PoliticsRe: Hope Uzodinma With Father Mbaka During The Prophetic Declaration On January 1st by PicLtd:
The Supreme court should release a detailed white paper explaining how and why they came to the conclusion of having Uzodinma declared as winner.

I am from Uzodinma's town, he is a family friend and was very helpful during his days as senator. Many of us from Oru, Orsu, Orlu are happy but confused at the same time. Mixed feelings. It was unexpected I must say. Even legal luminaries and SANs seem to be confused about the judgement too.

In order to make it very clear and unambigous to everyone, from laymen, to law students and law teachers, the SC should publish a detailed report and help Nigerians understand better, because every judgment is a law and sometimes sets a new precedence. Many cases in future will refer to this case as authorities when fighting their own matters in court.

The SC should do the needful and help to make Nigerians understand. Afterall, Man and Law are supposed to be inseperable.

One lesson I learnt- When you are at the top, you gain a lot respect and people will treat you more courteously at least in the public.

Always leverage on that to get to get what you want.

Ah gosh! Now I'm struggling to remember. There was a porsche boxster, a lexus SUV and three other vehicles (unfortunately I can't remember the brands). He was on his way to his village to celebrate christmas/new year. The accident occurred near a clinic he had built. He was rushed to the clinic, but he died.

He was a businessman. He made his money from the electronics business (which was booming at the time), although people also said that he was involved in 419 (almost everybody that was rich at that time was accused of being involved in 419).

I had a picture of the accidented lexus SUV, which I got from one of those soft-sell magazines (I think it was city people).
I also had that magazine, which showed pictures of his assorted garage and the accidented car. It was a Lincoln Navigator I think.

Nwadiuto247:
Nnamdi Kanu started his mission abuse of the north, the southwest and some other tribes.
He failed to keep to the bail condition thereby heating the country.

He was cautioned by Ohaneze and SE governors to take things easy but he refused. Some other Igbos tried to control them but they refused

Gradually they formed their army.

Buhari had to do at that point what he did being an ex General to save the country from plunging into war. A civilian leader may take different steps.

The problem of IPOB is that they are too stubborn and behave like touts.

They hate to be opposed but they like opposing others. The ones in nairaland and motor parks are the worst. So filled with hatred.

As for Buhari's appointments i will say its lopsided.

The one of security heads appointment is bad.
You seem to have harsh words for IPOB for being reactionary but soft words for Buhari their chief instigator. Yes nepotism, cronyism, irridentism are big instigators of political inflammation and violence.

People have gone to wars for less, govts have been toppled for far less.

A Motherhen will always identify it's chicks. Use your tongue to count you teeth.

Good bye.

The only president I will respect is the one who will gather the morale and strenght to cut off links with the British government and leave the commonwealth.

Those guys are sleazy parasites and tolerate all manner of evils and will never speak up as long they have their fangs deep into your system and sucking you dry.
Cut off links with them and tell them to go to hell.

God bless America.
PoliticsRe: 20years After The Death Of Victor Okafor, Eze Ego 1 Of Ihiala by PicLtd:
The number of lives Onitsha-Owerri road have swallowed before it was dualized can never be quantified. I've lost several relatives on that road from 1975-1999. Some died there before I was even born.

During Abacha's time he budgeted just 1million naira for all the roads in the East while stacking billions of dollars abroad.

I am very sure that if Abacha is alive today, some people will vote him and even form an Abacha Media Center (AMC) to support him, if he had dressed himself in civilian garb and proclaimed himself 'a converted democrat'.

Afterall Abacha was never corrupt according to the ruler of Nigeria.

Nwadiuto247:
A friend of mine who hates Buhari and argues a lot with me about him called me this afternoon to commend the level of progress he saw in the work on the second Niger bridge as he was on his way back.

Today he agreed with me that Jonathan failed and that Buhari is doing more work in the east than Jonathan did.

He was impressed with what he saw.

Umunnam as those of us who live outside are travelling home this season please just try to be observant on progress made so far in your area and where more progress need to be made.

Dont judge Buhari based on what your shop neighbour in lagos or PH or Kano or anywhere tells you. See for yourself.

I also criticize Buhari where he failed to do well. Stop being a natural hater of Buhari. Its not the best.
Ok..what are your sincere thoughts about Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB?

What do you think about buhari's appointments?

How do you feel about the fact that when national security matters are discussed, not a single Igbo man sits on the round table? A tribe of more than 50 million people worldwide are not considered to head COAS, CDS, CAS, CNS not even paramilitary like NSCDC, Immigration, Prisons, Customs?

Tell us how you feel about that. I also present the question to Mr netpro and okoroawusa.

Like someone said here blood is thicker than water, a mother hen will always recognise her own chicks in a multitude of chicks. It is not magic.

I'm waiting.
PoliticsRe: U.S Removes Cameroon From Trade Pact Over Human Rights Violations by PicLtd: 10:34pm On Dec 25, 2019
Good one, since African rulers no wan get sense, Washington should come down hard on them and be very brutal about it.

A peaceful and progessive Africa is America's gain. It will cut down on the number of illegal immigrants hustling to enter and remain in the US due to African corruption, bad governance and anarchy.

I have no comment to make but the worst federal road right now is the Onitsha-Owerri road and it is Buhari's federal road.

Anytime I think of passing through that road to our branch office, I just lose morale.

Flier:
He feared being sanctioned or being stopped from attending Uk hospital
Baba is not ready to die
This is what I suspected. Maybe the US and UK were thinking of giving him the Mugabe treatment and withdrawing their British citizenship from his children and even exposing his medical records, he had do a rethink and apply common sense.

A typical Nigerian values himself and family more than he values Nigeria. He cannot come and kill himself because of Sowore and Dasuki.

tobie247:
Hello ladies and Gentlemen.

I applied for a visitors' visa to Canada July 23rd this year.
Oct. 23rd, i received a mail from them that my accounts seemed fraudulent and they gave me 10 days to prove the accounts are mine with sufficient evidence. The accounts i used are my salary account and my personal savings account with like 400k in the savings and 500plus in my salary acct & savings acct.

So i replied wt a cover letter stating d accounts were mine and that most of d cashflow in my savings account were from the family estate account which has quute a huge sum and onlyi and my mom have access to, i printed out another set of bank statements with cover letters from the bank stating i was indeed d owners of d account with no bad record. I also got a cover letter from d Estate account stating i was a signatory and therefore had access to it with no bad record.

Yesterday, i got a mail from the stating i was refused d visa becos i withheld information from them and therefore inadmissable until after 5 years.

Dear gurus, can i appeal this? Cos i didn't withhold anybinfo except i didnt include d Estate acct d first time. I cant bear that refusal nor d 5 years.
Be straight forward.

Tell us which specific account did you omit and later included?

Don't try to rationalize your actions. I know someone who had a similar issue.
