PoliticsRe: Like Biafra Like Catalan - By Richard Murphy by personal59: 8:04am On Oct 02, 2017
Yyeske:
The write up was apt, if the US, EU, UK, ICC are all silent about the case of Catalonia in Europe for that matter, what chance does IPOB thinks it has.
The problem IPOB had and still has is that the few educated ones among them will only tell the majority uneducated what they want to hear instead of the plain truth.
They will never tell them basic rules in getting a referendum, never tell them that the international community does not recognize IPOB nor Biafra and therefore they can't file any case against Nigeria.
As the writer rightly said, Catalonians knew their limit and can never mention ICC or even the UN that IPOB made its followers to believe they can run to.
how I wish they understand

The former old Eastern Nigeria is made up of the following states now,
Enugu
Anambra
IMO
Abia
Ebonyi
Rivers
Cross River
Bayelsa
Akwa Ibom
So compare and contrast and know if the Eastern Nigeria is not the life line of Nigeria.
The Mid- Western Nigeria is not SS but Bendel which is now Edo and Delta state.
Odingo1:
Eastern Nigeria is the life line of Nigeria.
There is nothing like South East in Nigeria Constitution.
What we have in Nigeria is Eastern Nigeria,Northern Nigeria, Western Nigeria and Mid-Western Nigeria.
Geopolitical is of recent during Obj tenure and is not in Constitution.
