Politics / Re: Mohammed Monguno Sponsors Bill To Compel FG To Regulate Food Prices, Others by Philipmems(m): 4:18pm On Oct 02, 2021
Confused buffoons, best decision I made in 2015 was to leave an OK job that was paying me 250k monthly as an IT supervisor for a multinational company to travel to the US. I can't imagine how life would be had I not taken that leap of faith/risk. How would I be able to give my lovely mother $1000 every month, drive a brand new car fully paid, take care of my siblings, own businesses, be a blessing to others, have my personal house and another for airbnb/lease, live life to the fullest.
God I thank you for wisdom, even me had doubt when I made this tough decision yet you showed me undefined favor.

I don't subscribe to violence in a battle of words but when you are pretending that your house is not on fire when we see the thick dark smoke engulfing the structure I can understand temper been flared.

Don't do it, gave someone $5000 for almost 4 years now not a cent. Although it's nothing compared to what I earn monthly, it's just the principle and the betrayal that hurts.

Na we they claim say na only civilian soldier they get power

It's not suppose to be the job of a soldier to address or settle criminal matters like this but clearly the executive branch chose to be ignorant of were ones power ends and the other branches begins.

Teach a man how to fish and you have fed him for the rest of his life.
Instead of disbursing cash to people why not invest in training youths in modern Agricultural procedures, create farming cooperatives equip with modern farming machineries, establishing farms for them using available government lands in a lease agreement, appoint supervisors to mentor and monitor progress and a portion of the profits from the yield should be reinvested in another batch of youths.

Who swear for this una country? The level of stupidity of your leaders is baffling.

Car Talk / Re: Man Cries Out As Cow Destroys His New Car While The Fulani Herdsmen Look On. by Philipmems(m): 1:48pm On Jul 20, 2021
What a country, all noise no substance. Your education in the south is a waste of your time. Your leaders have failed you all, and the beauty about it all is that you will still vote for them. No one of the so called leaders or traditional ruler is saying anything about the killings and destruction of properties by these herdsmen, tomorrow they will come out and start sharing rice for you hungry people and you will vote for them. You all deserve your leaders.
The forest kept decreasing yet the trees continue to vote for the axe, they thought it was one of them because the handle was made of wood.

It's amazing how some people are angry at the display of wealth and power exhibited during the burial ceremony, I would be too if I were you but unfortunately I am not. Eat and enjoy your wealth while you are alive. You are not taking your money and affluence anywhere after death. Take good care of your immediate family, parents, siblings and loved ones that's all you owe yourself and the world.

Southern Nigerians are easily the most stupid set of people in the world, brainless set of people who are content shamelessly bending over for the less educated North to keep pounding them in the arse with no lubes. It appears the only intelligent Southerners left in Nigeria are the ones mostly in the diaspora, at least those ones have some sense of pride in them... the ones in Nigeria are just irredeemably useless and perennially condemned to servitude. You'll see useless Niger Deltans ranting "our oyel, our oyel" yet Aboki dey use una oyel dey flex for Abuja and Dubai right in your face while daring you to do your worse, see how children of Northern politicians who own oil wells flaunt their wealth all over Twitter and tiktok while the average Niger Deltan still lives in the environmentally polluted and poverty-stricken creeks shouting "our oyel, our oyel"

Abeg hate the North or love them, but you've got to give it to them, those desert-dwelling sons of biTches are the masters of the South, they learned the good old classic art of "Divide and conquer" from their British protegies who taught them how to play the game.

Well said.

Regardless, he’s still the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. And As long as there’s still diplomatic ties between the two countries, they can NEVER deny him landing rights.
Try to read more.

You just confirmed my suspicion, Ignoramus. "They can NEVER" are you just spewing rubbish or you are not well educated enough to understand that irrespective of diplomatic ties the sovereign of a country will not be compromised just because of "diplomatic ties".

See ignorance on display.
So UK will deny the President of another country a visits and the country won’t send the ambassador packing immediately?
Our education system is a failure.

You are sadly the ignorant one, what does the UK have to gain from Nigeria? They can deny anyone from coming into their country directly or indirectly, if the UK love your country so much why have they not intervened in the boko haram crisis, why did they condemn the FG on the Twitter issue, do you think sending the ambassador out of Nigeria will make the UK have sleepless night. You as a Nigerian might be thinking too highly of yourself unfortunately.

My suspicion is that the UK denied him entrance, one thing you must realize is that most countries has their eyes on Nigeria and things happening within (especially because of the twitter issue). Do you think the UK wants to deal with protesters against one African leader on their soil, when they have more important things to deal with. The only option bubu have is to import his personal doctor to treat him in naija or he can go to Turkey.
