Mindfulness:I didn’t originally have a problem with IRR but now I do. This is because I feel most blacks enter it from a place of inferiority. In America most of the black male athletes and entertainers marry down (e.g Tiger Woods marrying his babysitter ... other examples abound). Even a lot of black women marry down. I doubt that Ami would pass up a Nigerian Doctor for another Nigerian that is a recovering alcoholic and convicted felon. Yet she married Justin. In the past few years we have seen all the video recordings of killing of innocent unarmed black men. The white perps are mostly, either not charged or are acquitted by a majority white jury. Most of these people (married Interracially) are the first to discount any racist incidents against their people. When asked about the killings they either “hem and haw” or they throw “All Lives Matter” in your face. Charles Barkley as well as an uncountable number of others. Its almost like the get married and become white supremacist apologists/attack dogs saying what their spouses feel but are not able to say in Public. It is my belief that racism in America is almost as strong as it was in the 1960’s. It is impossible to legislate the minds of people. So all the Civil Rights Movement achieved was to make people be more covert with racism. However, it is very much alive and well. One of the ways in which racism adapted and morphed was to further entrench itself in the legislative, judicial and executive arm of government while denying its very own existence. It is such that when one speaks of institutional racism, one runs the risk of being accused of reverse racism. When one talks about Black Lives Matter (in response to the killing of innocent and unarmed blacks) one is met with All Lives Matter or Blue Lives Matter. When Kapernick knelt, he was harassed and told that the kneeling was dishonoring the flag. There is a concerted effort to deflect, shift the goal post, discourage black people from fighting the oppression that they are under and just accept their lot. During the Trumps campaign and when all the videos of the killing of unarmed black people started surfacing, there was a video of a black girl who was dating a white man. The white man went on a racist rant against all black people and even ended up calling his girlfriend the “N” word. The girlfriend posted the video to Facebook. Did you see that video? Well Christelyn Karazin (the foremost proponent of swirling on YouTube) teaches her followers how to date white people, while avoiding topics that may set them off on a racist rant. I find that most black people tiptoe around racial issues for fear of upsetting their white partners who still have racist views. In a loving relationship one should be able to watch TV and freely call out racist happenings (e.g the shooting of Philando Castille) as they see it. If a person feels the need to be ambivalent for fear of upsetting their partner, then I would say they are in an emotionally abusive relationship. It is my belief that most white people of today are still very racist. Their unfounded hatred of Obama was what made them vote in doofus Donald Trump. 55% of white women voted for Donald Trump evnthough he is anti women. Those women ignored his anti women stance and voted WHITE FIRST, because Trump promised to make (White) America Great Again. Now if people have just become more covertly racist, you don’t fight or overcome racism by marrying those people in droves. You cannot sex away racism. The way to minimize or eradicate racism is by practicing Group Economics (buying black, strengthening the black family, building black wealth, keeping black wealth in the black community). All other minority groups do it except blacks. A lot of the rich black people in America (e.g. Entertainers) marry white, their biracial children marrying white and beget white children, with the wealth being permanently transferred out of the black community. Look at Diana Ross’s family, Donna Summer, Eartha Kitt and even the whole of the Jackson family. Achieving economic parity (or a semblance of it) is what would deal a blow to racism not sex and IRR. Then when we achieve economic parity, blacks would be more likely to enter any relationships they want on an equal foot as opposed to a place of self hate. All minorities (Jews, Arabs, Mexicans etc) work as a collective to propel themselves forward. Blacks are encouraged to live a “lala” land which says that racism doesn’t exist. They fail to recognize the covert racism that is hiding in plain sight. They are taught to diversify everything even when the dominant society (whites) haven’t truly diversified anything (e.g Hollywood). A lot of blacks foolishly follow along. How can a people diversify, when they haven’t even put their house in order? IRR are currently not in black peoples interest. Yes I am against IRR. Charges of reverse racism (just like the dominant society’s attempts to deflect from or deny the existence of racism) are all attempts to bully and silence the victims of said racism. I will forever speak up in spite of all this. I do not want my people playing Checkers, while everyone else is playing Chess. We must get hip to the game and we must be in the game to win it. cc: Pocohantas, Aribs, HypocriteNazi, Khiaa |
