PossibleG:Please read in full before commenting. He told her they would not spend more than 3K. She agreed. They got there, he told her she would pay 1,500 and she would pay 1,500. She again agreed. They put their respective monies into the pot. She ordered 1,500 and he ordered 1,050. She asked him to use the remaining 450 to buy plantain and he refused. OP with this adversarial mindset you have, I don’t see any relationship you have going anywhere. BTW, I think this story is a figment of your imagination. |
seanwilliam:Nope! Not so simple. Simpletons never did the world any good. Read the genesis of the discussion between the two posters, understand it in its entirety so as not to ask bombastic questions. Let me break it down for you. There is a reason why there was a scramble for Africa. The U.K, France, Germany and all the so called wealthy Western European countries were part of that scramble. They benefited mightily and continue to benefit under the guise of neo colonialism. France is committing their atrocities in the Francophone countries (Topmaike) has highlighted that, the British in Nigeria, the German in Namibia. The whole discourse stated because your guy claimed Europe is rich and that if only they stopped giving aid, they would be able to subsidize their own citizens in this time of war. His assertion was challenged, by him being informed that Europe is actually the poorest continent in the world (barring stealing and other unscrupulous practices). This discussion is about how Europe has impoverished Africa. So do not make simplistic attempts to shift the goal post, by asking me what Germany has done in Nigeria. Germany has done and continues to do terrible things in Namibia. The U.K, France and majority of NATO members continue to mercilessly exploit Africa. So don’t come to me with harebrained questions. Follow the plot or move aside. AFRICA IS POOR THAT EUROPE MAY BE RICH. Repeat that to yourself 100 times, until the concept sinks in. For only when this is understood by most Africans, can Africans change their trajectory. |
Topmaike007:I am a woman. And yes to everything you said. So many of our people don’t know what is in ground - slavishly following behind people that’s killing them softly. AFRICA IS POOR THAT EUROPE MAY BE RICH. Europe impoverished Africa and continues to do so till date. They steal $10 B, give back $100K and then scream from the mountain tops (via media propaganda) of all the “aid” they are giving Africans. And people who sent their brain on permanent vacation, slurp up the propaganda hook, line and sinker. |
gambojimeta:Give up already. He has you trumped. Germany continues to steal diamonds from Namibia and that is just the tip of the iceberg. They steal from you, give you a pittance, you swallow their propaganda wholesale and are oh so grateful for their largesse to you. You accuse him of “black man thinking” not knowing that you speak from a place of ignorance and that ignorance is what has kept Africa where it is. Malaysia that you speak of, have moved away from your subservient and “evenly grateful” way of thinking. They come to the negotiating table with aggressiveness, knowing what they have to offer. The guy you are replying to is trying to engender that same mindset in African - no one is our friends, no one is doing us any favors and like he espoused, Africans must grow balls and throw off that yoke. Now what is your solution for Africa’s problems? Are you deep enough to realize the problem and work on reorienting your people?Or are you one of those that emptily shout “black man thinking” as if some how that makes you exempt or an African unicorn if you will. My fren no be by shouting unicorn oh, for we shall test your words and come to find out if you are just full of hot air. |
kenzysmith:You don’t need to burn them. Distribute them to children in the neighborhood. |
dipson4u08:It happened in 2006. So no, it wasn’t to avoid “more sanctions.” |
CaptainStephen:It happened in 2006. |
In January, after his son-in-law Uche Nwosu was arrested by security men, Mr Okorocha had accused Mr Uzodinma of being behind killings by unknown gunmen in the state.Wind has blown and revealed fowls Yansh. See the 2 Efuluefu’s accusing each other. They are both behind the Unknown gun men and most of the mayhem going on in the East, all the while blaming IPOB and ESN ... doing the bidding of their master, to the detriment of their constituents. They are the ENEMY WITHIN. But God pass them. They will both get their comeuppance. |
mmb:Not disputing what you are saying. Just adding more: Alaska and Hawaii are not part of the contiguous United States. Alaska us separated from the contiguous United States, by Canada. However, Canada, the United States and Mexico do make up the North American continent. |
miketayo:Exactly. Macron and France are the biggest hypocrites. They should stop leeching off Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal and all their former colonies in W. Africa. |
mfm04622:The SE does have access to the sea. Before Independence British ships used to come from the Atlantic Ocean and dock in Oguta and from there trade for Palmnuts with farmers from the interior. That made Oguta extremely rich because some Oguta people built warehouses and began to act as middlemen. That business died down when all the roads were constructed and the ports in present day Rivers State took preeminence. Oguta’s access to the Atlantic Ocean is via the same route as Onitsha. Then we have Obuaku in Abia State which even has closer access to the Atlantic Ocean. |
