Where did you purchase your decoder? I need to our chase too

Omihanifa:
There's nothing exciting about this news because even the so called free tv by NBC is trash undecided

The picture quality is so low, the channels don't have any meaningful content that can make viewers stay glued to their TVs and above it all the customer service is so useless when it comes to solving complaints.

Out of excitement I purchased the decoder and paid the 1500 yearly digital Access fee only for me to discover that the whole thing is overrated

I exhausted 10gb in less than 5 hours and they cut me off instead of reducing my speed, twitter handler then told me to subscribe to another plan, just imagine !!!
RandomVic:

It appears they now cap all their plans. "unlimited" daily is now capped at 10GB as per their Twitter page. I'm a witness. I somehow exhausted my "unlimited" 2 days plan just hours after I subscribed.
Phones / Re: Ntel Downfall Has Started by pheesayor(m): 12:02pm On Jun 08, 2020
you're right, they'll lose customers then eventually come back to their senses

Akunwafor:

That's a dumb move.

If they need 10k to buy internet from their mother provider and initially they were able to get 15 people to pay 1k, they would have made a profit of 5k.

But if they increase their prices to 1k5 and then cap data, then clearly they'll lose customers. Going by your analogy "the want few rich customers" if they lose say 7 customers, then they'd be making 12k.

Mind you, people flocked to ntel for no other reason but "unlimited" Internet, so I expect them to start running at a loss sooner, rather than later.
Phones / Re: Ntel Downfall Has Started by pheesayor(m): 7:10pm On Jun 05, 2020
Ntel will lose customers, they will then come back to their senses and then remove the data caps. I will do a month as usual but disconnect all wifi users and block unnecessary sites, after this month I'll look for an alternative. This nonsense, in this day and age when data price is dropping.

red flag, take to your heels and beg your mother for forgiveness, it is very important.
funkmrflexx:
We Have Been Dating For 1 Year and 6 months now. I’ve met her parents, we wanted to get married last year but her dad told me to wait till she finishes school which is supposed to be next year. I’m 25 years old and she’s 22 .

I live alone in the city while my mom lives in the village. My younger sister who I’m sponsoring through school sometimes comes to my place during holidays and weekends. My girlfriend practically lives with me because she comes from a type of an Abusive family. So she lives with me and I even assist her with school fees and house rents sometimes. I’ve spent even more than her father for her school.

Everyone In my family knows her and she’s a very wonderful girl. Typical wife material. She supports me every time even when I’m broke. I’m not the type of guy that dates a lot of girls . I don’t even cheat on her. Since I met her I’ve done away with a lot of ladies. I’m 100% committed to the relationship

But the problem is that she Has very bad anger issues. I mean she can destroy your property when she’s angry and I’m the quiet type. I don’t like hitting a lady execpt once in a while a general brain resetting slap. When she starts she doesn’t listen to anyone. Not me, not even her parents. So anytime she’s angry like this I will just find a way to make her laugh. Both of you can just be eating and she will get angry if you ate the fleshy part of the meat and left oily part for her (we have quarreled because of that I mean serious quarrel) . Sometimes I get tired of the whole situation. At the end even when she’s wrong I’ll let her for peace to reign. So I try to manage the anger at home so it shouldn’t go out

So we went to visit my mom in the yesterday. Because of curfew we slept over. So my mom bought us mangos this morning and told us to carry.

My girlfriend then said she doesn’t like mango that if I want to eat my mango I should carry it myself. Then my mom (she is the type that always shouts at every body. The real wahala woman) told her that if she can’t carry the mango then she should just put it on my head for me to carry na (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na).

