How much is your GSD going for?

We expect a litter soon. Pups from that litter will be going for 160k flat. They will be bred from long coat parents. Sire is imported and dam bred in Nigeria by imported parents. Both black and red colors. Both parents have very good size and gait. Strong heads too.

Priced per kilo... It's a billion $ business in Hawaii and Indonesia... With our population and security structure.. the air as a cheap means of cargo transport will rake in millions.. especially as the aircraft will be made here...with 12 hrs of daylight.. an at 9 litres of fuel per hour, one airplane can make two trips a day on a payload of 700kg.. @400naira per kilo for heavy goods. And 1500 per general waybill..you are looking at about 50k per trip.. give 20k to running cost.. 60k per aircraft a day is 7days a week is a lot of cash..imagine have 4 aircrafts.. you make more on shorter trips.
That money for Lexus SUVs can get us money for 100 them in 5 years..

You left out regulation, approval and reg fees. Are going to be hopping in and out of airports or you will be building your airstrips yourself to land in small towns etc. Flying an airplane around needs various certifications. Did you factor that? I like the idea though that you're trying to solve a problem that produce is facing in Nigeria. Interested in your thoughts when you factor in these.

Scan shows pregnancy is confirmed. Some + number of puppies too.

So that's OK on coat. I forget to mention or ask the question of pedigree or non pedigree in the question list above cos that'll affect the pricing outlay plans. Then further ahead this may also affect pricing of her pups in future if you choose to sell her offspring. You may make a mental note of that. The pup in the pic went for 250k. Just to give you a hint. Parents where superb from excellent bloodlines and pedigree.
On feeding i have a mindset of what can best demonstrate or express what genes she processes. In effect i mean if you check the boxes of excellent features and temperament from parents, what will give the pup the best chance to bring them through as an offspring. So we settled on a raw or partial raw feeding regime which has been effective so far for pups we catered for. Of course your home cooked meals will do if you are careful to avoid some stuff like onions and garlic etc. Then the commercial bagged or tinned ones are OK too. The raw feeding range needs more care and balancing to achieve great results. Tedious, yes but worth it.

I want the dog basically for pet and maybe security. The estate is secured already.

For age, I'll like one very young. So I can familiarize with it as it grows up.
Age of 1 to 3 months is ideal for me.

Glad to hear you have time as you work from home. Best to bring the new pup home as from 8 weeks upwards. Not before please.

Coat is basically the type of hair....long or short. The pup below is a long coat. Both parents were long coats....showline too.

-Dogs can eat what u eat at home...but they are canines at the end of the day...if u can get meat and crushed bone, that’s better...

-Vaccinations, vaccinations, vaccination...
U need to protect your dog from disease...

Rabies

-other injections
Deworming once a month
Tick control...

If u stay in a rented apartment with other tenants... u’ll have to keep ur dog indoors or on ur balcony...that means u have to potty-train...potty training is a bit hard...but if u have time..it’s not rocket science...

Which type of GSD are you looking at and why...long or short coat, showline or workline, black or black and tan or black and red or sable?
What type of temperament are you looking for and why...low to medium or medium to high
Are you a first time owner or experienced dog owner?
What is your budget?
What are your living quarters like?
What is your work and play lifestyle etc

As you attempt to ans these questions it becomes clearer. You may also get in touch with an experienced breeder to guide you while you make the final decisions.

Start early when still being breast fed by dam. Place her on best fingers during feeding time and supervise to ensure it gets quality time to suckle. When weaning pay special attention to ensure it gets it's fill of food. They sometimes end up doing better than some pups if given the attention needed.

I paid for a GSD which my friend introduced to me via social media, but I latter discovered that the quality status is only at 60%. I couldn't control my anger when I saw the dog I paid 75k for. I quickly returned it and subsequently requested for a refund. I have only been able to receive 60k from the seller for the past 7 weeks. I quickly continued my search for another GSD. Meet my newly acquired GSD (NEO). Neo is a Showline, slant and long coat GSD. It's not cheap due to the quality. I got Neo for 250k and its major food is egg, soya beans, groundnut, rice, booster can food, booster pro and chicken daily.

Neo looks well bred. Which breeder was it gotten from. I want to believe he's male. What are your plans for him. A future stud or?? Any plans for obedience training? What bloodlines has he got? Tell us more.

You must be talking about the Tamaskan dog breeds.

Very wonderful dogs with its Wolf features. But I still doubt the stories flying around about it being bred out of a Wolf and Dog though. In my opinion, I think that breed was genetically modified.

Actually have watch documentaries of that being done. One particular one had an animal behavior specialist try to classify if they should be wolves or dogs.

There are different types though

Huskies are a breed on their own. Wolf dogs are usually bred out of a GSD and wolf. Different lines of thought if they should be wolves or dogs. They do the wolf howling though and are physically bigger. Yes they have some resemblance to huskies in some ways too.
