Weak and highly undisciplined army.
Algeria will kick their as$ to the stone age.
spits.
And i see you, strong and highly disciplined. these men and women stay awake so you and i can sleep at night. you sit behind a laptop and spew such wicked comments.
Please join the military if you feel you can do better, just let me know first and i promise you i'll make sure you get posted to a unit where you'll receive better equipment.
and FYI, Algeria has better army because their people support their military.

You are indeed a slowpoke.

A Sniper covers from a "bird" location where he can have a complete aerial view from where he provides rear cover and recon to troops engaged in the battle zone.
Check his hands well, i see something like a pistol there

my bad, its only the sights of his rifle

You dunce!

If they don't have the right equipment how are they expected to fight efficiently.

Stop being a moronic simpleton.

My criticism of their equipment stems from experience in the field.
obviously the only FIELD you experienced combat is the fields of Call of duty, battlefield and other video games.
i want you to prove me wrong. No insults please

Another retardo

You don't use Bullpups assault rifles in field combat

The IWI Tavor SAR being carried by the Nigerian Naval team is best used in small confined spaces and not in open field.

The German Soldier is operating with the right field range weapon.

No wonder Boko is kicking their azzes
Dude, learn to appreciate. Government doesn't buy weapons and you complain, they buy and you still complain. and FYI, bullpups are also used by the Isreali military, and don't say shii about their not being used in open areas. Yes, they are best used in short range but remember, these are navy Special Boat Squad operatives, keyword here, BOAT= confined space. Your two previous comments here are just hate speeches. please stop hating, it does you more harm than good
Politics › Re: Nigerian Troops Fighting Against Boko Haram Exposed To Unnecessary Danger? (pic) by PerfectlyPerfect(m): 7:30pm On Jun 28, 2015
Some people criticize Nigeria at the least opportunity, its almost as if that's all they live to do.
I see nothing wrong with that picture.
In every country's military, soldiers are not always transported in APCs, IFVs and other such armored vehicles.
From time to time, they have to move on foot or make alternative arrangements for their logistics. though we all know there's a shortfall in military logistics in our country, destructive criticism and castigation will not solve the problem
Science/Technology › Re: Extreme Military Technology: Reason We Must Avoid World War III by PerfectlyPerfect(m): 3:46pm On Jun 27, 2015
There'll continue to be divisions and heavy expenditure on military affairs, countries and people will continue to rise up against each other, lives will be lost and property will be destroyed, families will turn against families and nations against nations UNTIL the human race faces a calamity of such enormous proportions that more than half of the earth's population is wiped out and we decide to shove
their differences aside and tight side by side.
an alien invasion is the best bet or maybe a giant asteroid hitting the earth.
we spend billions on defence but the meteor that exploded over Siberia last year our differences aside and use our weaponry for the general advantage of humanity.
wasn't detected until it was a few kilometres from earth.
when asked what are the chances of our survival if an asteroid of over 2kilometres was to hit the earth, a top official at NASA said our only option will be to kneel down and pray

We have only been seeing a picture of the army either carrying gun or about to board a fighter jet or helicopter...

Never a picture of them in action

The other time, it was a picture of two soldiers running like mad dogs after being chased by a mere zebra in sambisa forest

I am fed up of these lies.....they are becoming too much abeg.
you've not seen pictures of them in action because u dnt wanna see it. pictures and videos are all over the internet.

Let them take it to sambisa, not calabar creeks. Those creek guys are just petty thieves where boko haram militants are.

In my opinion,it hasn't come to bombardment. I hope that action won't harden them
lolz. "Petty thieves"
the day they'll kidnap you and put u in a thick forest and your people pay through the nose to secure your release, dats d day you'll know there's a big difference between a petty thief and a kidnapper

Please spare some time and some change to understudy a practising farmer in the field you want to venture into.
Get to ask questions.
Don't work with internet calculations
Take time to study the basis
Visit 2 or more practising farmers.
Do research on marketing
Source several markets outlet.
Do a thorough research
Get the intricate knowledge
Best of luck
thanks, i'll do that, just gotta find a ploy to make them release information because i know most farmers will find it hard to release information to a potential competitor

@ Op:

*smiles* I like your vision but you will have to actualise it one after the other. I would advise you start the piggery first because the gestation period for piggery business is 2 years minimum. (it means before profit start rolling in for piggery business, it will take you atleast 2 years of running it.) I hope you understand me?

For poultry, it takes maximum of 6 months and you will start having sales.

Same with fishery too.

The decision is yours.

Sincerely.
thanks for your suggestions. i think i will start with the poultry first because i'll be going for NYSC in november so i wont have plenty of time to look after the piggery whereas i would've gone far by then with the poultry
Agriculture › Help In Setting Up A Farm by PerfectlyPerfect(op):
Good day fellow nairalanders.
I'm a recent graduate, waiting for my NYSC callup.
I would like to set up a farm but the issue now is that I don't have any knowledge on most agricultural practices, aside those i learnt in school.
Basically, I wanna go into poultry; chickens and turkeys and piggery and a fish pond.
I have a budget of 800,000 though I dnt know if it'll be sufficient.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Please post all recommendations here
Thanks

I dont blame them, no required weapon +politics been played out here... embarassed

Besides, all these itineraries been exposed ain't helping matters..

Soldiers aint supposed to let media houses know their tactics... That's why it's called tactics!!!

I hope they don't ambush them again with the already stated tactics.... embarassed
totally wrong @bolded.
they rigged the area with land mines. its not an issue of politics or weaponry
