MPPT will do a better job than PWM but if you are designing a small system , u can use a PWM .

You are too dumb to say that. South East are literate no matter what level u find them.

An MPPT can boost the charge required to charge the battery if the solar panels are not generating enough charge for the battery, but PWM can't boost the charge.
But that doesn't make it bad, PWM is way cheaper than MPPT.
In areas of low sunlight like Lagos,Rivers,Crossriver . I recommend MPPT, PWM won't do well in low sunlight in those areas but in North, PWM and MPPT will perform well because of the abundance of sunlight

Personally, I prefer MPPT especially Victron MPPT.

It is very real though it requires a lot modification on the coils to reduce the RPM required to generate power addition of Neodymium magnets, gear box, flywheel, battery,kick starter, super capacitor e.t.c . to make it perfect and free energy, you will spend a lot, but on the long run, you will be saving a humongous amount of money.

i dont think you need a solar panel. you will get continuous rotation. but to get this you have to modify a lot of things.
1. use a DC series motor designed for cranes and trains. they have a high starting torque and its torque reduces as speed increases.

2. use a low RPM synchronous generator; they generate maximum power at a very low RPM about 500-600RPM will give a high out put power.

3. You can stilll use a 1500 RPM synchronous generator but be ready to rotate your flywheel and DC motor at an RPM higher than 1500

4, You can hack and modify AN AC INDUCTON MOTOR by converting it in to a Permanent magnent Generator which requires a low RPM to genrate power.

the use of low RPM generators can eliminate the gear box and bulky fly-wheels in your design.

you can achieve this but you have to modify the design. Use an electric motor in place of your DC motor. Combine a gear box, fly-wheel disc and an Electric starter. The battery powers up the kick Starter at the initial stage; which turns your gear box and alternator. the gear box makes sure your alternator rotates at 1500RPM because your generator needs to run at that speed to generate its rated power. you split the out put of your alternator ; and use one to power the electric motor that takes over from your kick starter. (no need to rectify the voltage anymore).
