@moodylady, he didnt state MY PHONE NUMBER on the cd pack, he stated INDEPENDENT ENTERTAINMENT and he added two phone numbers. I checked one of the numbers with the one I have and found out one was his and it has to be cos he owns the label. Any other attack? cos this one has been nullified. Tuface too has phone numbers on his CD pack, does that mean he is begging to be extra popular?

@mrmeetoo, I have never said tuface is good, no doubt he is, my arguement is FAZE IS BETTER, even tuface admists that faze is a better vocalist so whats the stress all about? About the faze akon/stuff, I'm not really sure if he really denied but even if he did, the contract might have gone sour, not all contracts are eventually executed and he stated that he's working on deal with tuface, that's all he said cos I watched it and even recorded it. Faze too was interviewed.

About their new album, if you have it you'll notice that three tracks were missing. Tuface did hsi own single (if u want it), black face's (something about ur love). Faze's own was obviously not included so u cant conclude that tuface contributed the most cos featured in all the tracks except anthem and the singles.

@eleshin, going back to edit a whole album because of one person cant be true, I'm hearing this for the first time and I beleive it cant be true until someone proves otherwise. Eedris called tuface the plantashun and called the rest 'the boyz' but from what we see today, EEDRIS WAS WRONG. Yes, he was cos we can still feel the plantashun flavour only in faze, the rest have all lost it so you dont have a point there.

@mrmeetoo, I didnt change anything. The fact that he took the first verse of their single doesnt mean he took the first first of all the other songs. People didnt really know there was a thrid member and the few that knew couldnt differentiate between tuface and faze. People thought all he does is scream. I still maintain that without faze plantashun boiz wont be as big as they were, I dont think there should any issue with that. The chances and opprtunites I mean are the ones gotten from kennis music. Dont forget he broke up the group before time which was a risk so they had to reward him for that. About the level playing field, they are not both on kennis music. He was the first artiste on westside music, was the first artiste on kennis music big? It's all about experience, westside music wasnt experienced and thats why they produced a whack video

I'm out to tackle golden boy who decided to takre us down memory lane.
Plantashun boiz waz formed in 1996 and faze has been a member ever since. The first song they recorded was knock me off and I'll tell authoritatively that faze sand the first verse, I'llpost it here if u want. The video they shot is there as proof. You saying faze came as a backup singer after five songs makes me wanna insult you but I'll wont do that now. When tuface featured in omode meta and my kind of woman, faze was a plantashun boy. The truth is just that plantashun boiz wont get to the point they did with the absence of any of them, you trying to belittle faze wont work cos I've been a hardened platashun fan right from day one so I know what true from whats not. No pressure made tuface leave, they were broke and Nelson Brown didnt have enough money to promote their SOLD OUT album. They were supposed to go solo after the second album but tuface was desperately so when the kennis music offer came, he grabbed it. All the while, people were  mistaking faze's part for tuface (including me) thats why the likes of moodylady wont know that faze was a plantashun boy.

Moodylady, u claim u dont hate faze but all ur statements reveal otherwise. I want to know which of faze's old song you have. As for kolomental, whether it makes u dance or not does not concern those who enjoy it. People complained he didnt include a dance track in his first album thats why he wrote that song and it has turned out to be a big hit

@everyone, like someone said, tuface had all that was needed to be big: Popularity from plantashun boiz, kennis music and lots of collabos. Faze obviously wasnt given any chance but he still came out and made a name for himself.  This boy has worked hard enough and deserves to be commended. I have come to realise we cant really compare them cos they r not a level playing field. Tuface has more opportunities but even with the little faze has, he has proven himself. All of you should stop hating especially moodylady who insists he's a failure. Akon is big and well known but doesnt have numerous awards, do that make him less better than tuface who has gotten all the awards? You'll should wake up and see, Tuface is good no doubt, his voice is different but he's not a better vocalist than faze. Y'all can ask your music teachers. Y'all should stick to the topic, Independent is better period!!!! Go ask marketers and see what they have to say about faze.
Someone refered to him as diamond in the dust and I'll add here that he's THE ROSE THAT GREW FROM THE CONCRTE He wasnt expected to expected to get to where he is now  but he proved his critics wrong, that makes him better.

@mrmeetoo, I got to realise nothing is perfect cos I dont understand what special recognition award stands for, big bros influence I guess and as for achievements, I maintain mystand, picture a tuface without kennis music and a faze with kennis music, the reverse would be the case. Its a case of grabbing an opportunity.

