The fact is that we are not one and we will never be. The northerners are just our problem and as soon as we free ourselves from them then the southerners will never experience peace.
Someone that can't feed three individuals conveniently would just decide to marry four wives and give birth to 20 children all in the name of religion.
Everybody should learn to carry their cross please. They have always been the one ruling Nigeria since independence but they've failed to develop their poverty stricken zone all they know is how to rush to the south to continue constituting nuisance.

There's this guy I met in school and there has been this connection between us. We have gradually become friends. I find myself staring at him most of the time and when he tries to catch me, I hide my face. I have also observed that he stares at me a lot too and smiles and then says hey to me.

We had a small talk in school too. I didn't know he stayed in campus too so one night when I was going out to read, I saw him, like I couldn't believe it because I thought I was not going to see him again after they declared the two weeks strike, till it was called off. So I was really shocked and happy when I saw him. Then he hugged me and I hugged him too and held him tight.

So he then asked if this was my room and I told him yes. He told me he just escorted his friend that just finished cooking for him. I felt bad hearing that because I felt they had something more. So he then asked me which church I'd be attending the following day, I told him and he said okay and told me good night. He didnt even ask for my phone number. I wonder why he didnt.

The other day he just saw me and didn't talk to me and i felt bad for that. So after that day I saw him and he was just busy staring at me and smiling and I wasn't really in the mood for that but I still stared back. He then told me hey and passed. He was with his friend and I greeted him too and passed.

So the last day I saw him, I was coming back from church and was hoping I'd see him again one last time before I travelled. Lo and behold, I saw him coming towards me with some of his friends. He then hugged me and we had a small chat. I was still hoping that he'd collect my number, still he didnt..

I dont know if he wants to have something with me or not since he's yet to ask for my number..

Please guys I need your thought on this cuz I really want to go into a relationship with him..
I want to know if he likes me or bidding his time or just playing around.

Back to your question, I'll agree that 30milion will give you a floor office space given the condition that your land is normal(in some areas your 30million won't even be enough for filling alone ).

I really feel both of you need counseling. You didn't say anything about your job or her own job. I would have advised that you relocate to another state entirely while your wife and the children remains in your current state. By you relocating, there would be a gap between both of you therefore you won't get to see your wife's mistake often.
Everytime you visit home you'll definitely earn your respect.

I am in a dilemma worsened by this covid19.

I am a graduate male of 29 residing in the East. I still squat with a friend, not because I don't have money for house rent. But principally because I have been unable to figure out what I want to do with my life, hence renting a house feels like a commitment that might get me stuck.

I always feel I might move anytime soon-- to either another state or abroad for masters or just practice of my profession. Note that I didn't study a STEM course.

All these while squatting, I have been saving via my proceeds from hustles.

In the wake of this COVID19, I checked all my banks and found out that money I have in my account has lost so much value given the dollar rate.

I have 11.4 million, inclusive of my working capital, plus a rickety car valued at 350k. Each time, I need just 3-5m as working capital.

It seems that trying to save more is false economy and might be counter productive.

NOW, I AM CONSIDERING buying a plot of land and erecting a small house even if it's 3 rooms. This, I think will serve as investment that will keep appreciating and also serve as residence.

Or just open a domiciliary account to hedge against naira fall and continue saving.

Buy land in a very nice area, if you can get 2plots that are together then buy it. After the land purchase erect your fence so as to secure your perimeter.

After you might have gone through these, you'll definitely find a big hole in your capital so just continue with your hustle and safe more money.
