Things Wenger got right today, the same thing the whole world has been crying for him to do since ages.

1. Model your team selection and team tactics according to your opponents weaknesses and strength, have a good game plan.

2. Allow wingers to be wingers and midfielders be midfielders, no playing Ozil/Carzola on the wings as they offer no protection to the back four and offer little in attack. Stop silly experiments.

3. Reward players that are in form with matches and stop showing unnecessary favouritism, Coquelin, Ospina, Bellerin, Were rewarded for their performances against Stoke, Roscisky should have started ahead of Ramsey. Szczeny duly punished for his stupidity.

4. Make substitutions at the right time, don't wait for 85 mins.

Will Wenger change for good and start doing the right things? No!
Simple n its 7minutes.. Lol

In this case I would interpret it as independence being someone who believes absolutely in God that he is not dependent on man for his happiness. This is a state of perfection in your relationship to God.
Ok

Your post shows how challenging managing tasks of this size can be especially on a volunteer basis

You will recall there was no common coordination then.. Your info on discretion could have been missed

The lesson there is that information should have been managed better to avoid the community calling

If Caracta did not say her own view, no one will know what happened

Based on the fact that the hospital we had in mind was not available, we had to move the patient to the either hospital yet the hospital was roundly condemned.
Some even insinuated we have arrangements with he hospital or hynotised to use the hospital yet some of us donated to help this lad.

Making it about Caracta or not is not the way forward

Its gonna be a long window grin

[Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says it would be a gamble if the Gunners did not to bring in a new defender this month but that his side would cope.
The Gunners have frequently been left short of defensive cover this season with the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Kieran Gibbs, Nacho Monreal and Mathieu Debuchy all suffering injuries.

"It is risky [not to sign anyone] - too risky," said Wenger.
"If we have another injury or two we will struggle."
Debuchy is expected to be out for another three months after surgery on his right shoulder, leaving Wenger with only six fit senior defenders at the club.
"We can cope because we have [Calum] Chambers, [Per] Mertesacker, Koscielny," said the Frenchman, whose side face Manchester City on Sunday.
"But we have now lost Debuchy who can play centre-back, Monreal who can play centre-back and Gibbs has been out too.

The Gunners have been linked with a number of central defenders in the January transfer window, including West Ham's Winston Reid and Borussia Dortmund's Mats Hummels, but Wenger says it is difficult to sign quality players.
"Why have we not signed a defender? We haven't found one. We are not the only ones working on the case," he said.
"It is not a supermarket where you go in and buy a defender. It is a market that is very restricted. The players who can strengthen the best 10 teams in Europe, you don't find many and it is the same for everybody.
"We are a big attraction, of course we are. If it was easy we would do it.
"We have made enquiries but then you have the second handicap - who wants to sell their best player, especially a central defender, in the middle of the season? They say, 'come back in June or July'."

I know but you have helped to solve at least one of them and that is something, isn't it?

This is NL, most of the time, we only have the opportunity to hear one side of the story.

To be honest, I have my doubts whether the story is true after all but ok.
There may be doubts but one can only work with what's its front
Objectivity should not be dismissed however

Good one. wink
There are other issues in this relationship however and judgements were made on the basis of one side

It is in bad taste that you expected a thread to be updated about a recent diagnosis without ensuring the family had been updated about the diagnosis

I dont think Man Utd will finish above us. They have seen their best, we haven't because Ozil and Walcot just came back. During the run in we would overtake them.
In fact I fear Southampton may take fourth. I also don't think Chelsea will win the league. Mou has been using the same first team- fatigue + injuries are waiting for him.

Just a possibility.
A woman can be financially independent but should be dependent on her husband. Dependent on his love, support, advice and care.
Then the marriage is more likely to be safe - work out.

My first from many options because keeping a marriage going is more challanging and difficult than maintaining financial independence.

Interdependent is also a lovely word grin. But it also has something to do with the woman being dependent on the man.
OK..guess you r trying to make sense of the original post

Yes it has so many interpretations.

Dependent and safe - employee

independent and unsafe - employer.
So why did u link it to being a woman
Why can't a woman be independent n safe or better still interdependent
Family › Re: Which Would You Rather Be? by pickabeau1: 11:17pm On Jan 17, 2015
Mutter is that how you interpreted the question

Based on gender?

Someone else can say independence is a sinner who has not found salvation

It does not make any sense

Hi everyone

I only respond because of the issue of abuse. I wouldn't like to further drag this. It is past, I am better, God is on d wheel.
This can actually deter people from helping families in need.
The child in question is 12, at 15 I was in year one, at 9 far away from my parents in boarding school.
She unfortunately comes from a poor village, no cars, no bikes, only boats, wooden house on water
With 10 siblings 3 died from alligator(i figured) attacks, not enough to eat, nothing like school. She she is my first child. Her parents just want a better life for her. Am not on dire need of her help, I ve an elderly nanny that takes care of all the children, her inclusive. It's nice having a young person in d house with kids, they play together.. that's d kind of home I come from. She is not employed, I don't pay her a salary, it's no form if labour
She insisted she could watch them under supervision ,no cohesion of any sort. Food ready, feed and cartoon, play.

Sometimes instead of bottling emotions up, some people just want a forum to talk. Please dnt try to discourage because u don't know...rather if u see a different view express ur self without trying to create drama, or unnecessary bias. In fact u should feel blessed to ve an opportunity to heal a fellow human.
Thanks again, am on a good path, bitterness gone just looking ahead..

Is there a way to close this though, I don't like all the quarrels.
What of the issue of the spousal abuse

How long has this been going on
