How much does it take to get a pos.

I created this topic because I want to know. Because one of the banks that I applied to, for the POS said it is free of charge but that they will continue to deduct 0.75% for each/every transaction and so many other things.
But while going through the whole terms and conditions, it appeared too stringent and annoying. E come be like Greek gift...

One other conditions that I find very annoying and stressful is the one of coming every week to the bank to submit payment/sales slips that was done via the POS... Like how can I be doing that every week when one of the major reasons of me wanting to get this POS is to cut my movement in and out of the bank?
Again, why should they always be requesting for a payment slip every week when every transaction made with the POS must reflect in their system? Or are they trying to tell me that the POS machine is a manual/ledger stuff? Cos I don't understand. Or that the POS is always prone to malfunction which they still disclaimed that they will have nothing to do with it if it happens?
That's why I am here to get more information as regards everything that concerns POS. And to know if I can acquire it outside a bank and how much it may cost...
Pls bankers and ppl that know about the POS machine should please inform me better.

Please, for those using POS in their businesses, how do you cope with the bank's stringent conditions of exempting themselves from any form of problem or penalty that might arise while using the POS machine, but push the goal post and always kick the ball to the customer who needs the POS?

Do you always go to the bank every week to submit your payment/sales slips? Which I think is very annoying and "blood-sucking".

What other stressful and stringent conditions do you find annoying and tiring about/with the bank?

Which bank has very good customer friendly conditions when it comes to POS machine?

Again, are there other ways to get POS machines (cheaper) rather than from the bank, that won't require you going to the bank every week for submission of your sales slips and other stressful conditions?

Please, I want to know if anyone has heard anything from Africa Magic concerning the annual "Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA's" which should be 6 years old this year 2018 and which always comes up every year, first or second week of March. Because at least by now, we should have been seeing adverts of "vote for your best actor, actress, etc of the year" on Africa Magic. Or is that prestigious movie award night not going to hold this very year?

I must confess AMVCA's is the reason Nigerian and African movies in general and even to an extent the music industry have improved tremendously...

Also what do you guys think? Do you want AMVCA's to be transformed strictly into an Academy Award because for me, it is more advanced and more organized than AMAA.
What do you think? And who else is waiting for this year's AMVCA's just the way we wait for OSCAR’S

All na politics! I believe Rochas is having in mind to field any of the two (his deputy or his son-in-law) for the seat of the governor.
All he is doing now is just a litmus test to see and know who is more popular and who would "possibly" be taken by Imo state people. And if he gets away with any of these, then know that he will now be forming like a political godfather in Imo State and to an extent southeast in general. But I can assure anyone who wants to listen that "IT wON'T WORK!"
Rochas may win the Orlu zone senatorial seat because, Senator Hope Uzodimma might not be interested in that seat any more. But for him (Rochas) to dictate who becomes governor with his APC ooo (not even PDP or APGA)... that can't happen... talk less of dictating who becomes the senator representing Owerri Zone where Sen. Samuel Anyanwu is gallant in and where other PDP heavy weights are resident.

He (Rochas) won the last election because of the love people "had" for him then even to a great extent that many Mbaise people and some other LGA's in Owerri zone left Ihedioha to support him. That is because, they don't want to play a "zoning" kinda politics because it shatters brothers relationship and can scatter Imo state (taking Nigerian politics and zoning formula as a case study where we are more divided than we have ever been because of this zoning nonsense were mediocrity is placed ahead of meritocracy)...

But I don't see that love for Rochas repeating itself again now that he (Rochas) thinks he can install anybody he likes in a political seat.
Imo state is not like some other states where a family install anybody they like anywhere they like and at anytime they like.

Like seriously bro! I don't know why people keep hating on that Cee C chic! This was what prompted my voting repeatedly for TBOSS to make sure she gets to the finale last year because of the hate people poured on her... Initially I wasn't interested in anything BBNaija but for the hate on TBOSS, I signed-on and even started campaigning for her regardless of the fact that I don't know her. Because just I hate it when you hate on people for no good reason.
For the times that I listened to TBOSS speak, she actually spoke and acted like someone who is advanced in reasoning (although she had her few faults too like every other human being). And that was the reason why most of her housemates were envious of her and wanted to pull her out of the house because they all saw her as competition. And that's the same thing that is about playing out on Cee C now... they are all seeing her as competition and want to pull her out...
BBNAIJA organizers like I said last year, should first of all go and give TBOSS a separate gift for making that particular season worth it even before talking of EFE and his "Warri no dey carry last" influence.
