There is nothing u can do than to keep praying and be patient. However if ur app has passed the normal processing time u can open a case specific inquiry.

Hello, sometimes u need to read through the thread to get answers, as some have been answered before. That being said, yes he can serve as ur sponsor u just need to give a good reason why he wants to sponsors you and also show the relationship btw u guys.

Kindly share ur profile, what did u apply for, either undegrad or postgrad and also what was the reason stated for the denial, only then can The thread assist you on how to tackle it. Also u should consider applying for ur gscm file.

Guess cic just don't want pgd/pgc applicant or the quota is filled up. After 16weeks app got delayed, exactly same reason as grandcommander. Still grateful to God anyways!!

Yes, i gained admission in University of Ottawa.

Since i submitted in July (please not June, Made a mistake)and it takes 10-14 weeks, i am wondering if i should defer my admission(till January) because school resumes September. i don't know if to wait till my TRV approval or should i defer my admission to January to avoid late admission.

Do not defer, if ur application gets to the stage of approval cic will ask for a new admission letter for the new session, then u can mail ur school.

Go to the schools website and check for the requirement for that course, No one can help you with that. Then u can come back and ask questions if u have any, also make Google ur best friends. With ur grade u stand a good chance.

Go to CIC website, u will see My application click on it, then check for link paper application to online. You will have to create a user name and password using the gc key. After that you will be required to fill in the details of your application, make sure u fill the exact details you used to apply. It's that simple.

It depends on what is stated on ur admission letter. Some skools require part payment of tuition while some don't. Payment is not a guarantee for your visa, so confirm from ur admission letter or skool the requirement.

Get a bus to oshodi, then from Oshodi ask around for buses going to lekki/Ajah. If it's vfs office tell them ur stopping at 3rd roundabout otherwise tell them lekki Phase 1.

just tot to correct something...Police report isnt compulsory for paper route.....infact nothing is compulsory...i submitted my application via paper route, and i didnt include police report,SOA,bank letter were photocopies..and the lady at the pre-submission desk told me evrything was in order after checking....the only thing she asked me to go correct was my family form that i filled with ink instead of filling online and printing out....

U really should be mindful the kind of information u pass across here, yes nothing may be compulsory but there are requirement for every application. Go to CIC website to confirm things before making assumptions.

On no account should u submit without fulfilling the terms of ur admission which is payment of 1st term fees b4 June 10th. Failure to do that may result to forfeiting ur admission and also a delay by the Embassy.

Since dey only collect photocopies of all documents now (except bank statement and LOA) u are supposed to notarise the photocopies u are submitting( not compulsory thou ). Police report is compulsory for paper route now.

You should endeavour to read through the thread as there is a wealth of information u can get. Am not in anyway trying to make u feel bad but I feel this question won't have been necessary if u did.
That said u don't need to book an appointment, all u need is to find your way to VfS office at Lekki (3rd roundabout) with your documents, and application fee (roughly 40k). I will suggest u go to CIC website to get the required documents u should submit. Hope this helps.

In most cases u should get an approval mail, but most times a delay comes without any approval mail just dispatch mail.

Normally u will get dispatch mail but if u don't u can go on Friday or preferably Monday to pick up your passport.

Why didn't u go for an Msc instead? plus I will suggest u request for ur gcms file before reapplying so you know exactly what the VO thought. It's better you get it right the next time u reapply than rushing to without any significant changes in your application.

All u can do is to track ur application, ur tracking Number should be on that receipt u collected after u submitted. You may not be able to get all d details you need.

U don't need to sign for the online route. You only validate.

Tuition fee should be for the 2years but if it's available funds you can input for one year.

yes u can, pple have used a copy of telex gotten from banks to apply before. If the embassy has any doubt they would confirm from your school.

Guys, its N8,500 to do Police Clearance Certificate and not the N5,000 that has been communicated here. I did it at Alagbon Close, Ikoyi today.

There is no specific price for the police report, it all depends on ur bargaining skills, some did there's for 4k, others 5k. I personally did mine for 3k5.
