I have known about Chi and Mmuo, but wasn’t familiar with agwu. We all have Chi within us, just like there is Chi-Ukwu/Chukwu (Big Chi/Supreme Chi) also know as Chineke (The Chi that creates/Supreme Creator).

Use coconut flour. It has virtually zero carb content and so will not raise the blood sugar. You would have to mix the coconut flour with a thickner such as psyllium husk, in order to get it to have the fufulike consistency.