pocohantas:I have lived most of my life in the U.S., the rest having been in Nigeria. I didn’t have a problem with interracial dating when I came to America. While I have never dated interracially, I would be one of those that would go “awww” and think that their love has conquered all. However, having since had the chance to view a lot of interracial relationships up close, I have come to discover that a lot of them are based on self hate (from the black persons perspective). Let me give you an example. There was this Nigerian girl that I met. She was getting married to a white guy in Florida. She invited me to the wedding and I gladly accepted. She didn’t seem to have a lot of friends and so she asked me to be part of her bridal train. I went about 5 days before the wedding and stayed with her and her fiancé. All these girl would do was make stereotypical statements against blacks and other minorities. Like one day we were out driving and we saw 2 black women that had returned from work. They were standing outside exchanging pleasantries before they entered their respective homes. Anyway, the Nigerian girl said that these black people are always loitering about, are criminals etc etc. Her fiancé was the one driving. I quickly corrected her. The girl made uncountable statements like that while I was with them, while deifying white people. Her fiancé would never correct her, he seemed to enjoy it. It was almost like she said things that he wanted to say, but couldn’t. I am a keen observer of people and a lot of IRR I have observed follow the above formula. That is why I am no longer a supporter of IRR. P.S. Ami saying she is Nigerian and not Black American, as well as her implying that Black Americans don’t have culture is following the same formula. She is justifying Justin’s discriminatory statements against Black people (of which she is a part) by trying to create a distinction between herself and black people. But I don’t believe Ami likes her culture and people as much as she would like to have us think. Otherwise she would not chose an alcoholic and convicted felon over the Nigerian Doctor that her Mom tried to introduce her to. She is just using her “culture” to hide her real self hate |
Bidobado:Now this statement is a complete fallacy. You are generalizing Nigerian women on this thread just the same way you made very disparaging general statements about African American women. Why even bring African Americans into this. Learn to qualify your statements. Using “some” will not kill you. If you continue to try to make this a gender battle, know that YOU ARE A PART OF THE PROBLEM, NOT THE SOLUTION. Stop being emotional. BlackAdam55: I saw you deleted post about All Nigerian women being whores. Good thing you deleted that. If you are going to make such posts please do not quote me on other threads were you deem my posts to be supportive of Nigerian men. I am not and will never be in favor of gender warriors. |
LivingFree:No he is not. Google his name to see if you find any comedy skits. He was a convicted felon and an alcoholic and unemployed when Ami met him. Their source of income is the YouTube channel. |
khiaa:Dynast has been hating on Africans for weeks now, not just Nigerians. 1st time I noticed was when he made a video about Liberia and the Americo Liberians. He had so much vitriol and made sure he spread it across all of Africa. I was abit taken aback because previous videos I had seen was of him visiting different countries in Africa, being welcomed with open arms by the locals so much so that they would house and feed him for the duration of his stay. He would state that the purpose of his channel was to unite AA and Africans. So to see him spewing so much bile about happenings in Liberia 1979 and 1980 was astounding. Since then he has been on an Africa bashing spree. How can a person do such an about face? Is he emotionally unstable? Is he doing it for cash (causing disharmony between AA’s for clicks and views?). This would be my pick. A person who lacks integrity and would do anything for money, like all of the propagators of the gender war on YouTube. Dynast has betrayed the people that saw him as one of their own and took him into their home. If all it takes is 1 Ami McClure to get him bashing a continent of 1 billion, then I would say they were trusting of the wrong person. |
