Thanks to this thread, I used dns jumper and my ntel connection has remained stable, this is aproblem I've been facing for almost 6 months and ntel customer care seemed to know their dns was the issue.
Instead of the installing dsn jumper on every system, I simply set the dns to google's own on the router and on the repeater, it has been good ever since. The issue now again is speed, they claim FUP has been discontinued but I'm still seeing its symptoms on my line

Hello guys, I've been using ntel with an unlocked Huawei B310s swift modem but lately when connected to other systems it stops going until I restart the modem. I've complained to ntel countless times and they insist all is well with location from which I'm using it. Could the modem be causing the issue or could this be a dns issue as well like oyb said?

And is there anyone who has an ntel ZTE router to dispose?

The pus/wax from the eyes might be a symptom on teething even though when I searched online I was told it is an infection. Ordinarily this should clear in three/four days as it has happened to my daughter twice in 12 months three weeks that she has been on earth, at times we dropped breast milk into the eyes don't if that worked but it cleared after some days. If it persists then you need to see a doctor as it might really be an infection

poshestmina:
Helllllllllllllo mamas, long time no saw!

Please my daughter started bringing out this milky pulse looking thing from her eyes , should I be worried ?

Secondly, can I introduce her to any food now, we are 4 months and 4 days today .

Thank you and AMEN.

Just baby food. We bought NAN at 6 months to supplement breast milk, she rejected. Every other liquid asides water and juice (squeezed orange, caprisone) she rejects up till now. She takes any other solid food we eat and yes she wants to feed herself at times, at times she drops them on the floor after we feed her and the picks up herself just because she wants to feed herself cheesy
For fruits she takes squeezed orange alone but she loves carrot because she uses it to soothe her gums cheesy
AlphaHandMaiden:
@ Pheesayor,

Well done pops

Happy birthday Ebunoluwa. God God bless and keep you.

Wait oh?
For the eating, is it just baby food (like liquids) she doesnt take or any food in general?

Have you tried finger foods. Sometimes babies just want to do things them selves and will refuse if you feed them.

It is a messy process so be prepared for the clean-up

Try given her stuff that she can suck the life out of! grin

At this age i will suggest soft fruits such as ripe mango and avocado or baby snacks like the puffs which are usually flavoured with things like carrots, cheese tomato and sweetcorn.

Also ensure she is supervised while feeding herself.

Regards to the wife!

I was thinking about my daughter and then I remembered she clocked ine and I didn't announce it here, apologies.
My baby Ebunoluwa that had jaundice at birth and I got advices here was a year old on 16th September (about 18 days ago), how time flies
The past one year has been a very interesting one, few weeks to her birthday she started having temperature we used teething solutions back and forth no show. We suspected malaria so we gave her anti malaria which she took but serious cough and cold won't let her be so we saw a nurse who prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen, after this her health improved tremendously and we had a sickness-free birthday.

I said here months ago she refused baby food, till this day the only milk she takes is breast milk, anything that looks like liquid she won't take, only water and juice. Last night I tried tea before deciding to buy her own milk, she refused. Last week I tried hollandia yoghurt she refused and you dare not force anything down her throat (not even drugs), she will spill it out or coughs till she vomits it. I don't know who else has experienced this with babies.

She gradually stopped crawling towards her first birthday and now walks but staggers a lot. She likes noodles a lot but is getting to like bread as well, I don't know if this is okay for her system at her age, she eats every other thing she sees me eating.

Kudos to all the mothers here doing great jobs, I'm the father but I feel the heat a lot as well cheesy

Ebunoluwa says hi to you all, especially helovesme

Politics / Nigeria @ 57 and the changes at Ceoshub by pheesayor(m): 6:41pm On Oct 01, 2017
Nigeria is a great country with great potentials. The youths population shows the strength and hope for a better future.

God is good, everything he does is good, he never makes mistake. If Nigeria was indeed meant to be a mistake, God would have broken it himself, which makes anyone or people who seek to break Nigeria enemies of God, therefore Nigeria is bigger than any Nigerian or the entire Nigerians combined.

In the light of this, Mr. Dada Stephen Oluwaseun the president and founder of a global enterprise network of entrepreneurs and startups: CEOs hub, officially declared his intention to actively participate in Nigerian politics.

Dada popularly referred to as DST had earlier stated in the past that he will Prefer to distance himself from any politically related matters, but the love he has developed in building potential entrepreneurs and support In nation building has made him reverse his earlier stated decision.

