PoliticsRe: Boko-Haram Kills Students & Fishermen In Maiduguri by PHfinest(m): 12:29am On Jun 19, 2013
Pataki: Stop regurgitating this absolute foolishness.

Boko Haram is PDP. Ask your president why he has not dealt with the list of Boko Haram members he has in his hands.

GEJ stop killing innocent Nigerians! Nigerians in the North are now becoming refugees in Cameroon, Chad and Niger Republic.

This is the plan of GEJ and his boko haram......weaken the population of the North against 2015 elections using boko haram as a menace and terror to innocent and populous Nigerians living in the North.

GEJ stop killing innocent Nigerians!!!
HNosegbe: Some people have been so blinded by hate and PDP propaganda that they will NEVER refrain from calling Buhari a Boko Haram sponsor, despite their inability to provide any shred of tangible evidence to support their claims.

To all of you that keep insisting that Buhari is BH's sponsor (despite the glaring lack of evidence) I have a couple of questions:

1. If Jonathan's government had the slightest evidence that Buhari was a BH sponsor, do you think they'll let him remain a free man?

2. Can you explain why General Andrew Owoye Azazi, a retired army general and National Security Adviser, came out to publicly tell the world that PDP=Boko Haram and Boko Haram=PDP? More importantly, can you explain why he died in a mysterious plane crash weeks later?

3. Can you explain why the only top politicians indicted so far as BH financiers (such as Mohammed Ali Ndume) are PDP members? Or are you saying Buhari has moles in the PDP, the self-acclaimed largest party in Africa?

4. Why hasn't Vice President Namadi Sambo come out to debunk the claims being made that he has been in contact with BH? Surely if he had/has been in contact, he'd know who these people are, no?

Nigerians should open their eyes and stop being deceived. The truth is, as we speak there is no iota of evidence linking Buhari to Boko Haram.

Open your eyes, else prove Hitler's statement true, when he said "When you repeat a lie often enough, it begins to sound like truth". Open your eyes, Nigerians.
Cant believe these guyz.
Buhari may not be Boko Haram...like you said, there is no proof.
PDP may not be Boko Haram...as you know, there is no proof.

I dont blame anybody who points at Buhari though:
1) He promised Nigeria that there will be no peace after election, suddenly Boko Haram sprouted, how?
2) He has never publicly criticised the activities of Boko Haram, why?
3) He started voicing in Boko Haram defence when Jona deployed troops, why?

We are all watching and playing the blame game, while our young men are murdered in the name of politics.

toshmann: @Poster
It's because of worthless posts like this that Nigeria' s future is bleak. If you were knowledgable, and I doubt you are, you'll understand that in the entertainment world break ups happen time and again. To try a paint an ethnic picture, while tactfully pretending you ain't doing so, knowing fully well that Nigeria has ethnic sensitivities, is to say the least, SHAMEFUL angry

Here we are in a global village, the world out here doesn't know who is Igbo Yoruba efik etc, most don't even know Nigeria( except in matters of fraud, crime etc) and the best we can do is unite to form a country that can stand on her feet. This generation of Nigerians, with a partial democracy, must stand together. Otherwise by 2075 our great grandchildren will curse our memory for leaving a sick nation for them to inherit. angry

And even though my grandchildren will be foreign citizens, they and others like them would still be better off if they have a great nation to call "the land of my roots"
Let those of us who are educated stop this ethnic BS. Love your ethnic group without hating others.

Let it be on record that Toshmann was one of the few prophets that warned of the dangers of ethnic squabbles in the early 21st century.
God is my witness cool
Thank you my brother for saving me some energy...and for this to make front page...smh!

Christianity EtcRe: Is It Wrong To Give Your Tithe To The Poor by PHfinest(m): 2:44am On Oct 18, 2012
Fhemmmy: Lol . . You means pastors in the western world only uses the money to take care of the poor and dont spend on themselves too?

Regardsless of where you are, Your tithe is your tithe
. . . . Now lemme say this, i do understand and know that some pastors are not good stewards of the funds, but why do i wanna worry my head about that, come to think of it, would you say cos Jonathan has been spending taxpayers money in a way we dont agree with, then, you wont pay more taxes?
- My tithe is the new testament tithe not compelling on a 10% figure but on a happy and cheerful giving to God
- The different between God's tithe and Jonathan's tax is that while the Nigerian law is still binding on me as a Nigerian, God's new covenant (not law) is perfected through love for Him and love for my neighbour
Christianity EtcRe: Is It Wrong To Give Your Tithe To The Poor by PHfinest(m): 2:21am On Oct 18, 2012
Fhemmmy: Reading through most of this kinda comment, i now realize that many people are going to church and yet dont like that church .. . . You dont like how your pastor is living, be free to leave that church and go to another . . .
Fhemmy,

I worship God and not Church. If you see misuse of funds or lack of it,it is the best corrective action to take (or so I believe).
In PH, i pay my tithe to the poor, in UK, I pay my tithe to the Church, because the church here is dying.

read Proverbs 22:16

Also note: Tithe must not be 10% as in the old Testament, it is that which you can freely and happily give, from your time, energy and resources to 100% of your income...that is what the new Testament teaches

God has giving every man the ability to reason, search for Him and please Him.
Christianity EtcRe: Is It Wrong To Give Your Tithe To The Poor by PHfinest(m): 2:01am On Oct 18, 2012
Whatever you do to the least of my brethrens, that you do unto me.