QueenSuccubus:And where did anyone say he insulted her personally? People have been on her because her husband made tweets that black people deemed racist. And the fact that those tweets were made before he met her is irrelevant as well. A quick apology for having caused offense (in the past) would have ended everything. In fact saying that he has grown and changed since then and that’s why he eventually began dating and eventually married a black woman, would have put a definitive end to the conversation. But Justin did not apologize. He made excuses and his wife jumped in to make excuses on his behalf as well. You know the funny thing? People that inadvertently cause offense will quickly apologize, but a person that knowingly caused offense will be the first to attempt to argue you into the ground, while trying to prove that what they said isn’t offensive. And Queen Succubus, you are a Philipino, right? No matter how close you think you are to blacks, you can never and will never have the full black experience. It is a tad insensitive to try to dictate to black people, what is racist to blacks. It’s almost like a Nigerian telling a Tibetan to shut up and stop complaining about Chinese domination. |
QueenSuccubus:His tweets were racist. Saying black people cannot pronounce words Implying black women are easy lays Saying Hispanics and others give their kids reasonable names while blacks people give their kids ghetto names (e.g. Allergies) is RACIST! The fact that he says all these negatives about blacks people without balancing it out with some “jokes” about white people or any other race, makes it RACIST! Most comedians if anything poke fun at themselves or their own race, so as to not cause offense. He focused all his negativity on black people. His trying to hide behind a “joke” is not going to cut it. Nobody responded to him and his hashtags because he was a nonetity. Nobody knew him back them and nobody has the time to respond to each and every tweet made by some obscure racist. When a person obtains some fame or noteriety, then yes that person will come under more public scrutiny. Even if he were not married to a black woman but became better known in the future, he would be questioned about his racist tweets. |
BlackAdam55:I am a woman. I believe in speaking the truth. On NL, we see both men and women putting whites people on pedestals. Some men on here proclaim that they want to marry Oyibo/foreign women and that Oyibo’s are better than Nigeria. Women. Now most of these men live in Nigeria and haven’t had any dating experience with foreign women. There are more foreign men in Nigeria than foreign women. I am not for interracial dating. Nigerians have to love, believe in and uphold themselves for us to get anywhere. Every one does it. If we fail to do same, we will remain perpetual losers. You can’t be playing checkers while everyone else is playing chess. So what I am basically saying is as you are speaking out against what this woman did here, I hope you speak out too if a Nigerian man does something similar. Because what I see sometimes on NL is a double standard where men engage in certain behavior but want to castigate women for engaging in same behavior. That, I can never ride with. Gender warfare and blame game never gets a people anywhere. |
kaydp:I know right. The brain drain, skills drain is too much. We need to do better. |
pocohantas:The distinction you made does not really make a difference. The question is: can a man be sexually attracted to a woman while holding racist views against that woman’s race. The answer is yes. You are well aware of the recorded spate of killing of unarmed black men? Well these has been happening since the beginning of this country. Black people have always complained. White people would deflect and say it’s all in their minds, white police officers would frame and tell lies against the dead victims and white jurors would always let the policemen off the hook. Well in this day and age when everyone’s phone has video capabilities, people are now recording everything. Yet I spite of the video evidence, the white jurors continue to acquit even in clear cut cases like that of Philando Castille. Most of these people in interracial relationships can never discuss any current race related topics with their spouse because like the white jurors, their white spouse would always take the side of white no matter how clear cut the evidence is. During Trumps campaign, there was a black girl on YouTube in an interracial relationship. Her white boyfriend went on a rant racially abusing all black people was very aggressive and physically threatening to the girlfriend and even ended up calling her the “N” word. Most interracial relationships follow this dynamic with the black partner tiptoeing around racial issues (or just plain pretending that racism does not exist) so as not to offend their white partner. What kind of marriage is that when you cannot watch TV with your spouse while freely commenting on current affairs? Most people in Interracial relationships are in an abusive relationship. They just put up a good facade. And since a lot of people want to believe the grass is greener on the other side/live in fantasy land, they believe the hype. That is why a lot of interracial youtubers have very high views. But in spite of them trying to portray a fantasy, a lot of them are developing cracks and showing their not so pretty underbelly. For example Judith’s Foreign Life (Nigerian girl from a well to do family went and married this broke ass loser white man who turned out to be bisexual and involved in