According to Mr Dada Stephen in a press release he said

"A new era is approaching in the history of Nigeria, not for the worst but for the best. However, except a Man effects a Change, He should not expect a Change. On this premise I hereby officially and publicly declare my interest in the active politics of Nigeria. Not to contest as a youth (because of the not too young to run bill), but to learn from the masters and be equipped enough to solve Nigeria's problems at any capacity in future.

Eggs only hatch from within: meaning you can't solve a problem from the outside. I'm not sure which party to join for now and I'm still making consultations with my team, but my voice will become louder on matters that concern the Nigerian nation.

The Global Enterprise Network which I manage: CEOS HUB (www.ceoshub.com) will for now be managed by Ms Adeola Adeyemo. She will act as Nigerian Team Leader and coordinate the network in our 27 member nations. I'm very much around and willing to learn and volunteer at any capacity as it is a common saying that to Learn to Lead is to first Learn to Follow.

I also encourage the great youths of Nigeria to take a similar step, not hungry for power but preparing for leadership tomorrow by today because you cannot succeed in a parlance you never prepared to be.

Long Live Nigeria, happy 57th Independence and God Bless Nigeria.

Dada-Stephen Dst"

stop the lies, yam is now cheap, very cheap now as new yam is out

The search for dollars is the major problem in Nigeria, products and resources that are yet to meet up with local consumption will be sent abroad all in the name of export and bringing in dollars. the last time i went to the market, yam was so expensive because majority are been taking abroad for export. i believe what i believe is that when you have more than enough is when you should give to sell to other people.

Phones / Re: Youtube Go App Officially Launched In Nigeria To Help You Save Data. by pheesayor(m): 5:25pm On Sep 18, 2017
But the app is still in testing stage and not fully released yet
TechPill:
YouTube has annouced YouTube Go is now officially available for the initial public download in Nigeria. Yes, most Nigerians has been waiting for this service for some time now.

For those who are not familiar with the YouTube Go - it's an app from Google in which you can stream that your favorite music video or song on youtube without giving a glitch about your data. With YouTube Go app it's reduces the amount of data you have to burn just to watch that video.

The YouTube Go is built to meet the online needs of the growing youth population. Apart from saving your data, there are other amazing YouTube Go features you will like. It features a home screen that shows both personalized recommendations as well as trending and popular videos nearby, allowing users to see the latest content that the people around are watching, upfront. It offers a ‘preview video’ function (a feature that is only available on PC) to make it easier to decide what to watch or download.

YouTube Go also offers easy video downloading, phone-number sign-in, effortless searching, and more effective ways to control data usage. Instead of streaming a video of 12.5MB, with YouTube Go you can stream that same video with just 1.5MB. Cool right? More YouTube Go Details & download in source link

Of my three locations (Yaba, Festac and Iwaya) Festac seems to be the fastest.
I'm behind a mast here in Yaba with full bars but speed is annoying
oyb:

In festac it is fair 1.1mb/s. Only works well with Google dns. Otherwise it's messed up.

In Apapa, it has been complete shit for the past two weeks.
Phones / Re: See How Much Data I Used In One Week With NTEL (photo) by pheesayor(m): 4:39pm On Sep 18, 2017
Similar issues here. Office where it is needed is Yaba and it is not very fast, but Festac is much better as tested. OYB do you still use yours in festac and how is the experience now?
dustmalik:

Ntel performance is location dependent. It's terrible in the part of Gudu I live and at my office in Central business district, but very good at Area 1.

Also, Ntel performance has nothing to do with how good reception is. I get very good speed in some part of Area 1 with only 1 bar, but even with 4 bars in Gudu district, it remains terrible.
Phones / Re: See How Much Data I Used In One Week With NTEL (photo) by pheesayor(m): 4:32pm On Sep 15, 2017
Your location must be VIP. Been using ntel since last December and the experience keeps getting worse.
Notunerecords:
So I subscribed for one week unlimited data on ntel last week Wednesday. and by today I had used over 220GB. I tethered my phone to my pc throughout the subsribtion period. I am a suicide gamer so dont blame me lol. I spent most if not all of the data downloading pc games. I used IDM to download so my download speed was superb. I was steady doing 2mb/sec on my downloads. Guys Ntel is the way!!

did anyone force you to listen/watch?
What can he do to satisfy people like you? Before he was dead, then returns and speaks to the country to let you know he can even speak unlike people who said he lost his voice. What else do you want him to say? For me the broadcast is for renewed confidence in a man we supported and elected to be president.

jossyr:
did any body force him to adress the nation,if he is yet to be briefed with certain issues, why rush to make a dry broadcast. As a president whatever comes out from his mouth is important, hence it is either he says something reasonable or keep quiet.secondly he confessed following events in d country closely while he was away