LegendHero:Don’t be obtuse. Obviously he means most of the other bridges are not tolled. You left the “bridges” in his post and highlighted “railroads.”. Next time, endeavor to compare apples to apples and not apples to oranges. |
jossydude:This your advise no make sense. Why give an apology (if they are right) and intend to not fly the Kano routes again. Then why ass kiss? Air Peace should just face front and keep doing its business. If the Emir’s PA or the people of Kano choose to be unreasonable, then let them. |
backbencher:So they wanted a plane that was taxiing down the runway to stop? What the Emir late? Please come and tell the full story because a lot of us don’t know. Some are suggesting that Air Peace’s flight was delayed - causing the brouhaha. Tell us what hat really happened |
He graduated from Cornell, that alone gives him the edge. Cornell is an Ivy League school. Kids, do not try this at home. |
lytech1:Why are all these toddlers in “school”. Shouldn’t they be in day care? The other day was a case of a child under 3 years old. They should be receiving child minder services, in their pampers - playing with toys. They should not have a uniform, but go to the day care in mufti. The fact that these babies are seen as “students” is somehow part of the problem. In a day care, a precocious child may learn their ABC’s, but is not required to. Also, parents cannot harass the child care provider as to why the child is not reciting its ABC’s as of yet, because it is understood that babies proceed at different rates. Heck, some two and half year olds cannot even talk - and no, they are not behind. So why all this rush in Nigeria? |
Injera:Ngige and Amaechi are not forgiven. If Onu played a part, then he is not forgiven as well. Kpom kwem. We the common (Igbo) people have suffered mightily at the hands of Buhari. And the thing is, we saw it from a million miles away. Why would Tinubu and his cohorts go on a betrayal laden and slanderous campaign against another Southerner (Goodluck Jonathan) calling him ogogoro drunkard and all kinds of unprintable names, just so as to hand power to an illiterate Buhari, with not even a WAEC certificate? Well, we all know why. |
Stanchem029:More dishonest permutations. |
Stanchem029:Oh, so you were right beside him during the application and interview process to know what he presented or did not present, Who would have “thunk” it? **Facepalm** Stop with your dishonest permutations. |
tutudesz:So why on earth would his first degree not be considered, if there isn’t something fishy going on - more especially as he graduated with such a high GPA? Also, illegally refusing to consider a persons qualifications, does not equal him joining with an SSCE. He joined as a bachelors degree holder, but was placed way below his appropriate rank - and the same nonsense continues till today. |
Stanchem029:He got his bachelors degree in 2010 and joined the force in 2012. Endeavor to read and comprehend, before responding. |
tutudesz:Mental evaluation for being in part a liar and a hypocrite. You first claimed that he joined the force as an SSCE holder, which is clearly a lie since he had his bachelors degree at the time of his recruitment (can you read ). Then when you were busted on that lie about academic qualification, you shifted the goal post to “promotion procedure.” Like was said above, Liars are liable to die early and go to hell. |
Lightorder:Exactly, APGA helped him to power and he betrayed them, by switching parties mid-term, due to his selfish ambition. The people of Imo State voted for an APGA candidate/governor. But Rochas didn’t care about what the people that elected him wanted. That they wanted to remain an APGA State mattered nothing to him. He was in power, felt untouchable and felt that he could treat Imo people any which way he wanted. He used Imo State money (just like Amaechi used Rivers money to campaign for APC) in the hopes that if Buhari won, he would give them juicy appointments. Cockrochas Okoroawusa, you are greedy and a betrayer. Carry your cross! |
kevwemike:She spoke Igbo in the video or is it that you don’t have data to watch? |
ImoleNaija:The man has a sonorous voice. |
Fremantle:That is what he is singing in the song. Praising God for using a good woman to beautify him. |
Akhee:Amen to that o! |
nightbuzzer:How are they giving back, when the phones are being purchased? Hopeless Uzodinjo is probably trying to create his version of BMC in Imo State. ”Nansense.” |
StarchAndBanga:She spent 1 traveling to the park and by the time you told her you were no longer interested, she spent another hour, wading back through traffic - Total 2 hrs. |
PrinceOfLagos:No it’s not. Let go of your pride and accept simple correction. |
PrinceOfLagos:It’s Obi not Obih. Stop adulterating his name ... so not cool. |
FernandezPablo:LMAO ![]() |

). Then when you were busted on that lie about academic qualification, you shifted the goal post to “promotion procedure.” Like was said above, Liars are liable to die early and go to hell.