the adult sex industry). Then there is Valencia’s life. Also Brittslife or some similar name. In her case, her husband cheated on her with a suspected tranny and the news was all over YouTube. All these youtubers had very high viewership because people are/were enthralled with all things interracial. Christelyn Karazin the premiere promoter of Interracial relationships on YouTube tries to teach female swirlers how to date white men without setting them off on a racist rant. My question is what kind of life/Love is that? That is not an equal partnership but an abusive relationship. The whites are mostly racist and when they have children from these unions, they continue to spew racist nonsense against black people while encouraging the children to identify more with their white side and eventually marry white. While the black partners are self hating try hards, who lack the ability to impart love of their black self/portion on their biracial children. Lose Lose situation if you ask me. Justin McClure’s statements were racist. And yes racist white men are sexually attracted to, sleep with and even marry black women, all while holding onto the racist ideas they were raised with. America was built on racism and it is closely interwoven into the fabric of the nation. All the civil rights movement achieved was to drive racism underground. It’s many proponents are alive, well and thriving and pass it on from generation to generation. They only difference is that they are more covert with it, which makes it even more dangerous because many people look but do not see what is “hidden in plain sight.” Racism is systemic, it’s in our judiciary, law enforcement arm, the prison industrial complex and the executive arm of government. Most importantly, it’s in the minds of many people. Unfortunately, one cannot legislate the mind. cc: aribs, HypocriteNazi |
HypocriteNazi:I agree 100% with you. But when one tries to open some of our people’s eyes, the push back is crazy. |
xtervaganza:With almost 1 million subscribers they could easily make $200,000 to $350,000 a year from YouTube. I watched a video where a person broke down how much all the big youtubers make. |
Mindfulness:Saying black women cannot pronounce or enunciate. Saying black women are easy lays Saying black people give their children trash names while Hispanics and other give their kids reasonable names. Generalizing black people as being ostentatious and having low IQ. Focusing all these negatives on blacks while not making similar “jokes” about any other race, is RACIST. RACIST not insensitive. He never apologized for his racist jokes but instead sought to minimize them. Ani had said in a video that she is not black (I.e. Black American) but Nigerian and that Nigerians have culture while implying that Black Americans do not. I find Ami’s reasoning to be hogwash. If Ami so loved her culture then why didn’t she marry within said culture? Instead she perennially chooses loser white men (1st husband was abusive and current husband is a convicted felon and a former alcoholic who was not gainfully employed when she met him). Word is that (in between husband’s her Mom introduced her to a Nigerian Doctor, but she preferred a white man on the unemployment line. Justin McClure hit paydirt when he married her because he is living high off the hog based on the YouTube earnings of the twins, who are not his biological daughters. I would say his marrying Ami was a strategic move which has paid off handsomely. In my opinion, Ami has self hate. But of course she is not going to admit that. Her husbands tweets were racist. Why didn’t she sit back, let him apologize and then everyone move on? He didn’t apologize, instead she started voltroning for him. That is probably why she threw in the tidbit of having hated white people before (to deflect by implying she had behaved more egregiously in the past and so black people should give Justin a pass). Now when you look at Ami’s antecedents, it’s more likely that she has never hated white people but instead has put them on a pedestal and worshipped them. cc: aribs, Pocohantas , HypocriteNazi |
DonGotti:Praise God. |
1Sharon:Okay. But his estrogen levels will always be lower than that of a natural woman, in the absence of estrogen shots. Is there a way he can bump that up permanently? Me thinks removing testis puts him in the twilight zone (neither here nor there) and permanently dependent on hormone shots. Anyway this topic “haf” tire me self. Very discombobulating something. |
JONNYSPUTE:Ndi ara! Ndi ara! Le le lekwa ha ![]() |
jabberjawz:I know right. Nonsense people |
CAPSLOCKED:See how you just devalue the thing |
sapeleboi:That is the way. Men need to value their essence more. And stop being general distributors. |
sehin79:Don’t mind the attention seekers. |
dingbang:Pidgin is not a language. Pidgin is harmful to the indigenous languages. It’s almost like English first, pidgin second while indigenous languages are a distant third. Pidgin is a bastardized something. Let’s restore our indigenous languages to their rightful place. Even if English is first for reasons we cannot help, then indigenous languages should be 2nd. |
