Two bedroom would be more pocket friendly since you'll be using lesser materials compare to when building a Three bedroom. Major drawback would be the inadequate rooms to serve your family in time to come.

I would rather you go with at least a three bedroom. You may be handling the finishes one room at a time.

Well said my brother but have you ever wondered where you'll spend your eternity? Even if the world refuses to "end" as you'd stated but do you know that there would definitely be an end to every living creatures?

God indeed created every every other things without consulting any spirit or being but when it got to the creation of man(Genesis 1vs 26),God called on some other beings to bear him withness in the creation of mankind.
Man is not just like the birds in the sky or like fishes in the deep(all these were created without consultation) so when these creation dies then that is their end but MAN is specially crafted with other beings bearing witness to MAN's creations therefore MAN was given a soul which at the end this soul returns back to the owner which is God the creator.

What would it cost MAN to dedicate that same soul to the one who gave it to you? Believing in Jesus Christ will help us regain our lost soul and even if the world doesn't end but we will be assured of a beautiful home even we will eventually close our eyes in death. Cheers!

I have a 37 year old aunt without a husband but with 2 kids.
Her marriage of 10 years just crashed. Her husband left the country 7 years ago with the promise to come back for her but never did.
According to my mum, he used to send her upkeep for the children. The man however stopped late last year and she's been the fending for the kids which later crashed her business.
Now she was told 2 weeks ago her husband got married to another woman last year and wants a divorce.

The main problem is she has no money whatsoever with 2 kids. My mum has decided to help her with some money to start something. The question now is what kind of business can she do to sustain herself and her kids.

Already, she's making arrangements to move to a self-contained apartment and even at that, she would have nowhere to go if she cannot raise money to pay her rent.

Please any suggestion of a business that can bring something in is needed.... and it's urgent please.

You are wrong when you mentioned "juju" been the reason why an area hasn't been developed. Ania state as a whole has been at the forefront of backwardness ever since inception and this is the reason I don't feel anything bad the moment I heard about OUK been sent to 12years in prison.
The reason Abia has not developed is that nobody has ever try developing her. It is actually a failed state and until someone manages to come up with a developmental plans and actions then Ania state would remain what it is.
