Can you imagine the Nigerian Navy do not read/ understand the constitution about the use of camouflage by civilians. According to the constitution, it is illegal to wear the camouflage if you are not a military personnel but there are 2 exceptions that one can wear the camouflage and it's considered legal. 1. If permitted by the president or governor of a state. 2. It can be worn when a civilian is conducting a staged play or for a bona fide public entertainment purpose. It is written in black and white and not implied in the constitution. A good lawyer should take up the challenge of filing legal proceedings against the Nigerian Navy for human rights violation. It's very fake, I want you to carefully observe the orientation of the blank paper going in and the real money coming out, it's not aligned. This is an old scam where the operator or scammer tells you they will need money to buy that chemicals that makes the money. One of the circular spool has real money already arranged inside and the other has a slit were the blank paper goes inside. So when the spools are rotated it gives you the illusion that blank paper goes in and money comes out. Think about it for a minute, let's assume it's real, the diameter of the spool cannot impress an impression on that length of paper without appearing twice. 8 Likes |