I support playmates's view and I'll say here that the initial breakup later turned out to favour faze cos he had the opportunity to prove himself. No matter what anyone says, it cant change the fact that faze is moving up. The pace might be slow cos he's alone but that will only make him stronger.

I dont even know where to start from cos it seems kinda complicated. I'll start with the most recent rumour. I also watched hip tv today and whoever said akon denied faze is a BIG FOOL. The person obviously didnt watch the interview, maybe he was told and tried to twist it. Well, I watched it and he never denied faze, he only added that he has a deal with tuface too but didnt state exactly what the deal is all about. You'll should stop hating cos its not needed.
And as playmate said, he doesnt need akon to make it cos he has ngotten this far without akon and as someone said earlier, he will be dropping the remix of kolomental. This was revealed in an exclusive interview on NTA on sunday night.

@moodylady, stop hatin faze oooo, when asked about the konvict deal, faze said it was halted cos of akon's tryin times. He is still with konvict!!!!

About faze and campus storm, he has been with them even before he dropped independent and all his shows are always tight, it's shown on NTA at times and as I said before, if he wasnt good glo wouldnt retain him, they'll simply look for someone better

who told you faze is not financially stable? After all the money from record sales and shows? It's not all about what u watch on tv my dear, there's more to it. Faze got money that cant be denied. The fact that he's not as stable as tuface doesnt mean he's broke. Has he begged u for money before? Besides someone who isnt financially stable wont spend that much on videos so u need a rethink

whether denied visa or not isnt a crime, there r lots of peeps who have been denied visa but that doesnt stop them from reapplying and as for other projects, he's not neglecting his duties. U r on the US so u dont know how big he is in Nigeria

@mrmeetoo, I didnt say that those that surround faze are brainless but at least they are not as connected as donjazzy. No doubt they are doing a very good job except that he isnt internationally recognised. About Tetuila, thats ur own, it cant be the same for every other person. If it wasnt well publicised it wont have that type of success. They experimented with tetuila and perfercted with tuface. About rukus, well i never heard of that then. I will say here that they invest in what they r sure will bring profit, thats what happened for tuface and tetuila.

This is actually true,but not for all. I have watched faze perform with a live band on two occassions and it was superb. We need real musicians and not just singers

@mrmeetoo, I'm happy u r now agreeing with some points but I wanna state that u cant compare tetuila and faze cos tetuila had what tuface currently has, kennis music and u said u were around then, u'll remember they promote their artistes through primetime jamz which was aired on almost ll tv stations, if they didnt promote with what they had u wont have known and even liked the songs.
As for d'banj, he toured with JJC&419 squad for almost two years and people even thought he was one of them cos he featured in some of their sons(I remember jekalo), this is the reason for his popularity in the UK as for the overall success, Don Jazzy is the brain behind, that guy got brains.
I dont think they are in the same situations and the level of faze's success is far more than that of tetuila back then who sold just just about 300,000 copies, about the highest then.
@moodylady, there are some shouts of tuface that r also annoying and at least they are not as melodious as faze's

@moodylady, Bill Gates is very influentiual and for him to have been denied, who is faze not to have been denied. Who knows if it hadnt happened to tuface too? aqbout the album with Akon, i actualy read that on his website and who told u they must be together. In case u didnt know, on the new p'boiz album, they didnt record most of the songs together. What I feel might be causing the delay is that he has some projects at hand, they still have to shoot their p'boiz videos and he still has to promote his videos too and you know it's not going down too well with Akon too. @tosinadeda, what I'm saying is the truth. This comparism would have been fair if they had the same opprtunity but I still maintain that for faze to have survived the unfavourable situation, he deserves commendation and for daddy fresh having better vocals, very funny

@mrmeetoo, sorry I missed out some things there, what I meant to post was that faze would do the same if given the opportunity as tuface and speaking of the market, faze is not doing bad and a fact is even that d'banj's album didnt sell up to what independent sold. Faze has an his independent crew which consists of his manager(elder brother), who was shot with tuface, dancers and his backup singer - terry G. Then his marketer which is AHBU music. His song is all over Nigeria so it's not doing bad, what remains for him now is international penetration and I feel he's waiting for konvict to do that with his next album. About the plantashun boiz foundation, he wasnt really known, people used to mistake his part for tuface (even me) so people didnt really know him as a plantashun boy, we just knew there was a third member and didnt know his worth until they went solo

I totally disagree with that, paul play's vocal ability can't reach that of faze. The only person who I can remember right now that can equal this is Segun Obe but he's a gospel singer
