I love the write-up intoto, but beg to make a point of correction - Asiwaju of Oba Akiolu of Lagos Island and not "Asiwaju of Yorubaland".

Take it or leave it, Tinubu as a man and APC as a party already carry enough stigma to make them loose all elections in Yorubaland. And who does not know,that Aregbesola's attempt to subtle islamisation in Osun lent credence to APC's reputation as a party with islamisation agenda, something that is alien to Yoruba culture ? How come all governors handpicked by Tinubu in the SW are muslims ? He did it because he thought he can always rig the elections so whoever didnt like his choice could go to blazes since their votes would not count anyway. The alertness of security agencies helped to give us what we savour in Ekiti today. If the APC stalwarts from outside Ekiti state had been allowed in, we would've had an election a la Anambra state on our hands.
