I was charging my note 3 this afternoon and when it got to 83 percent it stopped charging though it still showed double strikes what should. I waited like more than 1 hours and it still stayed at 83 percent

They keep on posting topic bashing God... Even in the comment section. When ever person creates a topic and says thank god I've gotten a job or my soul mate they are there to always say God does not exist. Even when you sneeze your friend says bless you they will still say God does not exist they all think they are Charles Darwin while they are actually dumb and lack common sense they are always showing off about how they are smarter and more rational than every one . They cant answer simple question about their belief ask them how did the universe come to existence they I'll start talking bullsh*t ask them why they hate God they cant answer your the worst part is they even celebrate Christmas. Ask them why?? they can't answer. And when you turn their logic around them they cant handle it.

The reception of glo network in my area (Iworoko Ekiti State University) gets switched off by 7 o clock in the evening everyday and gets switched on by 10 or 9 in the morning, the cause of this we attribute to the security man switching off Glo's mast. As expected, many Nigerians have expressed their dissatisfaction on the announcement by CBN instructing all DMBs (Deposit Money Banks) in the country to place a N50 charge on every transaction from N1,000.

In order to avoid any further confusion, here is what you need to know about the CBN’s N50 stamp duty:

1. It is an Act that was passed into law called the Stamp Duties Act 2004 and Federal Government Financial Regulations 2009, but now being implemented in 2016.

2. The Stamp Duty charge is not being imposed by the Banks, but by the Federal government through the CBN.

3. The imposition of the Stamp Duties Act at this time is to enhance the governments revenue generation drive which has become necessary due to the fall in global oil prices.

4. All receipts, whether Cash or Electronic transfers from N1000 and above into a Current account is eligible and will be charged N50 stamp duty.

5. Only Current accounts are eligible to be charged Stamp Duty on all receipts.

6. The following receipts are exempted from the imposition of Stamp Duty:

a. Deposits or Transfers made by SELF into another account in the same bank and/or other banks.
b. Any Transfers into a Savings account.
c. Any Withdrawals from a Savings account.

7. The Stamp Duty is charged only to the receiving account i.e. the account receiving the money.

8. The N50 Stamp Duty will be charged per transaction and not per volume; that is any transactions from N1,000 and above.

9. The monies collected does not belong to the Banks, but the Federal Government. The Banks are only a channel for collecting and remitting the money to the Federal Government.

10. Under the schedule to the Stamp Duty Act 2004, other exemptions specified includes payments of salaries and wages etc.

I use a savings account and I was charged for stamp... I think it is being charged on every account

hypothetically what would this same man have done if he saw the o wasn't taking down notes? How in your own case that happened in your class did the op disrespect the lecturer

A lecture has no RIGHT, no RIGHT to ask a student to leave the hall for just walking around, the student has the right to either attend or not attend a lecture. I advice the student to ensure he keeps attending class (signing all attendance), this will serve as evidence of not missing class which can help in case the uneducated lecturer wants to be extra stupid. The attendance will make you have the required attendance percentage to sit for your exam. A first line of approach is make a verbal complaint to your Head of Dept(Record your conversation and try to have a second person with you). If the issue still persists i.e the stupid lecturer threatens you in any way, write a formal complaint to the Dean, copying the VC academics.

Reasons why these unethical lecturers continue this rubbish is the Students refuse to speak up!!!! Instead they decide to go BEG these rascals!!!!!

I am thinking of going to see the dean of my faculty but I am also thinking the issue might just blow out of proportion
