mekula: DJDOLA, may your soul rest in peace, Amen.
@ Seun Osewa I have a suggestion to make. Please, and please if you would be so kind to allow a small banner for TEHN's charity projects to be displayed on front page always, so that NLers would always be abreast with TEHN's projects. If a banner would be too much to ask, is it possible to write an algorithm to always have current TEHN's project threads displayed on the front page? This would help ensure speedy response to critical situations as some of us only visit the front page. Some people didn't even know about Hameed's case until his demise. Too many lives are lost in Nigeria needlessly. May God continue to bless you abundantly as you consider this suggestion or something better.
I thank all the NLers who assisted Hameed in one way or the other, contributions, prayer, time, support and all. God will reward you all even if you don't believe in him. He never turns his eyes away from good deeds.
I am moved to tears as I type this. This shows that despite all the bickering and fights, we are still one. God bless you Seun for this platform. Nairalanders are real fighters with great compassion.
Gboliwe, Chair cover, pickabeau, r231, jaybee, idowuogbo, e.t.c all the TEHN crew, thumbs up. Please PM me if there's need for any donations/assistance in future projects.
May God console his family at this time of need. Hammeed rest on brother! Rest on! Thanks for your kind words |

ZACHIE: TeHn should keep the money in an account as an Intervention Fund. Who knows who is next? You can't help the dead. bulletproofmonk: In my opinion, TEHN should evolve into a "Nairaland Foundation" for causes such as this. Seun, kindy look into this. The balance left from the contributions couldbe used as a Seed. Thanks for your suggestions This will be considered and all suggestions will be tendered to the Forum for ratification |

Kimoni: I am not also down with giving her all the physical cash at a go esp before the 40-day prayers, this can cause a lot of brouhaha and the whole thing can disappear in an instant.
I'll say the family should be given some form of financial assistance for the 40day prayers after which someone inhouse should sit with the mother to understand her next steps and help to establish her in whatever trade she wishes to engage in. This discussion would take place after the 40day day prayers though.
RIP DJ Thanks for this suggestion to hold on on any such issues |

As fathers, you set the standard for a lot of the relationships( and ideas) she has with(and about) males to a large extent, so you need to be on point. True that... easier said than done still |

Specialist900: last season he was wonderful. Early this season after his return from world cup his performance was low. Some argued that cos he was played on the wing to favour wilshere in the centre. But now, things are different Well majority of the fans have always criticised the guy even from last season |

Specialist900: I think the understanding has grown between the midfielder. They interchange well making the midfield fluid.
But earlier this season ozil was poor I guess we have different opinions Last season he covered one of the highest average distances for the season and even in the EPL, yet fans slated him he is class |

Specialist900: personally, I think ozil did well yesterday. I was amazed he was the person that played the shot for the Walcott's goal. I can also remember how many key passes he gave yesterday. He's getting better with each game He has always been an excellent player It is the manager that misuses him |
