glory2glory:No sane 21st century compliant human being supports a Wike against an Amaechi. Wike is a hundred times everything they are accusing Amaechi of today. Even if he was the one in place of Amaechi he could have sent assassins in chase of the president or the wife whenever they visited RS. Do you think Amaechi had no capacity with all the money in his possession to buy his own set of ex militants who would have joined in unleashing mayhem in RS thereby causing serious unrest all the while Wike and the gang has been running roughshod? But what goes around comes around, he who sows the whirlwind do not expect the wind in return. Amaechi is bearing the repercussions of all his actions today good or bad, Wike and co should be ready for theirs as it will surely come. I am 100% sure they will look back to the past and bite their fingers. |
glory2glory:Many are not really Wike's supporters, they are just anti-Amaechi. Just bookmark this page, most will cry back in less than a year if he survives the courts. Did you see how he was addressing respected men of the bar today? |
vislabraye:Even the so called Rivers men shouting Amaechi here and there on this forum know Wike is capable of orchestrating that vandalization just to deepen the hatred for Amaechi among the people. But these end only with touts and hungry people in Rivers state. Responsible Rivers indigenes know Wike for who he is, they will never trust him. |
Kentrasso:Most of our high end celebrities in Nigeria wear replicas as in bags, shoes and several accessories. Only Linda I suspect go for the real deal. |
OrlandoOwoh:In short I just feel pity for the young boy. A task PDP spent millions of Naira on AIT and NTA, Fayose spent Ekiti millions, CAN/Oritsejafor collected billions for, the frustrated old man Femi Aribisala spent several sleepless nights to pen poems, yet all fell on rocky grounds and the man is sitting on a seat 13m+ Nigerians chased GEJ from. That is the job these little minions on Nairaland want to fruitlessly waste their little data on for 4 years. Must be really hard on them. |
Firefire:Now you comment on this. Go into the site to see several replicas of expensive watches.
|
ddippset:You mind these pained clowns? Speaker of Rivers state house of assembly for 8 years, governor for another 8 years and some kids who can't afford common tissue paper to clean their anus after defecating are ranting on Nairaland about him. It will take Wike another life time to be an Amaechi and he knows that. |
dre11:No vex, you have the Maggi and tomato cum onions sauce now. |
The youth wing of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the Ohanaeze Youth Council, on Monday said it has compiled the names of “all corrupt politicians and looters of public treasury” in the South-East for onward transmission to President Muhammadu Buhari.Welcome development. Hope the Nairaland Ohaneze youths follow suit and quit supporting corrupt politicians based on their tribe. http://www.punchng.com/news/ohanaeze-youths-vow-to-expose-corrupt-politicians-treasury-looters/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |
Rivers touts will continue to complain here for the next 4 years meanwhile almost every politician in Bayelsa state where the ex president comes from has defected and more are still defecting to the APC. Okrika women are really strong! |
What goes around comes around. You supported 7 to impeach a speaker supported by 19 and come back to shout democracy? And in their own democracy the president has the power to dictate what happens in a state assembly I guess. I expect them to be calling on the usual IG and the military they earlier used to stop the lawmakers. |
Bayswater:You guys have a very long long night. I don't envy you! |
sss2015:If you get a job that can pay you my monthly tax as salary I think your community will organize a thanksgiving for you like the whole Bayelsa just did for their illustrious son. |
barcanista:You are trying too hard and being too fast in casting aspersions on this man's integrity. This is the same man you severally spoke for his incorruptibility. I will also be personally disappointed if the assets are not eventually made public but I will be stupid to start from now. |
kodded:You should know I did not manufacture this gist. And I don't think neither Seun nor the mods are investigative journalists. This is a very sensitive matter. Be rest assured I am not a party to bringing any story here just to gain traffic to a thread. I posted it because of the source that tweeted it. It is subject to official investigation and not Nairaland's. Me and you cannot tell the veracity of the claim. Is it impossible BUA owned it and sold it to someone else? So leave it, it will die a natural death if the ownership is not as alleged. Be rest assured I will do same if I find any similar publication against the Buhari family. The battle to free Nigeria from the shackles of these corrupt establishment is not personal to any family. |
abiambo:You didn't get my flow. |
abiambo:Maybe untimely death no allow. |
chuna1985:Behaving itself does not include not probing corrupt people especially because of the empty treasury left behind by the outgoing government. They will not even take that blackmail from BH that have slaughtered thousands of people. |
richidinho:Why the aggression, are you Patience Jonathan or one of the sons? Or is it news politicians own hordes of estates in Abuja and all around the country? |
chuna1985:You guys should stop elevating these people to demon status. It's not as easy as you think. The government itself changes their strategies with the situation on ground. You speak of OBJ as if you have forgotten Odi and Okrenkoko in a hurry. As at the time these militants were holding the government to ransom there were enough reasons for them to do it and the government hadn't really done enough to resolve the issues. So you think the government will fold their hands and watch militants to hold them to ransom for things as statutory as fighting corruption in governance? Hell no. |
richidinho:BUA are into property development among other many business interests according to the information on their website. If Julius Berger develops an estate does it belong to them? Definitely you will see the consultants and builders signposts in the premises of every site they are developing. Doesn't mean they own the property. As someone said above, Sowore posted this video and it's only time and the relevant authorities that will prove such allegations. She is also alleged to own the hotel in Yenogoa and another estate in her home town. All these are subject to investigations to prove their veracity. |
chuna1985:You have failed to realize the government of then and the level of insecurity is not the same today. This government will do everything to avoid militancy including trying to fix whatever problems the ND have. What it will not take is this same militants that have been so pampered trying to hold it to ransom. Here we are talking about corruption if proven to be true and some militants wants to stop the government of the day from performing their constitutional duties, I bet you it will be very hot for them. |
anigold:What is this one saying? Dem take bad leaders curse you that you just on permanent defence mode? Where is the insult on her in the post? Am a bona fide citizen of Nigeria who pays so much tax that you can never imagine. The least I can do since I cannot carry guns to fight them is to ask questions. |
ZACHIE:Buhari has got a very big job cut out for him. To stop intending thieves in his government and APC and to go after the criminals of this past government. I don't envy him. |
I am 100% sure they will make them public. Though Kayode is being overtly too forward in the issue since there is still ample time, Garba Shehu shouldn't have been in a hurry to announce it when it's not time yet to make it public. The CCB have to play their role before they go public with it. I maintain like I said in another thread, anything short of making it public in the long run will draw a lot of hullabaloo and they will have themselves to blame for it. |
Dollyak:Funniest thing is if you get to meet these kinds of people in person they are the ones most affected by the acts of these corrupt leaders. |
Norada:Will be like a movie in your eyes. You will know no tribe owns Nigeria and none whatsoever can hold everyone to ransom. Not some weakly armed militants. As it is it looks like Jonathan will be the one to be paying prison visits to the wife. |

captainBIAFRA:And you have to write that in capital letters? And to think you are still defending the same people that kept you this daft. |
chukwudi44:When are you going to quit this role for the younger TANoid recruits on this forum? You are beginning to sound like a big time Agbaya. |
All these explanations because somebody never gave a damn and Nigerians reacted? For your information Muhammadu Buhari don't owe anyone any explanation in fixing a country you all assisted in battering for 16years! When you recklessly bash your car due to excessive alcohol you must give the technician enough time to fix it in a way he knows best. Shikena! After all one of the SPOILT CHILDREN is already in Otuoke gallivanting from podium to podium beaming with smiles and loots. |
