First of all, it's been proven to be a lie that Lagos IGR was 600m when Tinubu took over. Lagos IGR was 1.2bn in 1999 when Tinubu took office.

Secondly, it is political propaganda to claim Kaduna, Ogun as model of Tinubu's IGR prowess while disowning Osun and Ekiti under Fayemi, or Edo under Oshiomole. These are states his ACN ruled. ACN never ruled Kaduna.
