This is a welcome development but my question is why is such facility not built around oil wells found in akwaibom and other South south oil producing states. But rather they went to kaduna and lagos to build refinery while the oils from the south is transfered via pipelines to other regions for refining.

This money is not reflected on the government spendings and d governor had failed to give an account of it's whereabout so where is it?
