According to Jewish tradition, Caleb was also one of the two scouts sent by Joshua to Jericho immediately before the Jews crossed the Jordan River and entered Canaan.

God will never... So you can predict God's actions? Being depressed can lead to stupid acts like this. Imagine having a one year old, another child on the way, a jobless husband, plus the task of cooking, cleaning and taking care of him in bed.