That was the only thing my mom said. Then she sparked. Started shouting at my mom. That she should stop talking to her like that, that she doesn’t like it. In fact she’s going home. So she carried her bag and started going home. Every one in the compound started saying it’s ok (Na dat thing why dem tell u Dey make u Dey vex so) she was still shouting. I was even try to calm her down but no way. She was still shouting. Even my sister who had never seen her angry before became angry (na so you b? She said). I was really disappointed In her

The issue is what even made me angry is how she reacted. If she didn’t like what my mom said made her angry. At least she should have waited till we got home (this was the first time we were both sleeping over) then she would tell me. Or she could have called my sister and told her what my mom said. After all the fracas, she went inside the room till we left. I just told everybody to just leave her.

So when we got home I told her what she did was wrong that she shouldn’t have reacted like that. Na there war start. She started yelling and shouting at me that if my mom talks to everyone like that she won’t take it (my plan was to tell her that she should apologize to her. Because my mom already apologized that she won’t talk to her again like that. Which I know she will o . So we can just forget about the issue. But she never accepts she’s wrong ) She said I took her to my village to intimidate her in front of my family people, I was really angry and called her uncle and told him what happened. He said there was nothing wrong with what my mom told her (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na) and that he would talk to her .

I even scolded my mom before I left that I didn’t like what she said what she did that’s she was just causing issue. My girlfriend said when my mom said the word (If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na) that I should have immediately rebuked my mom. But me sef no see anything wrong with what my mom said( If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na)

I just Dey follow her uncle advise and leave her be until she calms down and I talk to her

So my people what’s offensive in this word? If you no fit carry the mango u for kuku put am for e head make e carry am na)

But this her attitude don tire me. Break up is not on the card for me at least not yet. She always thinks that they are other guys out there because she has a lot of toasters but I know they can’t do quarter of what I’m doing for her. In this modern time it’s difficult to see a guy who will allow his girlfriend stay with him thereby losing his freedom to do certain things. A guy who doesn’t cheat, a guy who takes care of her does everything for her .

I just think the things she went through in her family is affecting her physiological. And sometimes when I think about leaving her I feel pity because she can’t go back to her parents house.

They are basically the same thing, but coding refers to the actual writing or typing of the codes, while programming refers to everything from planning, designing, researching, flowcharting, alogarithm to testing and debugging, just my two cents.

When I read she's now asking for N10million.... grin

PRESS STATEMENT

We are counsel to Mrs. Busola Dakola (hereinafter referred to as “Our Client”), on whose instruction we issue this press statement.

Following the mis-information being circulated in print and social media on the pending suit filed by Our Client, it has become imperative to address and clarify the true state of affairs.

The Nigeria Police Force (the Police) is still investigating the allegation of rape made by our Client against the person of Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo. In furtherance of the Police investigation, the Suspect (Biodun Fatoyinbo) was confronted by the Complainant (Our Client) on the 5th day of September, 2019 at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Area 10, Abuja during an Investigation Conference presided over by Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Mike Ogbizi. The Police therefore has not taken anyone to Court.

However, our Client, in furtherance of her civil rights, and in line with constitutional provisions, filed a civil suit against Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo on the 6th of September, 2019. The civil suit is independent of the criminal allegations and/or investigation of the Police.

The suit has been the subject of several news headlines, albeit with a lot of mis-leading information. This missive is aimed at clarifying these mis-information and setting the records straight.

Firstly, Our Client filed the civil suit against Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo on the 6th day of September, 2019, at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and not the Federal High Court, as widely reported. As at the time of filing the suit, the same was yet to be assigned to a judge for hearing.

Secondly, the Court did not issue any summons on our client and the fourteen (14) days given to the Defendant (Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo), within which to enter appearance to the writ of summons commences from the date of personal service of said suit on the person of Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo and this certainly will be after the matter has been assigned to a Judge.

Thirdly, our Client, has not sought for any monetary damages and/or compensation against Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo in her reliefs. This is because our Client’s reason for filing the civil suit against Rev. Biodun Fatoyinbo, is inter-alia, for the court to make pronouncements on her rights as well as Rev. Biodun’s liabilities and also, to help other victims of sexual, physical and emotional abuse gain the courage to confront their abusers no matter how highly placed they may be.

