bank trying to make an impression. No longer in contention for me.

This is a textbook case of 419. Poster/victim himself was criminalized ab initio by accepting to make a fake passport for himself. No doubt roseline and the Abuja connection were working hand in hand.

Now the 300k. I figure you could spend 50-100k to recover this much. In the process you might create serious problems worth 600k or much more. Some problems cant even be quantified in monetary terms. So, omo make you chill afterall pple dey go market lost wetin pass that one. Pple get robbed and every day, accidents happen and people lose money.

You have to learn from your mistake.Because who lose 300k fit lose 3m. It is a matter of what is available.

Hmmn. This is a tribute to all you thoroughbred Nigerian male coming from no less a person than H.R Hotness. You have been so thoroghly bashed and battered on this forum now we have someone prepared to tell the world about our good side.

Hopefully all our discerning and most pretty broods in the diaspora will be coming home for their husbands in the short term. That will create a new subset of enviable gene pool. The British Nigerians it seems will have to make do with what is left.

Fraudulent?

I made no attempt to tie anything to the number of Gun related deaths. All i've spoken about is the life expectancy (average). In simple terms, you're more likely to live to a ripe old age in the US than in Nigeria.

http://geography.about.com/library/weekly/aa042000b.htm (2000)
Nigeria 51.6
US: 77.1

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_life_expectancy (2007)
Nigeria: 47.44
US: 78.2

Statistics was never in doubt. And as a Nigerian living in Nigeria, believe me its depressing. No offence meant. Thought you were trying to stretch logic a little bit.

No matter which way the wheel is spun, the simple benchmark is there:
Life expectancy in the US is far higher than in Nigeria.

Go figure
I am sorry to say but this deduction sounds a wee bit fraudulent. The lower life expectancy in Nigeria has nothing to do with higher gun related deaths. A distinction that has been a preserve of the US for the past century.
Family › Re: Husband In Nite Clubs/discos by Pennywise(m): 11:49am On May 31, 2008
I went to one of these clubs last night (friday) with buddies who were able to either negotiate or seize a night pass from their spouses. My only conclusion is that it is certainly not where you go with serious GFs let alone wives. Talk can be d urty and besides you just can't help stealing glances. And we know how ladies hate that. But the whole idea is to let loose. Methinks nothing wrong with a once in a long while j ive with pals but never forgetting Mi ssus is at home.

May I add that we were at our best behaviour.

Yeah. I agree with you. But don't let your courtship take too long now with so many sharks out there. Sometimes guys get confused. The car can always come after marriage you know?

Properties › Re: Own Property Of Your Choice And Pay At Your Convenience by Pennywise(m): 6:48pm On May 26, 2008
I really dont see the point for peeps coming to this forum to say they have sth nice that everyone will like yet refuse to disclose specific rates and terms for all to see unless through some kind of special arrangement. Complete nonsense.

Also, If you have properties nothing stops you from describing kind, cost, location or even pics.

A lot of folks will be alarmed to find that these so called mortgages go for commercial rates ranging from 20-23% par annum. The federal mortgage scheme will give you 5% but you get no more than N5m.
