Spontaneous007: If I tell you my own you no go believe....
Well
It all happened when I wanted to write my first semester exam (first year). It was MEC102 (technical drawing)...
Even during normal lectures, i didn't have the slightest knowledge of technical drawing because I never did it in school. I was not concerned about learning it because I hated drawing so much. Infact, the last time I drew was in pry 2 when we use to draw mango, apple and basket.
The basic tech I managed to do sef in jss2 ... It was makana makana (mark an arc) we we're just hearing from the man's mouth.
.. fast forward to the exam period Sha...
I had all the instrument for drawing ready but nothing was on my head. As the invigilator started sharing drawing sheets, the shit in my anus started drawing closer. It was as if I was given a DEATH note. Then he started sharing question paper. Omo come and see question. I doubt if seasoned architects can answer the question we were told to answer.
Well as a sharp guy Sha.. I couldn't leave my drawing sheets blank so I started drawing...
Omo.. come and see drawing.. I never knew I had the talent to draw rubbish.. I was just drawing different lines that has not been discovered in technical drawing. I was happy with the rubbish I was drawing until the lecturer who was taking the course entered and looked at my drawing.. he laughed and shouted at me saying; " your calling is not engineering, you should go and start selling Coco and akara"... Everyone in the hall bursted in laughter.. even the girl behind me that I was forming efiwe for laughed so hard... When I couldn't take it.. I submitted my rubbish and went out of the hall. On tthe day the result cam out.. I came out with flying colors of failure you are a real nigga |

safarigirl: What is the point of this your argument?
You use 'We' when talking about the Super Eagles, but how many of their games have you gone for, even when it's in your backyard?
Is fandom by buying tickets and going to games? Someone is supporting a team from Nigeria, and you are asking if he has season tickets, does he live in England? How will he have season tickets?
The way you try to demean people sometimes, in your quest for whatever, is very disgusting.
He has as much right as anyone else to use WE for a team he supports. If Liverpool comes down to Nigeria and he has an opportunity to watch them, you think he won't? You think people in Nigeria that buy these club jerseys and spend their money to watch the games of these clubs do not have the right to use WE, when referring to clubs they support? Don't clubs make money from TV rights? Who do you think pays for these rights? Fans with season tickets?
What exactly are you getting at, by trying to ridicule his use of the term? always on point |

We Like Him' - Rohr Hints At Call-Up For Liverpool's Ex-England U20 World Cup-Winning Midfielder
Published: June 01, 2020
Liverpool-owned midfielder Ovie Ejaria is in line to receive his first-ever call-up to the Super Eagles, provided a one-time change of association from England to Nigeria is approved by FIFA before the next international window, Nigeria manager Gernot Rohr has hinted.
The London-born Ejaria trained with the Golden Eaglets class of 2013 that contained the likes of Taiwo Awoniyi, Kelechi Iheanacho and goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, but was omitted from the World Cup roster because coach Manu Garba had doubts about his physicality.
Four years later in South Korea, the Reading star was a member of the Young Lions squad that won the FIFA U20 World Cup and debuted for England U21s the following year in a friendly against Romania.
Asked to provide an update on Ovie Ejaria, Rohr told Channels Television : "This player is one of the players we are looking for, we are in touch with him.
"These players who have played already for the youth teams of other countries, there is a process to do. They have to write a letter to FIFA, they have to follow some rules to change.
"Ejaria is one of the players, we like him, and we could invite him. We have other ones, you know the names, I won't give you all the names.
"Players like him could have the chance and I hope we have some friendlies, you see the calendar now, it is very difficult to have friendlies because we have to do the qualifiers for the AFCON and World Cup, it will be difficult now to start the qualifiers in November.
"We need friendlies to test these players, and it will be good to do it in September."
This season, former Arsenal youth-teamer Ejaria has played 35 games for Reading, scoring three goals and has four assists to his name.