Hanseel1:Well good for you. You do do not believe in paying bride price and so you did not pay bride price. Most Nigerian men would insist on their wives taking their last name submitting etc. Let those men continue paying bride price. Every household does not operate the same You do what works for you, they do what works for them. But at no point in time should there be an attempt to cherry pick only the changes that they deem beneificial to their gender. |
Hanseel1:Ahhh! No retort, I see. |
Hanseel1:If you want equal responsibility sublimity be sure to do 50 percent of the house chore, stay up all night to take care of your new born, take paternity leave so as to take care of your new born and where that is not available or the leave provided is insufficient quit your job. Also be prepared to move with your wife to a new state if she happens to get a higher paying job (over there) than you. Your wife should not be required to take your last name. The last names of any children you might have should be split between you and your wife etc |
Hanseel1:Men have responsibilities, women have responsibilities. Women are the bread winners in a lot of Nigerian families and they do that quietly because they do not want the man to feel emasculated. Traditionally men were to be the providers, women the child bearers, nurturers and keepers of the home. Currently, Women have carry a lot of financial responsibility without men taking up a corresponding amount of child rearing and family chores. The fact is a lot of men in Nigeria were spoilt in the youth and made to feel special just because of their gender. They were told that the world revolves around them. As some one mentioned in this thread, you will see situations where the little girl is sent on so many chores and errands while the little boy lounges around and these men carry it into adulthood and become a burden. Everybody know that it’s a mans world and men even throw this fact in women’s faces from time to time. However in spite of all the benefits society bestows, you still see men whining in a very unbecoming manner. Whining is unbecoming of a man. Now if being a man (with all its attendant benefits in Nigeria) is too much for some guys to handle, they can give up there cojones and let women take over. Don’t cry when we call the shots. P.S. India’s example was very apropos because it shows a system where the absence of bride price did not improve the plight of women. |
ImaIma1:In India it is the women that pay dowry to the men and we all know that the women are generally treated like scum. In fact the men sometimes kill the women when the deem that the women and her family haven’t paid enough dowry. Maybe Hanseel1 can explain that to us? Fact of the matter is, how a man treats a woman depends on indoctrination. A man that respects women is not all of a sudden going to treat her badly because he paid bride price. Likewise a man that has been taught that women are less than him and not worthy of consideration, is not going to treat his wife better just because he didn’t pay bride price. Case in point is the cases of poor people in Nigeria who move in together and start having kids without a marriage or bride price being paid. We know that a large number of those unions are rife with domestic violence and a whole host of other issues. Why is that Hanseel1? Some men just want to absolve themselves from all responsibility, they cry about every little thing that sane society requires of them and act as if it is the biggest imposition. These same group of men have been so coddled that they even refuse to take reaponsibility for their own bad acts and will do anything to absolve themselves from liability, including blaming the victim. We have many examples of them here on NL. cc: Cococandy, Ujujoan |

He has breast implants, butt implants, had ribs removed to create a smaller waist. Has had facial reconstruction to soften his chiseled (manly) jaw and cheekbones. Has an artificially created vagina, no womb. Will revert to manliness in all his glory once he comes off his estrogen shots and that is what you as a man (yes I know you are one of these libidinous male teens roaming Nairaland)want to compare to a WOMAN Chai! Chai! Chai! Uwa mmebi!! This world “haf” spoil finish. |
Take this “shim” off his estrogen shots for 1 month and see how “feminine” he’ll be looking 5 o’ clock shadow and all. For the rest of his life his body will always produce a preponderance of testosterone and he will continue to take estrogen shots, seeking to become what he can never become. Shiorrr!!! |

Ubenedictus:Most of the time, there is a thin veneer covering up people’s true and deep down feelings. This is because most people attempt to be politically correct at all times. However, during an episode of “5 minutes madness” is when you see a person character from way deep down in their being. Some overly religious people will never see this too. Because in their eyes, a man of the cloth can never do wrong. |
