Security agencies make extra money by allowing such to happen but now is the results of Thier actions.

Not really sir, the problem is that miners do keep explosives for blasting which is a very wrong procedure. They don't follow procedures, you are not to stock it at home, once the DSS gives approval and you get it straight to the pit where it's to be used. But today with connections, they store them at home which is very very risky.

The problem is that Nigeria youths are too eager to a financial success immediately without thinking of how bad or good is the path taken. Before now, people grows Thier wealth which is proportional to Thier age but today, a serving youth corper or IT student will engage in deals with others at the place of service and call it a smart move to future.
All crimes of today is majorly stealing but in different ways and mostly by force. Stealing Solid minerals= Bandits, stealing humans beings for ransom= kidnappers, stealing cows= rustlers,

All these were not new only that they metamorphosised to the next level at the arrival of GSM and banking reforms in 2000. Since people don't travel anymore with bags of money from Aba to Lagos or other places etc. as it were b4 now.
Also, Easy communication with WhatsApp and social media generally make this easier among the evil doers to form a gang.

The huge Amount of security vote for governors is another major factor that encourages all these because when Thier is peace only the governor pockets the money.

Maybe government should establish institutions/ university for dropouts or people with F9 parallel with no jamb entrance requirements so as to engaged and accommodate them otherwise they will enroll themselves to under bridges and evil colleges and will never allow others to have peace cos they believed they must survive wether good or bad.

We need to change our mind set and we begin to do positive things in Nigeria.

They said products will be in the market by July, then August and again october. No single drop made it to the market.

The Company said it will be in the market this month. Now they are seeking regulatory approval despite No production test run before december 2023. Expected the products in the market between February and June 2024.

How are we sure those are not imported products stored for resale. Anything goes in Nigeria.

Even if Dangote buys Crude Oil at international price that has been set, then his refined products should be cheaper that what we import, as importation (shipping) and port and custom charges have been totally eliminated.

Also, the cost of labour to operate his refinery in Nigeria is way cheaper than the cost of labour of the foreign refineries whose products we have been importing.

I don't trust all these marketers with prices issue as we can be shocked that they will start moving the products to Benin republic and other ecowas to maximize profit thereby keeping Nigerian suffering for what we produced. Its being rumoured now that some advanced payments and moves are ongoing to move larger % of first released products to other countries by weed marketers since the prices are higher than Nigeria. Pls let us help ourselves if possible by monitoring them. Take pictures and post them on social media. They normally move around 12am 4am across the border in hundreds of tankers. Law enforcement is not helping, Just imagine We Nigerian never chop bellyful and neighbors will be celebrating that Dangote has started production. We know they are bitter by removal of subsidy, now they want to catch up by all means
