I do not know why we keep believing this useless bullshit in Africa. and about the life jacket thing. people wear life jacket and still drown during boat accidents, even though i am one the advocators blaming him for not wearing a life jacket. in the instance when the boat coverside the individual with the life jacket and the victim gets trapped under the boat with a life jacket they die even if they are a good swimming, and the only remedy is to pull of the life jacket. A similar incident like this happened towards bonny island in river state and the victims died even though they were on life jacket.