Importantly, the N10 million naira quoted by the media is the cost of the action carried out by her lawyers, to wit, litigation fee.

Finally, we would like to state that it is against the ethics of the legal profession to make statements on the substance of the matter that is still pending in court. In view of this, we cannot make statements on other important issues surrounding the action.

Accept the assurances of our esteemed regard.

Thank you.

Phones / Re: Samsung Galaxy A20 Vs Infinix S4 Comparison: This Fight Has A Clear Winner by pheesayor(m): 6:03pm On Aug 29, 2019
You should compare with the Samsung a50 as Infinix s4 is a direct copy of that phone

Ennyholar:
When someone popped the question about which of these two devices was better, I knew I would be doing a Samsung Galaxy A20 vs Infinix s4 comparison review. Why let the opportunity to create another exciting smartphone comparison go to waste?

So, beside RAM and storage, how similar are these two smartphones? They both have a 4000mAh battery. They have similar screen sizes and resolutions with a waterdrop notch. They both have a rear fingerprint scanner. They both run Android 9 Pie. And they both cost around $140 or ₦50,000. Clearly, this is a fair fight. So, let’s get into it.

Camera :Let’s talk about the camera specs here on neutral ground. While on paper, the Infinix s4 has the higher specc’d cameras, we already know that numbers don’t count in camera performance. We do know that the Galaxy A20’s camera suffers in low light, which is something that the Infinix s4 handles well.

Display: The Galaxy A20 has a punchier display – AMOLED displays give you punchier colours and deeper blacks. Thery are also rare on budget phones, so the A20’s display is something of a novelty and has been adjudged as being the best display in its class Clear win for the A20.

Processor: In terms of performacne, Samsung’s EXYNOS 7884 chipset is a more powerful engine than Helio P22. The P22 is the processor in the A20’s younger and cheaper sibling, Galaxy A10s. An easy win for the A20.

Memory: While both mid-range Android phones give you a dedicated memory card slot, the Galaxy A20 supports up to 1TB size cards, against the Infinix S4’s paltry128GB. That is a huge difference, especially if you love to store loads of videos and other heavy files.

Price: The only area where the Infinix S4 wins clearly is in price. It costs about ₦6,000 less than the Galaxy A20. Which means that the only reason you are likely to choose to buy the S4 is if you can’t afford the Galaxy A20.

But Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India, Phillipines and many other countries in which these two devices sell side-bu-side are price-sensitive markets. Which means that a lot of those shoppers will default to the Infinix.

More sophisticated shoppers with the purchasing power will definitely pick the Samsung for all the extra value it brings to the table.

Which device do you think is the winner?

Good day everyone, I need advice on the most reliable data network for video streaming to Facebook and YouTube. I've been using ntel but they have been so unreliable in terms of speed stability, it is only good for watching YouTube videos.
All suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

sorry about your car, those of us who ply that axis go through similar and are helpless
ZACHIE:
My car sank today at Alakija underbridge Uturn just this morning.
No road shows lack of capacity to manage Lagos than the insensitivity of government to that Uturn.
Ambode couldn't be bothered. Nothing bothers him.
The sufferings of commuters on that road is hellish especially with the return of tankers,. containers and sided lorries.
What was Apapa nightmare is now Festac, Old Ojo, Sattellite dwellers day and nightmares.

I don trowey their SIM card after it took them 3 weeks to activate a Monthly Unlimited plan. That 3 weeks sec was because of calls put through to CPC and NCC. Some people own has been over a month.

I've moved to Swift, even their monthly unlimited is like 2k more expensive but at least I'm getting good service for my money.

Which area is your swift fast? I also moved from ntel to swift two days ago and swift is slower, annoyingly slow that I'm almost regretting. Swift is slow and steady but ntel is a bit faster but not steady.
My location is Yaba near Alagomeji