Since the New Testament, especially in 2012, It is ONLY through the poor that you can give anything to God!

Kapish....giving your tithe to a rich pastor with private jet, university that your kids cannot afford, bleached face and/or dyed hair is WRONG!

IF YOU FIND A PASTOR WHO DOES NOT RUN A BUSINESS, JUST AS THE LEVITES OF THE OLD TESTAMENT, THEN THAT COULD APPLY

CFCfan: Fellow Nlanders resident in the United States and Nigeria, did u guys watch Michelle Obama's speech? I always thought she was an effective surrogate for her husband in the campaign. But men, that speech was almost Earth-shaking. Even some cable news pundits (from FOX, MSNBC and CNN) said it was the best political speech given by any U.S. First Lady. Any thoughts?

her speech:

PoliticsRe: Farouk Lawan Provides Evidence Of Otedola's Attempt To Bribe Him by PHfinest(m): 3:32pm On Jun 19, 2012
Kobojunkie: Well, it could be that the reason he gave was reasonable enough. You have to understand NOT ALL OF OTEDOLA's Companies were de-listed. People need to at least know this fact.
Lawan cited the PSF list, as reason for why it would make sense to instead have the two companies de-listed, and investigated by the right agency, so they can better establish how much those companies ought to pay back to the Nigerian people. So technically, the de-listing was not to absolve the companies of blame, but to give way for further investigations.
NOT all the required bribe sum was paid as well......
PoliticsRe: Farouk Lawan Provides Evidence Of Otedola's Attempt To Bribe Him by PHfinest(m):
Unfortunately, nepotism has erased the smallest trace of reasoning in some people's head.
I find myself following this gist like I followed the E.tteh saga, the H.embe saga till they all died the natural death.
How I wish F.arouk will fly to UK and get judged there afterall that is the only place justice catches Nigerian looters.

My not so common sense tells me the story goes like this:

2012:
April 18: Date of House Fuel Subsidy Report (Zenon and Synopsis Indicted)
Zenon could be guilty of this (like other companies both mentioned and not mentioned in the report)
Zenon inteligently finds out what needed to be done to remove name OR Farouk gets Zenon to play ball

April 21: Date of Delivery of First Bribe Money to Farouk Lawan ($250,000)

April 23: Date of Delivery of Second Bribe Money to Farouk Lawan ($250,000)

April 24 (early morning) Date of Delivery of Third Bribe Money to Farouk Lawan’s Aide ($100,000)
Part of the agreed amount paid. Farouk is happy while Otedola carries on with his plan not to pay the full bribe.

April 24: (late morning) Date of House Plenary Discussion on Subsidy Report (Zenon and Synopsis Delisted)
Agreed action taken

April 24: Lawan writes to Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Crimes of Otedola’s persistence to offer him bribe to influencethe outcome of the investigation
Persistence? to Offer Bribe? or Statement of Bribe Offered and Received? (My sense tells me to ignore this one)

April 24: Clerk of the committee, Mr Boniface Emenalo, writes to Lawan that Otedola offered him $100,000
Did he say he received it? Offered? or offered and received?

April 24: Lawan discloses in another letter to the House leadership that the clerk of the committee, Mr Boniface Emenalo, wrote to him that Otedola offered him $100,000
Same Question: Did he say he received it? Offered? or offered and received?

April 28: Farouk Lawan grants an Interview revealing pressures on him.
Otedola refuses to pay the remaining, Farouk threatens to divulge.

May 9: The IGP, in a letter with reference number CR:3000/IGP.SEC/STF/FHQ/ABJ/ VOL 2/309, calls Lawan’s attention to an interview he granted a national newspaper on April 28,2012 and directed, “a discreet investigation into the matter.”
May 16: Letter reference CR:3000/IGP.SEC/STF/ FHQ/ABJ/VOL 2/319, signed by Amodu, the IGP requested money exhibit, names of witnesses and other material evidence from Lawan
Police Matter! Anything can happen, I no fit talk, I avoid them as much as possible!

May 31: Lawan explains in a letter to the Inspector General of Police that the matter (bribe offer) had been referred to the relevant committee of the House for legislative actions
Police Matter! Just like me and you, Farouk no like police, prefers in-house settlement with birds of the same feather/father!

June 4: IGP, in a letter to the Speaker of the House, Honourable Aminu Tambuwal, states that a detailed criminal investigation had beenordered into the matter.
Yawa don gass, fowl ny.ash don open, ebelebe don gbuo, kasala don burst: Solution, Confuse the masses

It is that confusion my not so common sense has decided to ignore...but like I said it will die the natural death unless we find a way of sending Farouk, Otedola and Emenalo on a vacation to UK.

If you kill one 'Northern Muslim Infidel' what will Amadioha reward you with when you die? It is definitely not in our nature.
