quality & quantity? Do you really know what it means? No school in Nigeria, USA, Canada, UK & Australia will accept pass with BSC & pass HND into direct master degree. Instead, they will advise you to start again or apply for top up or PGD. But, in CIU. You can use such degree 4 Master
No school in Cyprus accept pass for master, say what you know. And as far as I know also, no school in Cyprus accept HND for masters but there are schools and lot of them in usa that accept HND for masters.

Emu do accept HND before but when that's cus then they didn't know much about the degree but when they do they stop it.

Don't talk based on assumption but talk with facts.
Am done with this topic.

You can't compare Uniben or Landmark University to CIU. I did my NYSC with Landmark university b4 travelling to CIU. Brother, i had to quickly transfer to UK because CIU was a waste of money.
What you saying is just about name not content.
As far as Nigeria university is concerned you learn nothing if you don't go to external body to learn more on that course you studying.

I know of so many Nigerians from that so called uniben,UI, and many to count that graduated with extremely good result but don't even know about the course they study but from that Ciu you mention,i know of a lot that that graduated with good results(meaning they were serious) and can defend the result perfectly well.

So quality is better than quantity. Nigerians just after names(quantity) not quality most times.
I rest my case. Those that get my point will relate to it.

That's not true
Really don't want to open argument with you and if not that am so tight up this period, would have analyze it well for you so you know unilag or ife or UI is just a name.

Most times I laugh when people talk bad about north Cyprus and even compare their education to that of Nigeria.
It's easy,if you feel education there is so bad, just try convince your parents or sponsor to stop wasting money and go back home. You are there having good education but trying to convince others not to come..

There is little to no white collar job in north Cyprus doesn't mean people don't make it there after studies.

I graduated from emu, though no longer there but can boldly say education there is superb.

Talking about job, not everyone that studied in usa or uk or canada end up getting a job(though easy there compare to north Cyprus).

In conclusion,if your reason of going to NC is for education then you not making a bad decision, but if to work then I advice you rethink because it's not easy on that aspect.

The worst and low ranked school I can think of in Cyprus have standard than the best in Nigeria.

I doubt that. I came here with my iPhone 5 and was able to use lycamobile. They have nano sim
Maybe the one I saw was not nano sim type.
Will look for it again or just go with the h2o.
Thanks

lycamobile and ultra mobile are cheap in terms of calls. But for data or is crap. I use cricket wireless now. I will suggest you for the h2o if they have coverage where you are.
Thanks for the response. I tried getting lyca mobile (the Internet is unlimited sha, that was why u wanted to go for it) but the sim is bigger than my iPhone 5 slot meaning it won't work according to them.
Am currently in Melbourne Florida, do you think the h2o will work there?
Thanks

When we came back to US in Dec, we weren't well informed. We took delta airline that had to first stop at Atlanta. We made mistake of not grinding the melon seed and was seized. They told us we should have grind it. Dried and ground seeds enter. Poultry produce including maggi chicken are not allowed. We have crayfish in another bag, which they didn't check/seize, so we don't know if it was skipped by chance or not. The ground pepper and ogbono were checked and passed. The Nigerian inspector at Atlanta's agric screening gave us a paper that contains info on this website: https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/home The guy said if you have herbs, it must be soaked in alcohol or water before they can allow it in. But by then I have already given up on delta airline. We were later told that the restrictions at NY airports is not as tough as that in Atlanta.
Thanks so much for the explanation...you always the boss...I remove my cap salute u sir

I flew in through JFK, mine wasn't seized, but for the egwusi, ogbono, crayfish. Naija pepper, I will advice you to get them dried probably grinded before you come, and try to declare the items.
Thanks so much for the explanation.

That noodles and maggi chicken ish depends on your POE. I remember when my sister flew in through atlanta, the items were seized but when my parents flew dubai to US in november the items weren't seized.
Do they allow beverages like milk and million, melon, crayfish, and Naija pepper.

@imperiouxx and others with experience ,please your attention is needed to this important topic

I didnt kw dat

I den wonder why those with transit visas/connecting flight are made to pass thru a diff part of the ataturk airport

What i heard is dat u can request for a particular duration of stay in turkey and not actually get to enter turkey with d transit visa

Care to enlighten me?
Normally on your transit visa u will see where they put number of days(normally it's 2 unless it has change now),if its there then u can enter turkey with ease.
Immigration side is different and the airport is really big, everybody pass through same side but if u going in then there is a different route to take.
Note not all that have transit visa can enter turkey but if u coming from Nigeria and transiting through turkey to north Cyprus then with the Turkish visa u can enter turkey.

Guess have explained enough

Gud evening bosses.
Pls,when schooling in NC is it possible to visit turkey 4 a day or two with your student visa or do u need to apply for another visa,or are there any other processes required??
If u coming as new student, with your visa you can stay in turkey for 4 or 5 days if am not wrong, but once you enter Cyprus, you can't go to turkey with it again.

To visit turkey u have to apply for visa in Cyprus....when you come you get more details about the different type and how to go abut it.
