Wow! How please? Will I reset d device or take it to an expert for flashing?

The solution to the problem isn't factory resetting the phone. You need to flash the phone with the stock firmware {rom} thats available for it. You can do this yourself {that's if youve done it before now}. All you need is:
*A laptop with window Os {7, 8, 8.1 and 10 works}
*Sp Flashtool {can be downloaded}
*MTK Vcom drivers
*Downloaded rom {stock rom for your phone}. It's about 1.5GB - 2.0GB in size. Google search this
*Phone to be flashed should have a functional usb port
*Patience

However, i'd advise you to give it to a professional If you have not done it before or if you find it difficult {or scary} following some online guides. There are guides online that can guide you through...

I bought my Infinix hot 4 Pro new. The infinix phone started hanging suddenly few days ago and the 3 navigation button on the screen stopped working too, I can't click on OK cos it won't work. I couldn't go to slot to fix it so I gave it to an engineer to fix and he changed d touchpad. After changing the touch pad, phone doesn't reboot anymore, system UI keeps stopping and phone still hangs. I love the phone so much cos it has never given me any issue since I bought it In 2016 and the ba3 is cool too. I prefer the phone to my Samsung phone sef. What could be d problem please?

Flash the stock rom and thank me later

I have an Infinix Hot S (x521) for sale @ 13k

Problem; The phone is 2g only. After giving the phone to an engineer to fix the charging port, I discovered that 3g/4g no longer works as it displays no service but when set to 2g there is service. According to the engineer, all he did was change the subboard.

Price is slightly negotiable

thanks. what about note 4 compared to note 5? I'm a heavy phone user and in love with app and games

Both phones are nice phones. Both suitable for heavy users and mild gaming but I'd recommend note 5 over note 4.

Flame4chi:
good day tech gurus in the house. please I'm having challenge choosing between infinix note 4 pro and hot 5. I actually picked interest in both phones because of battery capacity. both on a 4500mAh. and again which is better between infinix and tecno? I don't really have a model in tecno phones. thanks

With respect to your second question about which is better between Infinix and Tecno, if I were you, I wouldn't compare both because one is like the copy of the other but in different case build and design as well as pricing (for selected models) . In fact they are both being produced by the same manufacturer. In terms of durability, both are durable, nice battery life for both but techno is slightly more expensive in terms of specifications to price. Imagine a 1gb ram techno phone in 2018 sold @ about 25k to 30k (thanks to techno for spoiling some nice phones with 1gb of ram. They're cursed with those. )

Infinix on the other hand is what I call 'true value for money'. I you can't go wrong with these.

So which one and which model should you go for? Your call!

Tip: Consider your budget
Consider needed specification. (Trust me, shelling out extra bucks for a phone because of a feature you probably might never use isn't wisdom).

Infinix Note 4 pro and infinix hot 5 are not in the same category. Infinix note 4 pro is far better and more expensive than infinix hot 5. If cash isn't a factor then you should definitely go for the note 4 pro
